The Target website says fitting rooms are open at all stores since June 1st so I went to buy some clothes, but at this store the mens and one of the large bays of fitting rooms are still closed, and have a sign saying the fitting rooms are closed. I found out at three checkout that there is another bay of fitting rooms in the womens clothing section and those are open. It would be nice if the signs posted in the closed ones would direct people to the open ones. Maybe Target doesnt want to encourage people to use the fitting rooms.. I know they are a pain for staff to keep up with, but this was frustrating experience.

This Target is small and has a sad selection of items. There seem to be more employees swarming around than there are customers. There are so many employees staffed at one time that they have nothing better to do than follow customers around and creepily watch them. I would confidently say this is the worst Target Ive been to in my life!

Nice and clean store, I did deduct a point do to the customer service at online pick up and return section. That was the only negative thing I did Experience at this store.

Usually, I can find everything Im looking for. This time, there were no luggage straps to be found. But I was given location advice by a very helpful employee on the floor--he looked up the items on his phone and I was able to find one exactly where he told me to look. At the cashier (always use a person), the previous customer was buying a gift card. Handing it over, the cashier gently mentioned how a loved one would be happy to receive it, and the customer told him it was for a grandchild. Then he told us that they ask since there have been occasions of people buying hundreds of dollars worth of cards for dubious reasons, and the questioning has enabled the cashier to prevent fraud on behalf of the customer, usually elderly. I am very happy Target does this and this particular cashier was very good at it. Thank you for caring for your customers.

This Target is decent but they have an amazing employee named Emily who is a tremendous asset to this store. She is a tremendous problem solver and is very helpful

Like the size of this target. Very cozy and chill. You can definitely find what you need at this target.

Great environment and friendly staff. When I was checking out I was having an issue with pricing and a coupon and Pushpa was so patient with me, I really appreciated her time and help. She even taught me a new trick through the target app. Its not my closest target but I will be visiting more often!

Do not trust their online inventory. The website may give you the option to buy now and pick up in store but twice now when I show up they have told me they don’t have the item in stock. Frustrating to say the least but overall still a good store with a subpar online shopping experience.

This is the Walmart of targets. The staff are rude and make customers not welcome to shop here. Following us around, intterupting us from actually shopping. They are so Co concerned with shop lifting that they are making customers nervous. Go to the target in Fairfax instead. The Employe work on guest services disconnected my phone 3 times very rude behavior. I don’t wanna go to this target store. Worst customers services ever.

Target has the BEST system as far as pickup goes. Their app is extremely intuitive and they are super quick to come to my car when I arrive.

This Target is awful. Every time I go the shelves are bare and not stocked. This is literally the Walmart of Targets. Horribly managed and horribly stocked. Corporate should look into this.

Not a big store. But located in main area. You could buy all the expected things here. Bit crowded place too. But stuffs are so helpful during self checkout.

Love this store, the products, layout and location. Its the customer service - specifically the training and general customer service counter that has room for improvement. I recently started a baby registry. It was a great online experience - intuitive, easy to add/edit carts. After I had my baby shower, I wanted to purchase the remaining items on my registry in the store. In short, no one knew the process around how to actually purchase the items through the registry. It was clear to all that we had to use the Target App - but how to exactly do it, no one knew. At some point we had 4 people helping at the customer service desk. Eventually, we got one persons full attention - but even after that, it was still unclear. We went around the store and gathered the items. The checkout process was... unfortunate. The App is supposed to have a QR code that you use to scan the items. That QR code either doesnt exist anymore or all 6 people who held my phone couldnt find it. One person was the most helpful during the checkout process, Zac, he was the person triaging the registers. I empathize with the folks that work in retail - the holidays are a busy time.I understand the store is chaotic on the weekends, especially before Christmas. I expected one person in the building to know how to purchase registry items in the store. Its supposed to be a good and exciting experience. We ended up getting the items. Long, painful process.

Price, quality and diversity of products and service

Great place to shop ! Has everything, buy books or dvds and then I went grocery shopping.

This is an OK Target. I consider it to be a larger version of a Walgreens, plus some food and some clothes. I go here for quick trips, but if Im looking for something very specific or groceries, Ill avoid it. This store is unfortunately a smaller Target, and bizarrely, suffers from stockouts more than any other store in the area. They have stockouts in things that dont even make sense to be stocked out on. Otherwise, it is clean and convenient.

