I recently bought a stove that was1/2 inch to big for the kitchen from Kelly Federman at Beach Sales. When i called Kelly told me there would be a restock fee and quoted me a price of 579.95 for the new stove. When i looked on the website later on i found the stove to be 549.95. Called to question it and was told i would get a credit. I had to call a 2nd time and as of today still havent received the credit. I was told it will be applied. In addition to this issue i was charged a restock fee of 126.00 which is fine. When i got the receipt i noticed they charged me 39.95 delivery when the prior week delivery for the first stove was 19.95. Nothing at all seems fair what this appliance company is doing. When i questioned i was told diesel cost. Doesnt even make sense. I wrote to them on facebook and they immediately took my post down. I emailed and got no response. Last resort google review. Be careful of this company. They will take advantage any way they can!!!

We purchased all of our (high end) appliances from Bob at Beach Sales. That was one of the few good choices we made.We bought a Thermador stove/oven and hood, Thermador dishwasher and fridge/freezer, speed Queen washer and dryer, microwave along with my favorite....Bosch coffee maker. Delivery went perfect!We had many issues with the fridge freezing food. Bob and other staff were phenomenal. When Thermador could not fix it after the 3rd trip, Bob and a woman in management made sure to get me a new one.We had an issues with another appliance shortly after the warranty ended and they still replaced it free of charge. No other store would do that. 4 years post purchases and I am still talking about their amazing customer service.

My washing machine was not working. I called Beacon Sales, Bob answered after the first ring and was able to get me a washing machine delivered and installed in about a week. Amazing!His delivery team was professional and efficient. They installed the machine, showed me how to work it and took the old machine.Great service!!

I would highly recommend Beach Sales. We recently purchased a Bosch Fridge and Dishwasher with them and Howie provided excellent customer service throughout the experience.Item 1) We were in need of an updated dishwasher and our extended family recommended calling Beach Sales. So we called and spoke with Howie. He was able to find us a great dishwasher and made the process simple. Item 2) While awaiting delivery, we went on vacation, and came home to a broken fridge. As luck would have it, it was the same day I was going to pick up the dishwasher and during tax-free weekend. I worked with Howie again, who really stepped up. He called us after his day ended and the next morning when he walked in. He made sure he was available to answer all our questions and was able to get us a new fridge, delivered to our home within 2 days. We faced many challenges (what was in stock during covid, how the fridge would fit our cabinet space, etc) but he was able to work through everything to give us a great experience and product.We now have 2 upgraded Bosch appliances in our home and would highly recommend working with Beach Sales and Howie.

I had the best experience ever dealing with beach sales! My home went under complete renovation so I needed new appliances. Howie worked with me in a short amount of time as I picked out seven appliances. I also chose beach sakes as they were recommended by a friend and their whole family will only go to Beach Sales. They were patient and knowledgeable delivery went awesome too!Howie was even kind enough to assist me with my rebates as my computer and printer is still packed due to my home renovations.I’ll be back for my grill next! I have used Beach Sales several times and have always found the employees to be very honest and very knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable and they had excellent people to install what I have purchased, e.g., an air conditioner and over the counter microwave/convection ovens. If you have questions about availability of particular items, they will be able to provide that information. They work with an excellent electrician who installed the microwave, and who also installed ceiling light fixtures for me. I have always found everyone connected with Beach Sales to be very courteous.

Walked in, everyone was busy and no one was interested. I couldn’t window shop because there are no prices on the appliances.

Beach Sales went out of their way to locate a replacement appliance when my Thermidor oven combo unit failed after only two years and Thermidor claimed there were no more of that model. A newer replacement would have necessitated expensive cabinet modifications. Thank you to Howie and his team for their efforts. I remain a loyal and appreciative customer.

Best possible service on earth. Guided me to exactly what I needed and my budget. It arrived at their store as promised. Howard knew I was picking up and suggested I bring my old dishwasher for no charge disposal. Customer for life with every appliance purchase.

We are long-time customers who have learned long ago that shopping elsewhere for appliances, video and audio is a waste of time.The staff and management never try to upsell. They will let you know about upcoming manufacturers discounts. They listen to you and help you choose the best products for your needs and satisfaction.Most importantly, their after sales service is superb. They advocate for you with manufacturers, warranty companies, etc., to the point of taking back merchandise for replacement or exchange. Their installation contractors are top notch, polite and prompt.Special kudos to Howie for running an incredible operation and Allison for handling the service details, so that all you have to worry about is being home when the service people come.

Awesome experience buying a washer and dryer. Staff was extremely helpful and price was great.

Bought all my appliances there about six years ago, plus they sold me an extended warranty which covered only 5 years (cost was about 330 dollars for all units). GE fridge had problems about 6 months after warranty expiration (what a shock!!). Cost me 350 to fix the fridge, Beach Sales offered me nothing and said It happens quite often ? Really? A 2300 dollar fridge cant make it through 6 years without breaking? What kind of garbage are these companies manufacturing these days? Obviously Beach Sales didnt make the product, but after spending that much money there, I would have expected them to do something besides tell me I was SOL !!! Ill be shopping elsewhere for my next appliances, which will probably be pretty soon, since these things are junk!

Really wanted to support the local biz over the big chain. Strike One for Beach Sales for us was the fact that it wasnt open on Sunday, the only day we had to shop. Beach Sales got lucky because the service at the local Lowes was terrible. So, we came home and bought the appliance on line through Beach Sales website. A positive- Price and delivery/install costs was the lowest we had seen. We set delivery for today and were told that the installer would call the day before to let us know when to expect delivery. Didnt happen-never got any message. Called Beach Sales first thing this morning to see what was up. Took an hour for salesperson to find out anything, but she couldnt get back to me because she had written my # down incorrectly. Luckily, I called back.Was told to expect install between 1-3 PM. Still havent seen anyone. A random telephone call came at 1PM from an unlisted number, which Im now thinking was the installer since the same # came up yesterday on the caller id log. When I answered the phone after 3 rings, whoever was on the other line was talking to somebody else and not listening for me to pick up. Though I said hello numerous times, he hung up instead. I tried calling back the number, but it didnt accept incoming calls.If the appliance actually arrives today, I might bump this rating up to 2 stars. But, not impressed so far . . .
