Highly recommend!I had, what I consider, a potentially difficult request to take 12 5x5 images, mat them individually, and frame them all together. I had no idea of the frame I wanted nor the mat. All I had was the groupings I wanted and the dimensions.Not only was it immediately clear that this would NOT be an issue, but Leslie worked very closely with me and using an artistic eye to create a beautiful final piece. I thought I wanted a black frame and black mat, but Leslie made alternate suggestions to the mat and frame that she thought would complement the art better. She was SO right! We landed on a black frame with subtle tints of orange and a navy blue mat. Im thrilled.The time from plan to pick up was very quick, especially during a pandemic where there are a lot of uncertainties, and the decisions Leslie helped me to make are perfect. I couldnt be happier with how the piece came out.I will always take my prints and artwork to Art Frame Solutions going forward. Thank you so much!

They did a fabulous job of framing two antique maps for me. They have a true artistic eye. They recommended several options to match the historic and antique aspects of the maps. We will definitely use their expertise again in the future.

I recently found the shop at Google and Yelp. (reviews always help) This shop is hidden in a nook by a set of staircase. (watch your step when you come in and come out.) I was welcomed by Leslie. Shes friendly, courteous and knowledgable about almost everything in the shop. She recommended me a number of frames for my posters that would look great. A week later or so I came back and picked up my posters and they turned out great! Im planning to come back and have more posters done here. They are the best in the area!

This was my first time ever actually buying art work and then wanting to frame it. I had researched online first to buy a frame, but felt later it would be better to interact with expert even during COVID-19. I never thought so many options would be available to compliment the art work. Leslie took her time with me to show me the many different options and I could have selected many but narrowed it down to 3 and then 1. She was very patient with me during the entire process even after another customer had came in after me who was also waiting. She made me the priority.I will return to her for more work as I purchase new art that is worthy to be framed. My piece was purchased in Norfolk, VA from an African (Ghana) gallery. Being a man I had to ask about this particular painting.He said there is a dance woman do in Ghana where their movement allows the the front side and back side of the woman to visually come together as they move. My experience with Art Frame Solutions was fantastic. I had purchased my boyfriend a custom art piece from a numbered collection and wanted it framed. I went in just days before Christmas and placed my order. I knew it was last minute and wasnt expecting it to be ready in time for me to give it to him on Christmas and I was okay with that because that was on me. But they had it done the next day and it came out perfect. I cant say thanks enough and how great of a job they did. My boyfriend was so happy and that was a priceless moment for me. Everyone there was extremely helpful and professional. The price was a little higher than perhaps other framing establishments. But, the service and quality of the work were excellent. The staff provided me with lots of options and arranged to have a restorer, who was delightful, fix some of the cracks in the painting.

I am so glad that I found this place. It seems like big box stores are taking over framing, but this is a real custom frame shop, where skilled artisans still craft high quality custom frames. I worked directly with the owner to pick just the right materials and she was able to create exactly the frame that I wanted for an antique poster of mine. The frame that she created is perfect for the piece. I never would have gotten this kind of service or quality from one of the big box stores, where they cobble together frames from cheap imported frame stock.

This is the ONLY place to frame your art treasures or just a company award recognition. Our prize thus far has been an 18th century postal map of Italy (where we lived for five years). It was large (4 x 5) and severely worn from real use over the years. The restoration and framing done by Leslie and her crew was nothing short of outstanding.