As a bunch of others have noticed, theyve got chronic stock shortages. These two photos were some of the most visible offenders but there are empty shelves and missing products throughout this store.

Poorly managed. One register opened to check out 12 people and 12 self check outs with one employee aiding people to self check people out. Five of target employees were sitting around doing nothing in the front end. Lack of supervision. No way should customers be ignored and wait in huge lines in a very busy area

Customer Friendly and Good Product with reliable deals.

Store was a bit messy, but I was there the week before Christmas so is hard to keep up with so many hands moving things around. I could not find the item that I was looking for on the shelf and a very attentive and nice lady took the time to check in stock, since the system was saying that the store had it. Location has Starbucks, Pizza Hut and the typical popcorn smell.

Love this target. Great customer service, produce section, store cleanliness, etc. I’ve ordered online pickup via car and also have had no problems with that.

For the most part I am a satisfied shopper. The store is clean and easy to navigate. On most shopping trips I find what I need easily and quickly, and at a good price. There are still occasional issues with flushable products and availability at this store.

Great location, great product selection lots of parking

This is the worst Target Ive ever seen. The parking lot has looked like a construction site for years, the inside of the store is a total mess, and they seem completely incapable of keeping the store shelves stocked.

I can usually find what I am looking for at Target, because the shelves are not that high.

Every time I come to this store they never have hand baskets in the spots where they should be. How difficult is it to put the hand baskets where they go? Come on management, get your act together!

The shelves are bare for summer outdoor stuff.

Need to do a better job manning the self check out area. The machines dont seem to work properly. Two trips in a row to this store I tried to use self checkout when an associate stopped me because the machine wasnt working or needed servicing.😊

A young man named Derek helped me check out. He was more than helpful! I went to the self checkout for the first time and the machine wasnt letting me scan one item, he made it to me before I even finished reading the screen. Every time I needed his help he was right there, I never had to wait.

Very close to my hotel, plenty of parking, easy in and out intersection with a stop light. Has everything I need.

Everyone there is always willing to help. staff is nice very professional .

Terrible customer service / MOD . I was there on the 22nd, and was told that all Iphones are on Hold for Black Friday, and they also confirmed the AD they had on is just a false Advertising!!! This is completely unacceptable to waste your customers time and effort with a non-sense ad. Not cool Target, not cool.

This store is always poorly stocked, I say this because I am a frequent shopper. I will type an item into the kiosk and it will show they have several on hand or in the back but 0 on the floor. Ive had better luck doing an order pick up or delivery just to avoid the hassle. Other than that Ive had a good experience with most of the cashiers here and having a Starbucks and Pizza Hut is a plus!

I actually love what they’ve done with their remodeling. I was here yesterday and it seems like they have a lot of new inventory. I think the store is now even easier to navigate since they’ve reorganized large sections of it. They have an extensive selection of clothing, cosmetics, furniture, fresh food, frozen food, and just about everything else. Their staff is very friendly and willing to help. I’ve been coming to this location for many many years and I’m glad that they have remodeled some of the store (I think they are still in the process of finishing up but so far it is much easier to navigate in my opinion).

Clean store and good employees who wish to help their customers. Only issue is lack of cashiers during the busy night shift. Typical wait time tends to be 5 minutes based off my personal shopping experience. Not bad but would be quicker if one or two more cashiers were available. Like to explore their clearance and holiday sections as they change regularly. Good card selection as well!

This used to be my favorite target and I visited at least three times a week. They have been remodeling for literally months now. It’s ridiculous. The store looks awful, the carts don’t fit in numerous sections, it’s a mess, and I would say at least half of the shelves are empty. It’s impossible to shop there now. It’s not worth it to stop by after work because it’s pretty likely that they won’t have what you need and if they do, good luck finding it. It’s so inconvenient as it is the closest target to me and the others are a pain to get to during traffic. I’m just appalled at how the renovation is being handled. I can’t believe they still don’t have it put together yet. And the empty shelves...there is just no excuse. This is your entire business.

Poor customer service

I thought pick up meant they bring it to your car. I was in the car line with no instructions what to do next. I called and was told pick up meant to go into the store. Im not sure what the car line was for or how to get things brought to the car without going into the store.

