Made an appointment online for 9am.Got greeted by a rude receptionist who told me they didnt have a diagnosis tech on site and they could do an eye diagnosis that would take about 5hrs. Are you frickling kidding me? Who would wait 5hrs to recieve an eye diagnosis? Why make an appointment then? 0 stars.
This might be the oddest review Ive ever done, but I had a set of custom wheels sent to these guys and turns out they didnt quite fit right. The guys were professional, and tried their hardest, though, too accommodate me and were pretty patient despite being crazy busy. I got the sense there were some really good people working place.

Please allow me to go into detail on why I will ONLY be utilizing this location for all my car needs.First and foremost, I must disclose that I HATE auto shops! The reason being is because as a young female not only am I intimidated, but I am consistently made uncomfortable in these settings by comments, looks, unwanted/unsolicited remarks, etc. There was 0 of that in this location!Steve not only was fantastic at accurately disclosing the timeline of how long the service would be, he gave me a courtesy call informing me of the progress and when to pick up my car. He also went out of his way to find me a first visit coupon (in times like these, any money off services is GREATLY appreciated!).I can not stress enough how comfortable I felt here, and how thoroughly all the information was explained to me. He did not push any unnecessary services on me and he also was not condescending when I did not know the type of oil my car required (all terrible experiences I’ve had at other places of business).THANK YOU AGAIN STEVE! These may seem like really small insignificant gestures but to me they are not! I have gone months with neglecting the maintenance/upkeep of my car all from the anxiety of coming into an auto shop. I am so happy that, that will no longer be the case and all thanks to Steve and his professional and welcoming demeanor.I will be referring everyone to this location and look forward to my next visit!
Horrible mechanics,went to have tires put on and an alignment 3 hub caps fell of and my truck pulled drastically to the right and they were looking for any excuse not to fix it. I would never go there again.
Amazing experience! Had called 3 other shops for help after finishing work and finding 2 flats on my car, but other shops were either closing or didnt have what I needed. Even though this Firestone was busy, Anthony made sure I got what I needed at a reasonable price and gave me insider tips to make the experience easier. Also gave me a nice discount on a lifetime service package that will pay for itself within a year! Will definitely be back every 6 months.
This fireztone is the worst firestone they will get argumentive they wont write things down properly over 3 times and get it right the first time and the manager kicked me out for their negligence after ge said its ok to repeat yourself bo I said get things right the first time and Alex the man there was the one who was supposed to write it down

The fact that I was charged for balancing all 4 wheels but only 2 were actually balanced says something about the organizational workflow and quality assurance about this particular firestone. It is understandable that a technician has to step out for an emergency, even so, it is not excusable to leave a job incomplete and not communicate the status of the work to other technicians. I called for a refund, which I thought I got, until I checked my account and it turns out I got charged again.
I had a problem that I wanted checked out ASAP in case it happens again and I am far from home, even though my car is driveable. Called them for availability and they told me to come down ASAP. When I got there they had me wait for a half hour to get the guy I talked to on the phone. Then after a half hour they said they could take the car now but might not be able to look at it until the next day. Wow. Thanks for wasting my time. The guy in front me was having completely different issues with him, they lost his tax paperwork or something. Seems like bad service is what these folks do best.
DO NOT GO HERE . I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO this location. I have brought my Car at 9Am to get fixed for brake line issue and was on a rush. Alex told me he could get it done so I left my car with him. I told him to let me know whether he could or not since I was on a rush. He promised that he was going to get done. I have called several times to check on the car and Alex was avoiding my calls. I came to the shop at 2pm and called in at 4:30pm and Alex was saying he was done yet. So I came to the shop at 6:45pm in order to pick up my car and found out that my car was not even touched. I was charged $85 for no reasons too. I expressed my disappointments to Alex and he felt careless. Alex doesn’t care of customer and doesn’t care of my needs and he is dishonest. I felt disrespected, not a trustworthy location, wasted my whole day and was charged a fee on top of that. He gave me my car without break fluid and didn’t care of my safety.

