I had package to send to Vietnam. The gentlemen working there by the name of Ti was very helpful. He re-sized my box to save me money. Spent the time with all the documents for custom. I was very grateful to him for making it pleasant and easy. Very friendly and helpful folks there!

As previous reviewers noted, if anything gets out of a routine transaction, do not expect any good service from this store. Additionally, almost everything is overpriced. Make sure to ask for the prices before getting any service. An example for me was printing a 2x2 inch passport photo that I had already taken and just needed to print the file. Something as simple as this costs $8 here. Additionally, for any Amazon return, they try their best to squeeze a few bucks off you. Whether the excuse is that they need to package the item or something else. A free Amazon ups drop off return, translates to $5 on average. Make sure you package anything you want to ship here and make sure to have checked the price on UPS. You never know but they may charge you few bucks for taping your pa page. If you can, go to another UPS or use fedex at Safeway in petrovitsky or USPS in Renton. Overall suggestion is to avoid this store unless you have no other choice.

They are always so helpful for all of my returns and packages. I go out of my way to come to this location. There are such nice people working here, please be kind and polite as they help you.

Long wait, customer service not the best, been very hit and miss on every visit but lately had a few negative interactions. I think I’m done coming to this store.

If I could give zero reviews I would. I’ve come to this location a few times to drop off pre-paid packages, but never again.There were two groups of people waiting outside and we made sure to ask them if they had pre-paid as well. They stated no, so we assumed that’s why they were waiting outside. We walk in, drop off our package, like we’ve always done in the past, and were abruptly yelled at and scolded like children for “cutting in line” by a man behind the counter. I’ve been told by their employees in the past to NOT wait in line if I’ve pre-paid, to just drop off and go.Never EVER again will I go to this location. Disrespectful and terrible communication to their clientele of what their procedures are. Thumbs way down!

The owner takes care of issues when they arise. However, my experience was the same as reviewer Curt Mcguire. The manager is delightful until anything deviates from a routine transaction, it is like a switch flips and he completely changes personality.It is quite unsettling and he appears to be incapable of any conflict resolution nor creative problem solving.

I live much closer to a different ups store but this location is my go-to. They are very friendly here and take care of your needs efficiently and professionally. Thank you!

This store is close to my home and I appreciate how professional they are.

I went by to print a document that I had online. I asked someone who worked there how to print and followed their directions. Not only did it cost 2x as much to print as estimated online but they charged me $2.50 to use the computer for 5 minutes. There was no sign at the computer or the register, and the employee did not tell me about that charge before I printed it. When I asked the man at the register (franchise owner? Manager?) why it was so expensive, he blamed me for just using the computer without asking. Rude and overpriced. The equipment worked fine, but Id recommend the nearby library instead.

The older gentlemen who works there is very smart and very friendly and helpful with my Amazon return i was in and out less than 2 mins. Keep up the OUTSTANDING work. Thanks so much for your help I greatly appreciate it.

I am consistently disappointed in this location.I brought in my package and my return label, but didnt have any tape with me. They did not allow me to use their tape so now Im finding another place that will let me use 2 pieces of tape.Please go to a different ups store if you want better service o at least... tape.This isnt the first time Ive been in and Ive brushed off the managers rude comments but this was the last time.They need a new manager!

The UPS Store in Renton does a great job! I always get helpful suggestions or even recommendations on ways to reduce costs on my order. The staff have always been courteous and go out of their way to help.

Had a good experience here. Its right by my work so its typically the most convenient place for me to use. The owner helped me figure out what I wanted (printing large pictures on poster board). My mom ended up ordering the same thing from somewhere else so I didnt need my poster from ups anymore. I called the next morning to see if he would cancel my order and refund me and even though he already started my order he did cancel it for me. I came in and he was nice about it. I did have him print some cardstock papers for my daughters time capsule that same day and they turned out perfect (thought I could post a pic but cant)

I use this store at least 3 times a week. I have nothing but praise for the employees. They all work hard and try to help wherever possible. Any problems are the result of the manager. Several times I have been there and if a shipment isnt just routine, if there are any issues out of the ordinary his attitude changes immediately to surly and disrespectful. I believe this is what happens when you are the only UPS store in a captive area. He gets tons of business regardless of his, at times, very poor customer relationsshipper in our Fairwood area.

Very demeaning. Never misses an opportunity to ridicule. I handed a small envelope already amazon labeled ready to go to the clerk. She took it no problem eventhough she was talking with another customer. It was just a handoff. She knew that. He immediately ran up grabbed it and started to berate me that she is busy with another customer and to leave her alone. Like i was a kid? Then he moved overhead to a computer looked at the envelope and said your good to go. Really! Arrogant manager. I think he is the owner. Also faxed docs costs are outrageous at $2.50 a page!!!

Very clean & efficiently run. Rarely a long wait despite heavy customer load.I know what some reviewers mean about the Owner, but he seems to be softening up and more relaxed now. He takes his responsibilities very seriously, but I think he has had an epiphany about relating to his customers in a warmer fashion these days. May the trend continue!

Not usually the friendliest employees. Only a couple of them are really nice folks. Packing prices are high, but not higher than any other ups store. Overall its a convenient location and my things always get there.

Amazing customer service!!! Theyve gone above and beyond to ensure my packages arrived, after I had made an address mistake. I would absolutely recommend anybody wanting great customer service and detail oriented people go to this UPS location.

Stopped by to print some papers. They wanted $2.50 a page. I repeat $2.50 a page. Noped my way right out of there and down to the FedEx store in Tukwila which was on my way. $25 vs $1.30.

Rude owner/manager. Go to another location if possible.

The manager of this store is extremely rude to customers. Ive come in three times in a row and have been embarrassed and left the store feeling horrible because of the way he talks down to customers in front of others. Its absolutely unacceptable. Im no longer comfortable walking in to do business because of him and will have to go somewhere else. He doesnt deserve my hard earned money.

Unfortunately, the package that I shipped through my local UPS store was mismanaged on the DELIVERY end of my transaction. The package contained a very special item. While my family and I are sad, worried and frustrated, trying to figure out the process of UPS investigating the delivery...all the manager seemed to be worried about is how much work the misdelivered package had ALREADY created for HIM and how inconvenient this issue was for HIM. I told him that was a very unprofessional perspective. He was very rude and condescending. We have worked with the UPS store owner for years on community based projects. I am so disappointed.

These guys go the extra mile for their customers! Highly recommended!The Fairwood UPS store came through for me in a major way. I sold a collectors edition videogame worth several hundred dollars on ebay. After being delivered it was apparently stolen off the front porch of the buyer in NY. Paypal hung me out to dry even though I was able to provide proof Id shipped it. In the end UPS came through for me and reimbursed me the amount Id insured it for.

Friendly employees here and hardly a wait ever! My go-to choice for Amazon returns.
