Brian is fair and upfront about his service. Enjoyed watching him work and appreciated his honesty as to what can and cannot be done. My car had a weird door dent right near the handle, which had a couple of creases that weren’t going to come out. I knew that upfront before he even started. That in mind, he worked and worked and touched up here and there. Pull, push, pull, push with so many different tools.Pleased with the results. Not perfect, but definitely better than expected. Brian is a professional and model small business owner. I reached out to Dings Out Right via email because I noticed a door ding on my 2015 Dodge Challenger. Within hours he emailed me back and by that afternoon he was at my house. He was very upfront about what he thought he could do or not do and he got to work.He repaired the unsightly door ding ( that was next to the drivers door so I would have to look at it every time I got in the car) and for a very reasonable price. Brian is a really nice guy who takes pride in his work. Started talking to him on Wednesday, came to my house on Friday morning. Explained what needed to done and took care of it in 30 min. He came to my home on a Saturday to do the work, which made it so much easier than scheduling it during the week and needing to leave the car. What I liked even more is that he did a great job for a far more reasonable amount than other estimates I received. Best prices by far! I called 5 different Paintless Dent Repair shops in my area asking for an estimate to get a small dent out of my door. Brian was quick to respond and understanding of me being a poor college student and not having much money. He had me send him a picture and told me he would fix the dent for less than half of what the other 4 places quoted me.