Had to wait over an hour for AAA to put donut on car to drive to Firestone for new tire. Store was closing in 1/2 hour when I got there. Steve and Kyle stayed to put on tires and also noted I had burnt out brake light, which they replaced. They both stayed past closing time to complete the job and make sure all was good with my car. Very friendly and not resentful for staying late. Dont see service that good anymore. Will not hesitate to go back again. My son was also treated very well when he went there this summer. Exceeded expectations also!!

Professional, friendly, and timely. Came here to replace 4 tires I bought online (TireRack) and do an alignment. They only will replace tires bought online from certain companies, TireRack being one of them. Also, it obviously needs to be Firestone, Bridgestone, or a sister company tire. As such, they offered a great price for mounting, balancing, and an alignment.There is a waiting area with a really cool car battery that has micro USB, USB, iPhone, iPod, and a bunch of other chargers coming out if it so you can charge your devices while you wait. Staff is friendly, straightforward, and easy to talk to.My entire process took about 1.5 hours. Will likely come back here for other cars if I buy my tires online again.
Let me know the costs up front, and let me know I need new brakes after they replaced all my tires.
Today 3/23/2021 I called Firestone on Squire Road to get 4 new tires for my vehicle. I spoke to a man, I dont want to put him out there I know his name. I knew the brand I wanted the size of my tire. I had done my research and had decided already which tires I wanted. I called to make an appointment but He told me that they were not in stock. I asked him is there any way to get them ordered and delivered. He said no stores in the area had them. I was upset but i guess they werent available. Later in the day my husband caught a flat on his vehicle and his tires were from firestone. He told me he was going and just to test a theory I told him to ask him for the tires i needed. He got to firestone and in five minutes he called me and told me yes! They can order and get them delivered to the store. Wow!! I was upset, furious, embarrassed and i felt DISRESPECTED. Its because i was a female that this man just didnt care to do his job and help me out. I felt like i was DISCRIMINATED against. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope that anyone else that this happens to speaks up. I have Ive called corporate and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone anymore.
I left with what was fixed and by the time I got home it was freakin broken again. I drove right back and didn’t get ONE APOLOGY. Just a bunch of men looking at me like “wow, she’s upset.” ANYONE WITH A BRAIN would understand why that was completely unacceptable and would have acted accordingly.
Very great place to get your car worked on. Manager Jay is very nice and the technicians are very helpful as well. Have been going here for a while and always am quit pleasant surprise. They arent very pushy when it comes to sales which is a welcoming surprise.
Unprofessional! As usually horrible attention to the customer! I shower up with my appointment made thru the website and had my confirmation # and the guy pretended I didn’t have any appointment! Last year I had the same problem during the pandemic they messed up a couple appointments bc of time and made me change my own tire at home bc they didn’t have enough time to change it since they booked me for that day and I got away with it but this time I want to give them 0 star .. another day losing work to fix my car and couldn’t bc of them !
Excellent.. very friendly knowledgeable staff... Went in for wheel alignment.. another shop couldnt get correct after 3 tries... These guys at Firestone Revere got it perfect 1 try.... Excellent mechanic.. they still got me in an out in timely manner. Even though most mechanics were out with flu... Highly recommend this location..

Got front passenger side tire valve replaced, they put 42psi instead of 35 factory recommended. Driver tire had a pressure of 32 which they obviously didnt check it. Very professional. : ( Tdifference in tire pressure is not safe, I am not talking about wearing weels unevenly.
I came here on a Saturday because my brakes were making some noise. I was greeted by Steven who was very helpful and clear. The car was taken relatively quickly (faster than time announced) and then I was able to speak quickly to the mechanic about what was wrong. He was very nice as well. Then I was on my way after a third person did the check out. They inspected everything free of charge. The personal was nice and friendly. I would recommend this place.
Horrible I brought my car in for break inspection they took tires and brakes off then left car up on lift for about 90 mins while to get did the work on car for guy behind me in line.