Have been here often, sometimes it can be hard to find what you are looking for, but hopefully now that they have remodeled it will be better

Great store, lots of good sales and selections. Sometimes I feel like things you think would be inexpensive arent but its great if you have a Red Card Debit or Credit card to get the 5 % of every purchase. They also have additional coupons in their app that is on relevant products based on the time of year and holidays.

Friendly staff that knows your name and face, says hello whenever you come around. Always clean and well organized, things always priced correctly on the shelves. I never have to wait in line very long. One of my favorite places to shop!

I want to give this Target a 1 star because my girlfriend is always going here and I end up in the parking lot for hours. But my girlfriend is happy, and she would kill me for giving it 1 star, so 4 stars it is.

I come here a lot during my lunch break because its close to work. A good sized target with just about everything you would need when going to a target. They have a Starbucks and Pizza Hut inside which is nice. Staff is normally pretty friendly and helpful as well.

Its a Good Store with Almost Everything. And Helpful Staff .Only problem i faced at the store is that out of 8 visit, 2 times i didnt use self-check out counter and had problems with my bill. 1st time the billing staff billed thrice one of the item which was 10$ worth and this time same mistake happened again.The Management has to Work on this, its so much of trouble going back again asking for the refund.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I went to Target for a drive up order I had placed two hours ago ( the order said it would be ready within two hours and I would get a confirmation email to show that I’m here and the order is ready) So it’s a little under two hours and I wait in the parking spot for drive up. I’m still waiting and it’s ten minutes after two hours and I’m refreshing my email over and over. I walk inside to tell them what is happening and ask why my order is not ready. The clerk was pretty rude with me when I was asking questions. He was annoyed and rude. Still waiting and now it’s 40 minutes after 2 hours and I am still refreshing my email. Now it’s been an hour after I was supposed to get my order AND STILL HAVEN’TGOTTEN MY ORDER! I walk inside to tell them and luckily this clerk was much more understanding and nice. But I still haven’t gotten my order and pay attention to this I HAVE ONLY ORDERED A PACK OF MASON JARS!!! Not anything fancy,mason jars. The clerk tells me there’s one guy working the drive up and pick up station and that the orders not ready. Mason jars. How hard is it to get a pack of mason jars. So he told me to cancel it. I attempted to cancel it and it wouldn’t let me. Terrible.

As far as Target stores go, this one is average. If you are a mom-to-be, this particular location is very disappointing. The maternity clothes section has about a dozen options to choose from, most of which are only flattering if you are a petite woman with a perfect 6+ month baby bump. If you are not a petite body type or if you are less than 6 months pregnant, you are better off shopping at a goodwill/consignment store to find gently used maternity clothing.Annoying side note, but really only for those of you building a baby registry, this store always seems to have [given] their last welcome gift bag [for baby registrants] to the last customer.

I love Target. Not going to lie I probably spend too much money there. Unfortunately this target does not contain a wide variety of sizes of clothing. Also the clothing racks are so close together that a standard shopping cart doesnt fit between two racks. I actually stopped browsing for clothing even though I intended on purchasing clothing simply because I could not push my shopping cart between racks of clothes.

I once again returned to my Target to purchase my new cell phone. The tech I worked with, Rice not only went the extra mile, he went the extra 100 miles! Encountered a stumbling block with my Verizon account. He is very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and funny! He willingly spent the considerable amount of time helping me get things straightened out. His patience and guidance were remarkable all the while he was multitasking helping other customers while being completely attentive to my account issues. Im grateful for is desire to make sure I had exactly what I need and he saved me money! You just dont find this kind of customer service anymore. Rice deserves a raise. Ill be returning for all of my future tech needs!

Can’t think of anything negative to say except I always buy more than I intend...this particular store is well stocked with higher quality clothing and home goods compared to almost every other Target store I have been to; the variety is better as is the amount of different products to choose from. Customer service is great, everyone has always been friendly when they check me out and always get someone to help me with my cart (since I am usually carrying my infant daughter). Clean, spacious, and lots of items on clearance if you have time to look through the racks...definitely 5 stars!

The big thing that target has going for it is its ubiquity. Selection was better but now its kinda: Meh. Also, its hard to find stuff some times. The tech stuff you guys are doing to track users in the store is pretty sketchy.

This particular Target is really disorganized... They have these elaborate displays set up to look high-end, but pretty doesnt cover up dysfunctional. Price are never in the right place, I have to hunt up and down shelves to find the cost of the thing I want, then their computers at the register often ring things up at a price thats different from what was advertised. If youre not looking at shelf tags and your receipt here, youll end up overpaying almost every trip. I dont have this problem at other Targets.

