Get way too many call, texts and emails not only about meds being ready but offers and discounted sale items. Too much! I tried telling them I only want notifications if the meds are ready. Evidently they cant do this.Also had a curbside pick up, the app asked which spot I was in 1, 2 or 3? Theres only 1 spot marked #1. Caught an employee in the parking lot. She couldnt figure it out either.

At one point I moved all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy because walgreens was so slow and unfriendly. The new staff made me switch back and they have Madison (i think that was her name) to thank for it. When I pull up to the window she always has a huge smile and sincerely cares about patients. Every time I shop at walgreens she has been amazing.

3 stars only because the people inside have always been very friendly. The pharmacy is a mess. We have multiple medications we pick up every month and theyre never ready. I will put in for a refill and wait a couple of days to go pick it up. Doesnt matter if I have a message saying its ready, it never is. Theres always a reason why theyre not at fault. Im done. Ive used other pharmacies before we moved here and never had this much trouble. Well be switching. I cant let my kids run out of medication because the pharmacy cant it together.

I signed up for an appointment to get a flu shot online the day before. There was an option for 9 AM so I clicked on that. I downloaded the forms they offered and printed and filled them out. It requested I arrive 10 minutes ahead of my appointment time....so far so good. I arrived at 8:45 only to find out they dont even open the pharmacy till 9 AM and the employees didnt start arriving until just a couple of minutes prior. The window opened but they were disorganized and not ready to do business. I approached the window and handed the girl my papers and told her I had a 9AM appointment for a flu shot to which she said, we dont get any information on that. I wanted to ask why there is an appointment option on the website if no one knows or cares about it. She then told me it would be 20 minutes or so before they would be ready to serve me. At this point I became annoyed and told her that I thought they were more organized than this and requested my paperwork back and left. Nobody got hurt or died but I dont need this kind of frustration. Walmart is right around the corner.

Why do yall never have a pharmacist on duty anymore? Its been 3 days and now Im out of my medication so I had to go to somewhere else. Kind of ridiculous that I got a text it was ready then went there 10 minutes later and you were closed.

Pharmacy staff at Walgreens Republic MO is awesome. My prescription insurance wasnt working and instead of telling me I needed to call my insurance, they called and worked it out for me, and they were swamped..... Talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is quite possibly the slowest pharmacy on earth. Anytime I go here, it’s a minimum 45 minutes to get a script filled. They always appear to be well staffed, but it still takes forever to fill and ring up scripts. Employees take inordinate amounts of time to do the simplest tasks. I pick up medicine for a family member here, otherwise I’d never go here. I use Wal-Mart, and while they’re not perfect, they are significantly faster.

The employees at Republic Walgreens have always been great and very nice. They have gone out of their way to help me. Sometimes you pay a little more buying from Walgreens but it is worth it to me for the customer service I get. This is the way you do business.

Every single time I come here to get my script filled they tell me its not in stock and they have to order it which takes a day. Ill come back the next day and theyve forgotten to order. It has taken me reminding them 3 times to order it every time. This has happened 4 times now. Last month it took almost 2 weeks to get it. They also ignore phone calls. Ive tried calling several times today and no one answered. I am now standing in line at their store and I hear the phone ringing behind the desk. No one is picking it up!!

The big guy with the ponytail, so unprofessional, I seriously am in disbelief at how rude this man was to us, not once or twice but three times!! It goes without saying that at this time of year if you’re at the pharmacy, you probably don’t feel too good and it just adds insult to injury to be treated poorly at one of the places ya go to start feeling better.