Agent told me there was a nail in my tire and that it was too close to the side for a simple patch work. In addition to that, he informed me that my tire thread was dangerously low and will not pass state inspection. This is untrue because I just passed the state inspection 2 weeks ago. So I told him to switch it out with an extra tire that I have in the trunk. After a while, he called me back and told me that my extra tire has a bubble. Now I know full well that this is a perfectly fine tire with no bubble. So I insisted that he just switch it out anyway. When I went to pick up the tire, theres a VERY PROMINENT bubble on the side of the tire. It wasnt there before. Someone damaged my tire because they failed to upsell me.
Steven and Jay are they helpful, they give you good recommendation what need to be fixed. I was not able to drive my car and they let me leave it there and I got my car back in the next day. The service I have received was incredible than other places I had gone to in the past.

A Chevy dealer told me that I needed rear brakes replaced. Firestone examined the car and determined that the brakes were fine. As part of the examination, they found an engine oil leak due to a failed gasket in the front of the oil pan. Id had an oil change at the Chevy dealer a month ago and that was not mentioned. However, I had been noticing an oil smell and wondered why.Firestone also suggested that my air filter and cabin filters be changed. I appreciate the extra steps that were taken to assure my safety. I have a 50-mile per day commute and need to be able to rely on the car. I feel safe now.

Installed 4 tires. 2 weeks later had one tire leaking air due to a nail. That’s not the problem... the problem is I made an appointment for 11am to get a replacement tire. They said it should take an hour. I came back in an hour and they didn’t touch the car. I asked what’s going on, they just said they are backed up. They didn’t inform me, plus I had an appointment. 30 minutes more and the rim is just sitting on the machine without a tire. Ended up sitting for 2 hours just to get a new tire with an appointment. Rediculous!!!
Stay Away - Even with a scheduled appointment, this store made you wait for more than 2 hours for an oil change!! Response from this store is because they order the oil filter once the customer arrives to the store. The reason is because the customers sometimes do not show up for their appointment. And of course, this store does not tell you up front when you make an appointment; only tells you after you have waited more than one and half hours for an oil change without an hint of apology...you can guess that this store does not believe in repeat business!!
This place BY FAR is the worst place I have ever done any business with. I’ve dealt with some questionable individuals in the past, but Firestone puts icing on the cake. Not sure about their other locations but this one in Revere is a location you folks want to stay away from. It KILLS me how they are scamming people for hundreds and thousands of dollars and their victims are usually females or someone that has no clue about cars, etc etc. They pretty much will tell you, you need this and that just so they can charge you an arm and leg and sell you something you don’t need. Another thing is, customer service does not exist at this location. Made an apt at 11am on Wed to get a simple oil change. Came back at 1pm, car was not even touched. I asked the manager what the issue was, he had no words or clue as to why the car was not done. Not even a phone call to tell me they are running behind, and will need more time. I just took my keys and left. Reviews speak for themselves. Their own manager in front of me at the desk told me straight up: “We could care less about the reviews”. As I’m writing this I’m calling the corporate because this is not how you’re supposed to run business.

I have been servicing my vehicles at Firestone in Revere for years. The best thing that ever happened there was when Jay came in as manager. He takes time to make sure the job at hand is being done properly. As far as Im concerned, Jay well exceeds all my expectations of what a manager should be. He is definitely an asset to Firestone.
After confirming with the staff that theyd be able to mount tires to a set a wheels for me and then coming back (and watching me unload my car) they then tell me they cannot perform the work. I wouldnt come back here if you paid me.I wouldnt waste my time, especially when there are plenty of local shops that exude professionalism and are upfront with you.
Ive been bringing my cars here for service for more than 15 years. Jay and his team are personable, knowledgable, and take the time to explain whats going on with your car, and outline options. The Firestone credit card is really a good deal too - 6 months no interest for 6 months. I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else for service.

