Seems like I can always find what Im looking for. They of course have a ton of farm supplies but they have a decent sporting goods section, pet supplies, and general household goods as well. I usually can find some other things I dont really need and end up walking out with a lot more than I came for.

Workers are always friendly! Every time we go in we’re greeted and there’s always someone to help if needed.

I would like to say I could run in this place and grab what I needed but honestly its a 50/50 shot of getting what you want here the past 2 yrs. Its never really crowded and I would love to shop here more, but they are usually out of what I need and havent been real nice when I asked about getting the items back in stock. Lowes is a better option for me

Just moved to Springfield, and our old Orschelns carried a special dog treat ourCollies Loved. Before we left we boughtThem out.We Finally ran out and had to find them again, There are 2 stores in the area,oneDidnt have but the one in Republic Mo. Had3,So Bought them all Happily !!!!

Orscheln is an OK place to shop. When Im in there I often encounter a long line and finding help is tough. Their prices are pretty reasonable, but they often dont carry some common items I get at a similar store. I dont mind doing business with them when I need to, but I dont go out of my way to do so.

They are your average farm store. I managed to find a lawnmower tire that I needed quickly. Not the cheapest available but I needed it quickly

Large supply of lots of things. Tons of variety and friendly staff! The pricing was very random some very high dollar knick knacks but lots of cute items for the children dirt cheap or on clearance! Some amazing deals on food and snacks too! Found a 5lb bag of our favorite candy for $4 LESS than what the 3pb bag goes for at walmart!

I was able to find the items that I came to get............ I WAS REALLY ON THE WAY TO -LOWES- but, then I seen you your store! And, I have been to your store once before! AND, I WAS IMPRESSED with your Store! Well, please feel free to call me about the problems that I had is I wondered all around your Store! To, having to seeing EMPLOYEES that were having a; meeting in the Middle of the store! They, maybe been talking about anything I didnt know or try to listen to! The store maybe had 3 people in the store! Most, of the time I was there to get Pay Raising! But, I saw that I noticed that........... YOUR BATTERIES ARE ALL IN THE CORNER OF YOUR BUILDING! .my training with LAW-ENFORCEMENT they were teaching about the most stolen items were EXPENSIVE LADIES/MEN BLADES FOR SHAVING!But, I remember that I was shocked by the Biggest - $$ LOSES -ARE, PEOPLE THAT STEAL BATTERIES ARE; Are not people who have never THOUGHT of Stealing anything but, they felt BATTERIES WERE FAIR GAME! So, when you are having to watch PROFESSIONAL SHOP LIFTERS! And, included the people who you wouldnt suspect of stealingIM TRYING TO GET YOU TO MOVE ALL BATTERIES TO THE FRONT OF YOUR STORE!Anyway, I will be back again! Id like to see them keep up on their stock. The manager said they have no control over what they get. This is obviously not working for them. They are ALWAYS out of things we need. If you sell animal feed in the country you should probably make sure you have enough stock.

We wanted pallet fork attachment for our sub compact tractor. The said we dont have any. We were looking at the attachment through the fence. After some debate we got them to actually look it the fenced area. But it wasnt showing up in the computer. It was such a cluster @$%#@. We ended up ordering from an online source. It was a shame because we were trying to keep our money local. Guess they have so much money our driving to there store to shop doesnt mean anything. Next time well drive the hour to Harrison AR and shop at that farm store.

Store was neat clean amd well stocked. Only 4 stars because there was 4 employees standing at the front of the store talking with one register open and there was several people in line. Some of which had very heavy items.

The lady on the register was busy on the phone having a personal call while checking me out. This makes me feel like my business is not appreciated. I go to Springfield all the time and can shop somewhere else. Also, the register rang up $1.00 higher than the sign above the product said. I didnt notice this until I had already left the store.

Amazing customer service! I walked there from the vet hospital to get supplies to bottle feed 5 puppies. They went above and beyond to help me. From putting wholes in the nipples to mixing the formula and even helped me to attempt to feed them.

Ive used this store for several years and the staff and management have always been helpful and knowledgeable. They are open later than most farm supply stores.

A chain with the local owned feel. Friendly knowledgable staff. They have about all you might need for your rural or suburban home. If you tractors you know where to find those. For durable clothing, fencing, chicks, ducklings, and feed stop in and walk around you might even get to taste some peanuts.

Have always been our go to store. Still will be but I have a suggestion. Make sure your store is properly staffed, even on Sunday. Nothing worse than an untrained staff member left alone at the counter with no backup. I cant blame the employee, this one is on the manager. Still love the store.

Every time I go into the store I get excited! They have such a wide variety of farm and home and outdoor products to choose from including guns and ammo . The store is always really clean and well kept as well as the restrooms and all of these staff and management are super friendly and helpful

I called the store about 1:30 pm, ask price of 30 gal sprayer, was told $129.99. Drove 28 miles, tag still on shelf, but was told sorry not on sale is $159.99. LOST a sale!!!!

Store is clean, offers a variety of products, pretty good clothing selection, plenty of parking & great for quick visits. Employees are not quick to offer help though & seem more concerned with thebusy work than taking care of customers.

Really great place for feed and almost any little odd and in parts you may need. However I use to buy a LOT of firearms here and they now no longer sell firearms.

Better if the parking lot was not so cluttered with stuff that needs moved out of the way. Bring a trailer its a tight fit .A year later still the same.

Everyone was helpful and helped us find the post driver we were looking for. They all wore head sets so they could call and get answers from others if they didnt know.

The lady that took care of me was the most pleasant person that I have met in there before period without me even asking she gave me the Senior Citizens Discount which I highly appreciated since I bought a fairly big purchase her name was Hannah so if you go into Republic Orscheln be sure and ask for Hannah

I love this place my most common purchases are feed but I always take time to wander around the store to see what may be new or on sale.... If you havent been there stop in and look around especially during the spring chick days.

Cant find prices on products, they hire high school students whom dont know the products, they have a grow reward that doesnt do anything, they dont do return or exchange if you dont have a receipt, and ive waiting for months on a product to come back in after putting in multiple requests for it. Highly unsatisfied.

Sales associates are very helpful in assisting you with your needs, and if they dont have what youre looking for in stock theyll order it in for you. Great farm and home store with a large variety of merchandise ( including Hunting Fishing and clothing ), for about all of your needs.
