The knowledgeable dispatcher, Eliezer, was able to explain everything to me: from the professional-grade opener they offer, to what we can expect during installation. He was able to instill confidence that this team knows what they are doing. Eliezer was also very diligent to call with a heads up for the arrival time of the crew, and with an update because traffic would cause a delay. This level of communication is essential.When the two-man crew arrived they called us to confirm they were at the right place. The installer explained that they were essentially replacing everything (except the door itself) to it stall the opener. This was great because it confirmed what Eliezer had told us. When they were done, they called us down to program the key-pad. At this point the garage had already been cleaned up. They also hauled away the old opener.I am very happy to have a new opener with WiFi control and battery backup! Plus it is also 1000-times quieter than the old one from 1998. If you live in their service area, I would definitely recommend 24 Hour Garage Doors.

Absolutely Fantastic service from Eli and Mauricio. My garage door spring broke and I couldnt get out of the garage. I called 3 other companies listing 24 hr service with no luck. When Eli took my call, I explained that my profession requires me to leave the house at a moments notice. They were at my home within an hour and the garage door was fixed an hour after they arrived. They even lubed all the parts to help prolong the life of the door. These guys were lifesavers!

Before starting work, Eli confirmed pricing with me, explained how they would fix it, and price seemed fair. I have had other companies tell me I needed a whole new door etc, but this team was simple. When Mauricio was done, it functioned like a brand new door. Be forewarned, they don’t accept credit card payment, only personal check. Despite that, I would use them again.

We needed to have our springs replaced and when the technician got here he said we had to remount everything because the springs weren’t centered and the center rail should be mounted better. 550Dollars for a broken spring. Then four days later the garage was acting up would partially close and the go back up so I had 24 hours garage come out again and the guy came didn’t even open the motor said it has nothing to do with the spring and I probably need a new motor . So I got a second opinion and the guy realigned the sensors and checked the motor and said it’s fine.I’m updating that the owner Elizer did call and apologize for the technician not fully checking what the issue was when we called back the 2nd time he gets bonus stars for trying to make things right.

All I knew about my garage door was that there was a significant issue.Eli came out to a home I am renting to give an estimate and see which parts needed to be replaced on the garage door. The springs broke because the wrong parts were installed by someone else 10 years ago.The estimate was reasonable and Eli kept in touch about the parts that had to be ordered. Eli replaced the broken springs and related parts. After doing that, he was able to determine the true causes of why my garage door was operating poorly... the frame was only secured by 2 screws into drywall instead of bolts in the ceiling. Eli bolted the frame to the ceiling beams and straightened the rails. Thank goodness I followed his advice last week and did not use my garage door until he fixed it because the entire door assembly could have fallen on my cars or my family. What a professional! Definitely recommend for repairs and maintenance!

Eli did a great job. We had some difficulties in getting started on installing the garage door. It turns out that the rail frame could not be used due to the available space in my garage. Eli was able to adapt some of the old support beams by reworking them That save me from having to order customized parts at significant additional cost and a further delay in the installation. 24 hours garage doors is awesome! After I called, I immediately got a call back from Eli and he came over within 24 hours for a free estimate. I didnt even consider anyone else after meeting with Eli. His pricing was reasonable and my husband and I felt very comfortable with him. Seemed to be very honest and knowledgeable. He was able to schedule the replacement of our 3 car garage doors the week after and they look amazing. It took Eli and Sam a total of 2 days to remove the old doors and framing, etc. and to install the new ones. They were hard working and I dont think they even left for any breaks. Was very happy with the responsiveness and service from 24 Hour Garage Door. Eli, the technician who gave the quote and perform the garage door repair, was extraordinarily knowledgeable. He diagnosed multiple issues with my 2-car garage door, including improper initial installation of door and springs, and that a different kind of garage door opener would work far better with the particular design of my garage (and where load-bearing beams were at). Work was performed in a timely fashion, and garage door works perfectly now (balance, extremely quiet, properly lubricated, etc).

Eli arrived promptly after I called and provided an all-inclusive estimate. After some discussion, he assured me that he could update some of the critical components and restore my existing door to full effortless performance, for about 1/4 the price of replacing the garage door. He caame back the next day, with all the necessary parts and did just that. Saved me a lot of money and provided an almost better than new door which will hopefully continue to serve me well (as long as I get yearly tuneups) for several more years.

We were very happy with our service. The night before going on vacation one of our tension springs snapped. They were able to work with us and keep us going. Eli was able to come in and diagnose several issues, not just the result. He identified the areas that caused our faulty garage door so they wouldnt happen again. He set us up temporarily so that we could have a working garage door and then came as soon as he could later to fully repair incorrect installations from the past. They worked with us on price since they arent always the cheapest, but they get the job done right.

Having a broken garage door opener is a little bit like having a toothache. You just want it fixed, and you dont have a lot of time to do comparison shopping and get estimates. I called Eli on a Saturday. He showed up on Sunday, and gave us a firm bid. He returned the following Wednesday, parts and material in hand and worked until 7 pm to get the job done. Problem fixed.