I brought my work van and detailed it in the previous review. Bad experience. I also brought 4 bc forged rims for my mustang (off the car, just the rims with the tires on them.) I brought it here in my truck. All I needed was to get these 4 wheels balanced... they said these rims are too expensive for me to feel comfortable working on it. That same day I brought them to ntb in Saugus, I tipped them 40, paid the balancing price. And was in and out in 30 minutes. Firestone does not know what there doing. They refused to work on my rims for such a simple job...... ntb used the basic balancing machine. If it could be done with that, then any shop could have balanced my wheels.
Im a loyal customer. I know Jay the store manager for like 16 years. He is awesome always is ready for help me no matter what is the situation with my car he always is there for me and his team. Great job guys 100% recommended.
I have been a Firestone customer for many years, but only recently in this state and at this location. Let me describe my most recent, and last experience. I had a slow leak in my tire due to a nail puncture. This is a 30 minute fix, tops. I made an appointment for 5:00. Upon arrival (a few minutes early) I explained my issue and left my keys. After a full hour of my car not moving in the lot I explained to the desk that I expected to be seen at my appointment time and that I had to leave due to other plans. He told me to come back the next day, again at 5:00 to get the problem fixed. At 4:00 I called and explained the situation asking if I could expect to be seen at 5:00 when I arrived or if I should arrive later. I was assured that yes, that was my appointed time, they would see me right away. Upon arriving I found that in fact no appointment was made for me so they couldnt see me for at least an hour. I asked when I could make another appointment and did so. When I asked how long I should expect to wait upon arriving for my new appointment I was told 45 minutes. I kindly explained that that is not how appointments work and that I was going to take my business to an establishment that understood that, and that respected their customers time. I understand that my original appointment was at the end of the day and often in this business things get backed up. The appropriate response in that situation is to call the customer at least an hour beforehand and explain to them the situation. I would have gladly shifted my plans and arrived at 6:00 on the original day had that been communicated to me. As it is, I will no longer be a Firestone customer. This location clearly has enough business that they do not need yours.
Very poor costumer service, wirkers there are weired and no skills with costumers, no communication, just surprised how they still having business there. Guys, if u want a sad day then go there.

Untrustworthy. Shady business practices. The work i had done was not done properly. Who gets rotors replaced 3 times in 10, 000 miles. Someone who had work done at firestone.I received a copy of all work performed and found billing for services not authorized. Also courtesy check fees for visits i had been there to complain about service already perfirmed.I sgould not have been cgargedBuyer be warned. Jay is a crook.

Please dont come here if you dont have a whole day to spend for just the one flat tire! Even the shop is empty. I also had has the same experience when I came for switching for winter tires 2 months ago.
I came in with a concern for noise coming from back left wheel when going through bumps. Anthony told me my back strut was shot and showed me the leak on the strut. Recommended I change both though I only have 40k miles on my mazda2 $350. Also said my ball joint was loose and showed me the wiggle so recommended I change my controller/arm $400. He said my back tires were older than the 5 years max allowed by Massachusetts and that even with enough thread left, I should replace for $250 (declined). I ended up staying 4h30min in the store on Saturday and 2h on Sunday after they got the controller from Framingham. Overall, I dont know if I got a good price but Anthony definitely did not manage my time well. Steve eventually left a good impression by compensating for that lack of communication about time.

I went there for an oil change and It was the worse experience that I never had. service is the worse!....they did not fill in enough the oil in the engine and this caused a very bad damage in my car.Costumer Service = 0 points, they dont care about anything, its the WORSE place to go.

