Brian and Edmundo really helped me over the weekend Sunday and Monday with the remote for my adjustable bed remote, I called the 1-800 first on Friday they really was no help at all so I decided to call the Revere store on Saturday spoke to Edmundo he was going to set up a technician appointment, I called back on Sunday morning spoke to Brian he said ma’am let’s try the remote I said I don’t know how to open it. Let me call you later, so I did got it opened, it needed 3 new AAA batteries told Brian and Edmundo Thanks for all their help They’reAWESOME

My wife and I went into the store with our two toddlers. There were two gentlemen working that Saturday afternoon on July 10th. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I believe one gentleman was the manager. What we especially liked about them neither of them were looking to hard close us on a mattress. They listened to our wants and made great suggestions. Our two toddlers were running around the store and jumping on mattresses and neither of them freaked out. I personally was freaking out more than them but they were totally understanding they are 2 and 4 years old. We left the store happy that we went there and purchased a mattress set for our son. Would definitely recommend giving them business.

Bought 1200.00 mattress been sleeping on 3 mattresses that were worn out. Paid another 150.00 for delivery set up of new and removal of older ones.We live on a 3rd floor only steps. Delivery company Brought mattress n base upstairs and struggled to get base upstairs BC of the small staircase. When the guys saw we had 3 mattress to remove. We SUDDENLY have BEDBUGS. which is crazy BC Ive had these for 5 years bought them. BRand new and i have NEVER had them or have symptoms for them. Neither does my boyfriend. So they left without setting up my bed or remove my old ones.Thankfully the store refunded some of my money so I can afford to pay a pest service to come out and declare there are NO bedbugs. So Ive had the base n mattress in my living room. I understand why they should not have taken them but He could NOT show me ONE bug or any presence of their shells. I think he just didnt want to be bothered with removing. Taking them down 3 stories.Im so angry and disgusted and would have returned them if theyll comeget them but they wont do that either. Its rediculous

I went to mattress firm to figure out which mattress would be the best for my back and Michaela at revere was so helpful that she was able to narrow it down to 3 mattresses eventually I ended up buying one and luckily it came out to a good deal. Michaela showed a lot of knowledge when it came to helping me pick the right mattress. Excellent customer service!

Edit #2: I had someone reach out to me directly and we were able to get the restocking fee/delivery reimbursed. Very pleased with the customer service. Despite losing out on tax, at least we are not losing as much on our mattress exchange.Edit: we did not end up liking our mattress and mattress firm has a 120 day guarantee. We decided to go on day 110 something along those lines to switch to a different mattress. We found one we liked for a considerably more affordable price, but upon processing the exchange we realized multiple things: 1) tax would not be returned to us (I guess it’s MA state law that tax isnt refunded after 90 days, I didn’t appreciate being tricked this way), 2) that we would be charged for another delivery yet again and 3) that doing an exchange for our mattress involves a 10% restocking fee (absurd considering the price of the mattress), so we only got back like 30% of the value returned to us in processing this exchange, losing out on nearly $600 dollars. I didn’t appreciate not being told upfront in the sales process about the tax thing and what an exchange would imply in terms of value lost. I’m not pleased with what happened and I hope everyone is aware of this for when they purchase a mattress in the future from them. The associate who helped us was great and understanding, but the one who told us the tax thing was snippy and rude, and I didn’t appreciate his attitude.Ike is absolutely amazing. He helped us navigate the overwhelming options available for mattresses, and helped us find the perfect one. We were very pleased with the entire shopping experience and at no point did we feel pressured to buy anything. He’s an excellent listener and really knows his stuff when it comes to mattresses, he will ask pointed questions to help you find the best fit for your individual needs, being receptive to your feedback and navigating through the many options in the store all while taking your budget constraints into account. If literally ANYONE I know is in the hunt for a mattress, I would not hesitate to send them to Ike. Mattress Firm is lucky to have him!

