I have been bringing my familys vehicles to Atlas for body work since 2004. Every time my vehicles come back to me like new and always on time as scheduled; including this incident. 2 to 3 days average turn around time is the most important to me verses weeks or even a month at other shops.

Amazing job fixing my rear bumper on my Civic Si. They even washed and vacuumed the vehicle before pickup. Staff was professional, precise and experienced. Thanks guys!

My car went in for collision repair and my insurance had recommended this shop. Hugo and Fred, the owner helped me and were very kind and made my experience feel very calm and I knew my car would be in good hands. They told me it would take a week and they even finished a day early. They also detailed my very messy car as an addition to the amazing work they did. My car looked brand new on the inside and out. I highly recommend this auto shop for any future repairs and will be referring my friends and family to this shop!

I would highly recommend this place. They were very efficient. I dropped my car off on saturday and my rental was there waiting for me. So I was in and out 10min. They kept me updated on my car and it was ready on time as promised. Very satisfied customer. They guys there are great!

I wasnt going to give a review but there was a few nice people at atlas...shout out to yall. Your the ones the star is for (you 3 people) sorry I dont know ya names... However the bodywork was as any other autobody shop would do so thats good. There was some extra paint chips my car left with but hey it matches the road chips I already had...Oh and everything was rummaged through from stuff in my glovebox to things on the sides of my doors and middle console even stuff I kept in my ash tray was moved to the cup holder in the middle... smh I really didnt appreciate this because I keep my car immaculately clean and organized. I also had a hinge fixed which I was given a really good price but I guess I got what I paid for because as the broken part was fixed the hinge on the other side became unlined and needed to be adjusted. Yes I do thank atlas for taking my car back in to adjust the other side However it definitely didnt leave the shop as it came in. Thanks for trying though...

Took my Volkswagen here after it was keyed and Atlas made everything very easy. Dropped my car off on Thursday and they had a rental car meet me there. They also got my car finished by Saturday which was great! The car looks like new and everyone was very friendly.

This was my first experience with Atlas. I have to say I was a bit hesitant at first as I had never used them prior or knew of anyone that had. My insurance company highly recommended them to repair damage to my vehicle after being hit. I went in to drop my vehicle off, everyone was super friendly & thoroughly explained everything.My vehiicle was ready in a week. It looked great! I was very happy with the job done on my car. The overall experience with Atlas was very professional, Any issues that came up they were more than happy to talk with me about it.Even once my car was finished I took it home and noticed a few extra scratches and blemishes on the new paint job they did, That I was not able to see while it was in the shop.I called them up and they told me to come right down so they could fix it for me. As soon as I got there they pulled me right in the garage and had their paint guy come over and get right to work on my car before I could even get out of it.They simply asked where I saw the blemishes or in perfections in the paint and had the paint guy take a look and he confirmed that he could fix it no problem. indeed he did, it took less then 15 min to fix the issues I showed them.I even got to speak with the owner of the shop who personally apologized for the mistakes and guaranteed if I noticed anymore that I could come back to get them fixed no questions asked.I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area needing repairs for their Vehicle

Atlas is a wonderful shop always great service I have used them on two occasions. Once for vandalism & this time unfortunately for a car accident with extensive damage to my 2020 Honda Pilot. They always keep me informed & up to date when my SUV will be complete. I would highly recommend Atlas for any automotive repairs.

They did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle after the bumper and tail light were damaged in a hit & run. They were very patient and helpful when I called to check on the status of the repairs, and they even cleaned the interior and buffed out a scratch for no extra cost! My Jeep seriously looked brand new when I picked it up. Will be coming back when I need repairs in the future.

The team was very friendly and made me feel supported through a process that was unfamiliar to me.They were patient with all my questions, ensured I was taken care of and made a stressful situation much easier. Always a great job and easy to deal with

First and foremost is one of the best body shops in Boston and the people that work there are all hard-working people, I took my gti a couple of times for serious fix ups, they work with all the popular Brands and my guy Steve is one of the most trust worthy people I would go back there any time.

Brought in my car for body work, dropped it off on Monday and the following Tuesday it was done and looking brand new!

