This is one of the best Williams Sonoma store. Manager Jeff and Lisa really help me out at the closing time, they work very hard to find the stuff for me. I gave them 19 items #SKU number. And they look it for me, I am so much happy from their service. Really happy from their service.

Nice kitchen stuff, nice store. Fancy and expensive. I dont need to get those gadgets there, but it is nice to enjoy.

I’ve bought a lot of stuff here in the past year. Today I learned that they put the “B Team” on the Sunday shifts. Chaos in the store, the cashier couldn’t void an order or process a State Department tax free card. I asked for my card back and left the store without my merchandise. I will go back to Clarendon / Arlington instead. The only thing they can help you with is their credit card offer, which is irritating. Clearly they get a commission from it. Total gong show.

Horrible customer service from manger Ashley!!! NOT recommending for shopping there. If we could we will give zero stars! Too bad, bcs store have nice products, but she represented this store very BAD! Dont waist your money there

Have been buying from W-S for YEARS, beginning with San Francisco store when I lived in Hawaii. Whats NOT to like about Williams-Sonoma!
