Trustworthy place even the price got a little higher last year but everywhere does. We had a 8x10 storage there for over four years.. Was convenient, staff was very nice. Thank you.

Im gonna give a 4 star because they are in the middle of redoing the security systems and service was really friendly. Nivida (?sorry, not sure) went out of her way to help us out. Thanks.

Clean and the staff is always friendly.

Two of the staff ive seen are very nice! The best thing about this place! The floors need help, no air upstairs, exits are marked but need help to get back to the elevators (easily lost for storage numbers are not sequential). Easy bus access and i love the hours for the gate! Plus they have more size selections (more in smaller sections) than anywhere ive seen Nationwide!

The staff here is remarkable. They know the answers to every question, and if they dont, they find it. My experience has been flawless. The security system is top of the line.The units are secure and clean...nothing bad to say about this place. Happy to store my stuff here knowing its good to go.

9 out of 10 times that I come here to pay my bill theres no one here how can you serve your customers if your not there to do it. Unacceptable someone else needs to be on site at all times during regular business hours so that my time and other peoples time isnt wasted.

Decent facility. A little old but secure and open from 5am to 11pm. Wish it was 24 hours.

Getting ahold of this place is like jumping through hoops. When you finally talk to any of the workers they act like you are inconveniencing them and was just informed that they never called me back after getting my voicemail because I had already paid for the month as if your clients dont have any reason to call besides to give them money. I have had my storage unit for over a year and a half and this has been an ongoing issue. I plan to move all my belongings to another facility within the next month.

When you buy insurance you should be aware of the fine print. I came back from Az after about 7 months and found rat and mice feces everywhere which destroyed all my books, pictures, clothes, bedding etc... When I put my claim in I found out the 2K insurance would only pay 500 w/a 100 deductible for vermin damage when I confronted them about it after proving they came from the unit behind me they just said they felt really bad about it So now I have to start all over again and they get off scott free. Oh and I finally got the 400 check after 4 months and they spelled my name wrong after trying to convince me they didnt get my claim.

My mother has had a unit here for years now and they have been very rude to her. Their gate got stuck open when she was leaving, instead of just driving off she paged for the manager. They told her if she ever caused their gate to get stuck open again she would have to get her stuff out within the month. They have been rude like this before over things that had not been her fault even. I dont understand why she doesnt get a unit elsewhere.

Its kind of a shifty joint. Diferent person working the counter every time you go there. They are new and cant do that, dont have the authority to do that. You will have to come back next week and ask sombody else. Im not sure how that works? The boss is not here, sorry. But they know exactly what to do when its time to get your money for rent. Kind of ironic.