I brought my car in because I had driven over a pile of solid ice and something was rattling underneath. They told me it was not major damage, just something that needed to be bolted back into place. They spent about a half hour on it and didnt even charge me. Very much appreciate the honesty!

My car in the shop for a 8 days and it was due for pick up, but when I got there, there were scratches, marks, primer, and other stuff all over my car. I own a 2017 Nissan Sentra, so pretty new despite the damages from the accident and my bumpers due to parking in Boston so to see all those scratches on my door and under my car was surprising. Two of the workers, which is a older black man and a younger white guy wanted to argue with me and tell me that nothing is wrong with my car. I asked for the Owner and immediately he was able to address my needs and keep his promises. For that reason, I will definitely be back. He was professional and handled the situation well. My car is looking really good!

Very nice people, but probably won’t come back Front of my car they fix from a minor accident which was great but once I got the car back after a few weeks later My car completely died on me 3x that day . And continue to have to jump my car the next day Perhaps it could be from them working on it leaving the lights on door open which Drains the battery I don’t know but all I can say is my car never felt the same after . The Horn was changed sounds cheap the seat setting was screwed up and now I have to change my alternator because the oil leaked through from the cap into the alternator not blaming them for that just venting. Anywho that’s my experience other than that very friendly people who works hard.

They kept my girlfriends jeep for 2 months just to replace the passenger side rear window and never replaced the front window. They had an excuse as to why both pieces of glass didnt come in together. I would not recommend this shop for your car. Take your car to the dealership.

I had my vehicle recently repaired at Atlas. There were two separate claims and a good amount of damage. They did an excellent job. From the guys on the floor, to the office staff and all the way up to the owners... they made the experience less worrisome and took car of everything. Truck looks brand new. Thanks guys!!

So I got into an accident about a month back (not my fault) and after navigating the bureaucracy of the accident, I was offered Atlas Auto Body as an option for repair. The staff there were nothing but courteous and helpful! While the insurance rep said that it would be about a two week job, I got my Nissan Rogue back in less than one! The initial parking in the area may be a bit odd, but once they get started, theyll get the job done.

Prompt service, friendly staff, fast turnaround time, and a fantastic job on repairs. These guys literally saved my car from being totalled. I hope I dont have to get my car repaired again soon, but Ill definitely choose them when the need arises.

Do not use this auto body shop! They did the worst repair ever on my car. They said they aligned the car would not give me a copy of the alignment. Brought my car to the dealership the next day and they didnt replace any of the damaged parts, as the dealership stated they just banged them into place. This place works closely with the the insurance companies so they can get the most buisness and screw the customer over.

I was serviced my these guys twice already, excellent job, my car looked mint and worked perfectly every time, it actually looks better now then before the accident, super fast, efficient and highly qualified employees too and the customer service was genuinely positive not the fake corporate c. service you usually get, Ill definitely switch to these guys and refer them to all my friends :)

They did a good job on my car it was repair in 1 week.

I went there to file insurance claim with geico. Paperwork never got sent to claims rep. And because id that my $5700 check was canceled and i had to wait a month to have them reissue it on top of losing my title

I used them before and was very impressed and the work was done fast. About to use them again as someone rear ended me today!!

Had an appraisal appointment book here at 8:30 am monday morning. Upon arriving at the building there was no office but a line of chairs viewing the workplace. There was no one to greet me or the other line of people or say, even talk to us. The workers would constantly look over at the growing wait room but never actually speak to us. After 20 minutes of waiting I finally gave up. Do yourself a favor and go to a real autobody shop.

Patrick read the signs, The sign is 3ft by 4ft. Your appointment was with a company appraiser not one of Atlas. You were an insurance referral assigned to an in house insurance appraiser.You were met, you just didnt want to wait your turn. We apologize for the wait, but real body shops are busy. This one has been real for 37 years.

My car was rear ended and I brought it to this shop on the 24th of September and didnt get my car back out of the shop until the 31st of October because they took there time in fixing my car. They kept making excuses and they kept saying a different timeline to leave me in the dark. I will never ever ever send anyone here or even look there way again