I was a loyal customer for the past few years until a recent visit. I came on Sunday morning to reset my sensor because my tire pressure light was on, and after they check my tires they said its a sensor problem. Only 20 mins and done. BUT same night my tire pressure light was on AGAIN! Then I bring my car back on Monday morning, guess what? They let me wait for 3 hours and all they did was reset my sensor, did not check what was wrong, just simply reset the sensor and that took them 3 hours! Not friendsly at all! No respect! Worse experience ever! BTW I am an Asian female, I feel discriminate by them.
Great tires had my size and pr them on the trims while I waited. Theyre a bit expensive but they last!! Area to wait and sit if you need to.

This people has no respect for anyone time, i got an appointment to redone my wheel alignment because it was not good when i did it a month ago, my appointment is at 12:30 and now it’s 1:45 and my car still parked untouched. I asked them at 1:20 when will be my turn?! They said you are next and then i saw another car brought in before my car, when i asked what is going on?!!! They said you are next.What is the point of making appointment and not getting the service on time?!!!I will understand they are busy if i wait no longer than 30 mins after my appointment for my car to be brought in, but so far i been waiting for 1 hour and 15 mins and they just start working on the another car.Those people don’t value their customers time and it’s like people are free all day for this bull***.Don’t go there if your time really valuable, don’t believe in their appointment system because it’s just a fraud and not real. it’s my first and last time i will give this people my business.

Aweful customer service, scheduled twice in one week only to be told the tech wasnt there. Then waited 1.5hours for the front desk attendant to do nothing but warn customers to not trip over the wheel he left in the middle of the floor. Needless to say i wont be returning.

Dropped my car off with a flat tire on a Thursday and asked them to give me a call when they figured out if it was repairable or if I needed a new tire...after not hearing from them over the weekend I called Sunday morning to check on the status...after being put on hold for some time the man came back on the phone and said the car had never even been looked at!!! Apparently it had been lost under a pile of paperwork. How do you lose a Mercedes that has been in your parking lot for 3 days? They took it in and discovered that it needed a new tire, so they ordered it and said it would be ready by Tuesday morning. I went in today and they said they still didnt even have the tire and nothing was done! Come to find out the tire they had ordered was coming from Lynn...10 minutes down the road! Why wouldnt someone go and pick up the tire after I had been waiting for 5 days for it! I understand that I would have to wait that long for a transmission issue but not a tire replacement. Enough was enough, I took the car to the Mercedes dealership and only had to wait 1 hour. I have been spending my own money to commute to work via the T this week and have struggled to get transportation home when I could have been driving my car the whole time. Unacceptable.
They spend 2h and a half to fix a simple flat tire and the price is not so good, the manager is hispanic and refuses to speak spanish with spanos clients. arrogant tone in attendance.

