No loaner cars were available so I borrowed a car for the day. When I called at noon, they couldnt tell me if the car would be done and to call back at 3 or 3:30. Shouldnt they have called me???? I picked my car up on Monday evening. Tuesday I called because I was smelling antifreeze. Was told it should go away and it did. Wednesday, my car wouldnt start. Turns out I had a bad battery. Again, someone with good customer service would have checked the battery.This is the 3rd time I have had my car in for service in LESS than 2 years. Each time, customer service was lacking. I would not recommend the dealership to any of my friends.

I really just want to say what a low stress experience this was. I hate being sold stuff, or feeling pressured, but Derek Johnson took great care of my family. We had been to a couple of lots and tried to find the right fit for us. Other places were over eager to put us in a car out of our price range. Or, their website would advertise a vehicle that was not on the lot, but they would still book a test drive just to get you to the lot. This experience was the antithesis to every negative car buying adventure I had ever been on. When I asked to verify the vehicle was on the lot, they did post haste. The helped me find the newest vehicle with the lowest miles in my price range. They secured a loan at a better rate than my personal bank was offering. And most important I never felt any pressure during the entire process. Awesome job.

We were told when we purchased our car in March 2021 by both Don Berry and the financing person that we would receive $20 oil changes for the life of our vehicle. I even verified this when dropping my car off, upon picking up I was charged $32 I mentioned that we were told we would get $20 oil changes the service personnel was extremely rude and informed me he knew what he was talking about without even attempting to listen or communicate with me. I feel this was very unprofessional and that we were just lied to (about multiple things) from the beginning just to try to make a sale. We will never do business with pinegar again and will not recommend your business to anyone we know. This is not the first time we have been lied to or treated as if we were dumb.

Well I wish I had something good to write about the way I was treated but I do not. I purchased a used truck from the used car lot 2 years ago and had trouble from day 1. When I returned to the used car lot 2 days after purchasing it. I was told by the used car manager there was nothing he could do to take back my purchase and return my trade in. He also advised me he owed me nothing and all sales were final. My transmission finally went out after being told by their service techs they hear some noise but couldnt do anything until it broke. Very upset with the news I approached tad pinegar about the situation and he turned me away like I never bought the vehicle from their shop. I took my business to a real mechanic and paid $3400 for a transmission. Poor business practice on pinegars part and I will never do business there again.
