I was well taken care of during the first session in ordering the correct device. I made several phone calls to the office and all were answered satisfactory for me. The second appointment was well done when I received my hearing aids and accessories. Any questions or problems I had were taken care of.

I have worn hearing aids for 13 years, I have only bought WIDEX, so that is all I can post a review about the product. This last year I bought my 2cd set of WIDEX hearing aids, I take wearing them very serious as well as maintaining them. The staff at Republic Hearing Care, are very careful to make sure that you are satisfied with the aids you choose, I highly recommend that if you are looking into wearing hearing aids, you accept their recommendation, I was not satisfied with the fit of the first set because of wearing a different style for so many years, but I tried them, There was absolutely no problem in going back to the style I was comfortable wearing. They replaced them hassle free. The technological advances made in 12yrs is amazing and the fit is perfect.

I HIGHLY recommend this clinic for all your Hearing needs. I truly just want to take some time to show my appreciation for Marcey and her staff at Republic Hearing Care. Time after time for my family she has gone above and beyond. Myself and my parents have hearing aids and we get high quality service, as much time as it takes to assist us, all the information we need typed up clearly and printed for our hearing aid programs and accessories. We get our ears cleaned out and see it live on video before and after. My parents had their hearing tested at numerous other places and they tell me Marcey’s testing is much more thorough than anywhere else they’ve been. We never go thirsty as she always has coffee and water available whether we’re there 5 minutes or an hour. We feel like anything she can do for us, she does! If you want the best service in the 417 area go see the ladies at Republic Hearing Care. Their efforts are extraordinary!!