They were so nice. I only went there because my warning light came on in my car stating that I had low pressure on my tires. They sent someone put to put air in my tires at no charge.
I have been there few days ago.it was one of my worst experience ever.i was there to fix my wheel.they offer me loan to fix my car. Instead of fixing the wheel they made it worst.they broke my transmission fluid tank to use the loan. They only did that so they can make money out of my name.
Broke door handle of driver side when I left the car to get 4 new tires. They didn’t tell me about; I only found out before I left and Ryan who works there said “are you telling me I broke it” when I was trying to get an explanation of what had happen. The door handle was fine and had never been broken before. They clearly broke it and didn’t want to take responsibility.
Tuesday June 11 went into the store at around 8:30 AM to buy three tires and they gave me a reasonable price and time of two hours for it to be done. Left the store to go get breakfast and come back around 10 AM and my car is still in the same place I left it in. I thought oh no big deal Ill wait, another 2 hours roll by and its STILL THERE. I call them out on it and they finally move my car in just to tell me they only have 2 tires and dont know where the 3rd one is. At this point its around 1 PM and I had to head to work. They scheduled an appointment for the next day at 3 PM. Next day rolls by only for them to call me at 11:50 AM that they still dont have the tire and need to reschedule. At this point I wanted nothing to do with them and just furious with all the time I wasted there.Update went elsewhere June 13 and they did the installation for 4 tires and an alignment in a third of a time
Always helpful, only problem most of the staff gets aggregated if its getting late and it shows. It makes for an uncomfortable visit. Also they seem to rush to get it done. I have been there in the am and its a totally different type of professional busy, dont go late
Always get your car on the lift that day. Been here many times in urgent need and been out within 2 hours. The manager Jay is great and always has a pleasant attitude.
My experience with this shop is very positive. I serviced there both of my vehicles (oil changes, tire changes) and have no complaints whatsoever. I visit them at the early am hours and the waiting time is very reasonable. One thing I want to point out is that they seem to conduct a very honest business. At least on two occasions they advised me to refrain from unnecessary at that time serivice (alignment after a free check) even though I was ready and willing to pay for it.
I have replaced tires for 2 different vehicles here, Ive also fixed a couple fats tires and the service has been outstanding. On my last trip I had breakes replaced and once again I was impressed with services, professional and helpful. Im def switching where I have had my car serviced for the past 5 years for this place.
So, I set up an appointment here for 2 pm today for oil change.. came in right on time and then i was told to wait an hour.. it wasn’t supposed to be an hour since I have an appointment, but okay its fine! i can wait an hour!! it passed by, and another hour too but my car was ryt where i parked it.. and again another hour passed and they finally moved my car in! turns out, it takes only about 25 mins to change the oil!! hate this place! this is a joke..never ever coming back again!!DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

Went in to get ONE tire changed nothing else! Made a 1pm appt by 1:30 car was still out where I had parked it. After notifying them of this they placed car on a lift where it remained unattended to for the next HOUR!!They kept telling me someone was on it ; I was watching through the glass there was NO ONE working on it!LIARS!!!! Will NEVER GO here again and you shouldnt either. 1 1/2 hours for one tire, really!!!
Make an appointment and youll get fast service. Also, if you buy a service online, they will find it in their computer no problem.
Even though they were very busy ( the only place open on a Sunday), they stayed late and finished the job so I could drive to work Monday. Really good prices too.
They take forever to fix your car, even with an appointmentUpdate: now it’s one star instead of two because of how they deal with their customers. They won’t listen to you because they are the only ones who know about cars, and as the crappy customer you are, you know nothing and you HAVE to listen to them. I can’t say I’m surprised, it’s going to be the last visit to this branch. Just do yourself a favor and go to a different shop or different firestone branch. 3 hours for balancing and an alignment that’s not done right.

I have the most bad experience ever they keep my car almost two days i had check engin light they clair the light and they said the car is all sat and they charje me 620$ but the check engin comes back after 10 miles driving
Had to drop off a family member. Used them in the past and found that they padded the bill.

I got two tires for my Toyota Camry and it was really cheap in the people really nice
Came in for my flat fix appointment at 10am, told me it will take up to an hour to fix costing around $20-30. My car was not move til 2 and a half hours later. After 3 hours, told me my tire was not fixable, and pushes me to buy their new tire and a “life time” alignment service for a total of $400. The most frustrating part is i’m currently still waiting for it to be fixed after 4 hours. For all the goods that god have left on this earth, do not step foot in this place. Such a waste of time and money. If you’re reading this, do yourself and everyone else a favor, spread the message right now!
They always do a fantastic job on my Honda. Alerting me before things wrong. Nobody want to spend more money on their car. At least these guys can help make it not suck so much.
A relative of mine brought her car to Firestone in Revere and was quoted $860 for front brakes and a caliper. A bit surprised, she called me and asked what I thought. I advised her not to have the work done. She brought the car to a different but reputable garage and they freed up her caliper and told her the brakes were not worn out and did not need replacing. They freed up her caliper for $40.00.Bring your car to this Revere Firestone garage if you want to have your wallet gouged out. Honesty and integrity are hard to find in auto service shops these days. Rip off artists are a dime a dozen. Buyer beware.