For the past several months I have had a reoccurring issue at this location over the same medication. I always communicate with the pharmacy on the phone or in person and try each month to prevent this from happening and it still continues. I called them on January 3rd to have my medication ready for refill on the 7th and I would come get. I also again informed them of the reoccurring issue and asked if we could prevent that from happening when I pick it up. I was told by whoever I was speaking with on the phone at the pharmacy that they took care of the problem and I would not have this issue anymore and that my medicine would be ready today, the 7th. I go in around 8:40pm to pick it up and AGAIN the medicine was not ready and atillbthe same problem on top of that nobody could explain why this keeps happening and why it happened this time considering I called four days ago trying to prevent this from reoccurring. The pharmacist who wouldnt even come to the front counter to talk to me and tell me what needs to happen and whats going on with it. So now I am waiting another day to get the doctors authorization that they say each month when we shouldnt have to each month. I have been on this medication for over 2 yrs and have filled it at Walgreens this whole time, but since September this medication is now an issue. So of course Im extremely frustrated this is not the 1st or 2nd time that the same problem has happened with this medication with me at this location. So I was told by one of the ladies that I was just venting, I then started recording them because none of them was helping me, none of them could give me an answer, and none of them knew what to say. They also tryed closing the drive thru a few minutes early and it is in my recording as well as nobody at the counter helping me. It wasnt venting, it is called speaking the truth, informing them of the same problem, explaining the problem, but not venting. So they called the cops because I was frustrated and recording them. After 35 minutes of waiting and still not having the medicine the cops show up(because Walgreens likes to waste our tax dollars for nothing) I explain whats going on to our wonderful (of course sarcasm) Republic police officers. They send two of them, thinking that they really have a disturbance going on or that I am breaking the law. I was told by one of the officers that I should maybe I should go to a different pharmacy since I keep having these problems. One of the ladies told the cop they called because I was upset and recording them. Lol it isnt illegal to record and since they seem to never take accountability for the issues nor can they verify who I speak to each time then I need some sort of proof on my behalf. The problem isnt me the problem is the pharmacy that should correct their problem. Remind you they had to bring a whole new manager to this location to correct these problems that they have with there pharmacy and Ive spoken to the new manager about this problem last month and he even said he was brought in to fix this location and the problems they have, even after talking to him were still having the same issues. So they havent fixed this, I ended not getting my meds because they have to get an authorization and the Drs office is closed, so of course I will switch to a better pharmacy, but why do I have to be inconvenienced because they can not get it together. Why is it they couldnt be accountable and maybe apologize for this problem, and actually correct it. If I could of rated them a zero or below they would get below zero. Why is it they are wrong, rightfully so after numerous times would I not get frustrated, but they waste every single one of our tax dollars by sending the cops for a prom of their own. More proof they are wrong and still no accountability.... Beyond frustrated for multiple reasons and WALGREENS AT THIS LOCATION IS DISMISSIVE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY ALWAYS MAKE MISTAKES. THIS IS HUMAN LIFE YOUR PLAYING WITH, THIS IS MEDICATIONS THAT MOST PEOPLE DEPEND ON TO FUNCTION DAILY.

Just filled two prescriptions here for my stepson and the staff was so amazing and helpful. When trying to use his medicaid card for his doctors appointment we found out that his mother had let it lapse and he was currently without insurance. We went into Walgreens to see what his antibiotics would cost without insurance because we do not have a lot of extra money for things like this. Tyler was able to give us a discount card and even waived some of the cost of his prescriptions in order to help us afford it. He also gave us some great advice on how to expedite the process to get the Medicaid reinstated. Im overwhelmed by the compassion shown by this Walgreens to make sure a kid got the medicine he needed for a terrible ear infection. Thank you all so much!

I ask the cashier if she had hand sanitizer at the cash register. She said no. I ask why, her response was we dont have any. REALLY! SO THAT MEANS she is NOT CLEANING her hands between customers.Wont be going back.

Slowest drive through pharmacy on The planet !Even after thier website says my meds are ready for pick up and I show up to get them, they know nothing about them.I waited so long at the drive through window, I gave up and went inside to find this out!

I had dropped of an extremely large box to be shipped out with their Fed Ex pick up and an employee put the box somewhere in the back where it wasnt supposed to be and my box sat there for almost a week until I called a 2nd time after trying to find it and having Fed Ex trying to find it and telling that it was never picked up. So, now I have a very upset customer and Im having to pay out of MY pocket to buy another shipping label and all I get in return for the problem is Walgreen REWARDSs. I dont think so. If you have to ship with Fed Ex just take it to Springfield it will save you in the long run.

Sitting in line behind 3 cars for 45 minutes (just for 1st car to finish) and still waiting. Anytime my prescriptions are not ready, they have made me pull through and back around so not to keep the rest of the line waiting which I dont mind doing but they need to do that to everyone. No answer when I tried calling.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACYI had a prescription for 120 pills. Its been 14 days and i have taken my medication as prescribed and i am out. I was only goven 60 pills. Someone at this pharmacy is stealing my medications.DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY

Absolutely DESPISE this Walgreens. They are the SLOWEST at filling rx’s and have refused service to me more than once because they “close in 20 minutes” and my kid needed steroids😡. 2 calls to corporate and nothing has changed in 10 years. Needs a serious overhaul on management . They change their hours everytime you turn around. Now here I am again needing antibiotics and google says open until 10pm and SHOCKER- closed again. Pathetic. Walgreens you should be ashamed - or better yet, CLOSE THE PHARMACY. Jerks.