My husband and I need a new bed and went here to do a little window shopping. We were greeted by Ike almost immediately. He was friendly, informative, and very helpful. I told him the model he was interested in. He said they didnt have the model we wanted in the store, but found us something even better. It was a 2020 model. When we laid down to test out the mattress, he told us how it should feel while laying on our backs and sides, under our knees, hips and ankles to see if it activated any pressure points. (It didnt, so we knew it was the one we wanted.) He really knew what he was talking about. It was on sale for Labor Day weekend and the sale would be ending on Tuesday, so he said if we put a small deposit down, we could lock down the sale price. We were in the store for under five minutes before we put a deposit down for a queen-sized mattress.

I am unsure of how their in person customer service fairs but when please be careful when making an online purchase. Almost two months later they have my money and their product. After having spoken to what feels like everyone and their mother I obtained a partial refund. I was later sent an email stating that I would recieve the rest of my money within 7-10 business days...NEVER HAPPENED!!! The person who sent me the email also magically disappeared. If you feel like giving money away give it to charity instead.

New mattress with marking of the body where it was used. they sent me a mattress already used by other people. just sad with childbirth. the mattress is not flat, it has marks

Ike in the Revere store is great I met with him twice..first time he didnt have what I needed..I walked in I was quite specific,he directed me to amazon because the height and brand is something he knew.for the honesty I told him when I was ready to buy my bottom bunk mattress I would be back,because I was keeping the old one for now..no one is using the bottom bunk,its for sleepovers when covid ends lol..or a visitor..he said ok..well here we are 4 days later my husband decides buy all new at once,even though no one is using it,so to his surprise I actually came back,and a lot sooner than he thought.again he was helpful I walked in I told him no ones using the bottom bunk he said he remembered and I said I dont need anything wonderful but I dont want anything that no one could sleep on if we needed it he showed me three different ones gave me the prices I let my son lay on it and my son picked it out and it came out to $300 on sale.I thought it was fair what I like about Ike is that he doesnt try to upsell you something that you dont really need but hes honest about what is too cheap and isnt going to be the most comfortable thing if someone had to sleep on it and I dont want to sleep on anything that is awful if I had to, so we ended up with the mattress firm Euro top which seems not so bad.my son likes it until his top bunk mattress comes on Wednesday.Revere didnt have it in stock I had to pick up in Everett Wich was fine, with me I went home to get my husband and the truck.fyi,if you buy that bed make sure its an enclosed car or truck its light as a feather may blow away lol..may even fit in a wide suv with all seats down.when we went to everett,it was less than 3 minute process..they had us pull up at the side door they brought it to us..my husband loaded it..they probably would have done it but no need.i didnt catch the guys names in Everett but very nice gentleman, clean cut professional type but also polite and courteous made sure to greet right away and ask how I was and thank me for shopping with mattress firm,nice night stay safe.over all wonderful experience..Ill tell you I bought a mattress last year I wont say where right before covid hit.terrible experience,had nothing to do with the 5 months it took to get the bed because of lockdown and warehouse back up.but the rudeness and pushiness can be horrible.i tell everyone it was a great experience once I received the product because they were nice and apologetic but awful in the beginning..I buy a new mattress every 2-3 years so I will be here to get my new king!!! I hope Ike works there still!! If not Ill jump in Everett and see some polite guys either way mattress firm does a great job selecting people who want to be there, and be helpful and train them so they know their job correctly!!! I went to 10 different places I know once treated me better than that place in there thats why I bought my mattress there people dont make you wait they walk up to you and answer all your questions

I purchased a mattress for 700$ last month, and once at home we discovered that it has a very strong smell ( smells like old furniture hidden in a cave for many years). I called the store asking for exchange, and when the delivery team came they refused to do the exchange claiming that the mattress had a visible stain. I called the general manager and explained my issue, and they made me pay 100$ more just to exchange a stinky old mattress that they sold to me in first place. Very disappointing.

I walked in with the intention of buying a king mattress at a fair price and ike didnt disappoint. ill be sleeping well tonight.

Purchased an $800 mattress & box spring, took it home without delivery. Was defective, I was informed Id have to pay $50 for them to exchange it, even though the manager said hed never seen a mattress so clearly defective (via pictures); however, Id have to wait for a new one from the manufacturer. So, out $50 and a mattress/boxspring for a few weeks, it was less than 60 days old! The pillowtop portion of the mattress started coming unstitched and was bunching up.