Large variety and selection of reasonably priced merchandise, easy to do 1-stop shopping. Love that I can order online and pick up in the store -- I know when I make the trip whatever I need to purchase will be there, and I avoid shipping charges.

I got an email confirmation for pick up on my online order. When I went there the store guy said it got cancelled. Later, after reaching home I received an email saying Thanks for picking up!

I have been shopping at this Target for over 10 years now. The staff are always helpful, polite,kind and courteous . The managers are always around and in sight of the customers. When busy, extra registers are opened for faster check out.

Clean and well organized. Staff are friendly and available. Parking is ample. Not as big or well-stocked as some other Targets.

The target is consistent with cleanliness, organization, selection, courteous staff, but I hate the Cartwheel app. I have tried to use it several times and so far I have saved a whopping $1.38. And often I have discovered items that I missed saving on. Last time the app wouldnt even register and the nice Target employee manually removed the savings off my bill.

The new layout from the “renovation” is absolutely awful. The carts don’t fit down the “aisles”, and calling them aisles is being generous. Clearly designed to make you shop more and spend more time there, but it’s so confusing and overwhelming. I have a kid. I have places to be and I need an efficient way to run errands, not a three-hour capitalist existential experience. I gave up two hours in and left the store without half of my list because I was getting so frustrated. Never coming back to this Target again, and I really hope Dulles and Fairfax don’t remodel anytime soon.

Worst Target I’ve ever been to. Completely disorganized & the employees look like they either don’t wanna be there or they just hate working for a living. I went in asking for help locating a product, & nobody bothered helping. Not only that, but I got lip & attitude from some 21 year old who thinks just coz he works there, he can call me a white bearded old man who doesn’t know anything. I reiterate, avoid this place. Worst store ever.

This is the worst Target Ive ever been to. Shelves are often barren, and inventory is scattered randomly through the store and in the wrong place. The first time I went I figured (hoped?) it was just a rough day for them, but Ive been back a few times and it has not gotten better. I like using the Target app, but merchandise is often not where the app says it is, shelves are laid out poorly, and items will be out of stock even though the app says its available. Its frustrating because normally Target is the go to one stop shop for me, but you never know if the items youre looking for will be out (This past trip they didnt have rolling pins, butter knives, or scissors).

This is only for their phone services. I have tried calling this store at least 3 days, at least 20 times, if not more and NO ONE picks up their customer service department. I mean NO ONE! I have a simple question but cant get someone on the phone. I finally went through another department who put me on hold for a few minutes while they try to get someone from the customer service department on the phone. Please please please, ask your reps to pick up the phone. its a hassle and very unprofessional.

Good shopping experience. Associates are knowledgeable. It will be better more associates are available as sometimes it is difficult to locate one.

Loss prevention always follows me around when I shop here. Its happened on several different occasions. I used to work retail so I can tell. This never happens when I go to fair lakes target.

Location is right off of Sunset Hills and easy to get to. The store is laid out nicely and everything is easy to find. The employees there are nice and very helpful.

Customer Service at the Reston Target is the best!!!! We had three sleepy cranky kids in the car and needed to make one more stop after being out all afternoon doing errands. We called ahead to Target and were surprised to have a real person answer. She wasn’t sure if they had what we needed and transferred us to the pet food department. I was pleasantly surprised again to have someone pick up! That just never happens! Then the person (or angel) went to look for our specific fish food and came back with the good news that they carried it. On top of that, she offered to carry it to the guest services counter to save us the time looking for it in the store. God bless this angel of mercy. You have no idea how grateful we were and how much that small act of kindness meant to two frazzled adults.

Who doesnt love target? Although Walmart is cheaper for some items. This target is clean. Workers are polite. This store recently changed their layout but all still neat and tidy.

Ive been calling for an hour to ask a simple,short question and I cant get answer,I called the pharmacy theyre able to answer but not customer service 😣

They have everything I want and more in store. This location is newly redone, spacious, and clean.

I was at the customer service desk and had a very nice associate help me. While I waited, I noticed Kesha dealing with two very disgruntled customers back-to-back and I was so impressed by her calm demeanor with them. I used to work in customer service and understand that it’s not easy to stay patient, especially around the holidays. Thankful that target employs such wonderful customer service reps like Kesha!
