My consultant was the sweetest and so helpful! The dresses are very reasonably priced, and if you want a veil, it comes free with the dress! They only require one payment a month, which is also super nice. I cannot thank them enough for helping me find my dream wedding dress!

The prices are a little pricey but the quality helps. The service is fantastic, Haley was very nice, friendly and helpful. She helped me find my wedding dress, and a couple weeks later she also helped me find a dress for my friends wedding. Both times she was patient when I wanted to go back and try things on again, and was really genuine in the compliments she was giving. We also had little kids with us which isnt ideal but they were very helpful with them. I always recommend this place and it is my go to for dresses and suits.

I LOVED this place!! It was so great! The workers were super friendly and accommodating, I didn’t have an appointment but they got me in as soon as they could and were very nice about it. I was planning on going to another shop after Circle of Love but I didn’t even end up needing to because every dress she pulled was FANTASTIC and I literally found the perfect dress there. I highly recommend going here, they are super awesome.

Although I didnt have the best initial experience with the Circle of Love, JC Weber made significant effort to make things right. With our conversation, I found JC to be open to constructive criticism and legitimately concerned regarding the reputation of his business. I also learned that some of the concerns I had regarding work quality were somewhat out of his control. As a result, JC assured me theyre changing their approach to suit tailoring by providing additional training to those they work with and ensuring the more delicate projects are assigned to more experienced seamstresses. I commend JC for his genuine concern regarding the quality of workmanship provided by his store and wish him and the Circle of Love the best.

Ive had the best experiences here! The owner is the sweetest lady ever and her employees follow suit. If they didnt have what I wanted, they gladly ordered it in. I got my bridesmaids dresses, groomsmen outfits, and my fiancés suit here and theyve all met/surpassed expectations. Definitely a great place to get what you need for bride, groom, and more. The only sad thing is they dont really have any plus-sized wedding dresses, so I wasnt able to get my wedding dress here, or I totally wouldve. So, that would be the only suggestion is give: get some awesome plus-sized wedding gowns!
I have always always HATED dress shopping. I loved that circle of love took time before hand to send out a questionnaire that helped me make decisions beforehand and have an idea of the style of dress I wanted. I found a beautiful dress for an awesome price and even got a great deal for my groom! The girls working in there took one of my least favorite experiences and made it so much fun!

I loved working with Whitney when picking out my dress. She asked about style and went on the hunt she never once brought me a dress that didnt fit, I dont even remember her asking me what my size was she was that good! My dress is just stunning and no alterations were needed.There was a hiccup with my fiancés suit not fitting over his boots, there was somethings that happend at that time I was not impressed with but after leaving the gentleman we talked to called back and told us he would make it right and he would have suits for my fiance to try on in the morning. I felt the problem with the suit was really no ones fault we just didnt realize there was two versions of pants. But they did right by fixing it and ordering in a new suit that fits perfectly. The gentleman was also nice enough to order in the style with a vest for no extra charge for the trouble. Overall it really is a gem of a store so many diffrent dresses for any body type.

Ordered a suit, 4 days later they informed us the company didnt make that suit. So we ordered a second one and the color was WAY off from what they showed us. Picked a THIRD suit and had it tailored. Gave specific instructions to not tailor the shoulders and they did so it was too small. They refunded the tailoring costs (which was $30). They said they didnt cut any of the fabric so we would be able to have it taken out. Took it to a new tailor who found that they actually had cut off the fabric so she wasnt able to take it out.. So all in all we spent 300 dollars on a suit that doesnt fit.

They also gave me a discount for my grooms suit package and were able to get him the perfect suite and alter it for us for such a great deal! 10/10 recommend going to the circle of love!!
Last time I was here, I came with a friend while she tried on wedding dresses. They had her fill out a survey of the features she liked, but the dresses they kept pulling out for her to try on didnt really fit any of her descriptions at all and they all looked basically the same. I think she tried on 3 (maximum 4) dresses and when the lady assisting her found out she wasnt prepared to commit that day to a dress, told her that was all and to come back when she was ready to buy. I totally understand commissions, but a wedding dress isnt something to be pushed into buying... she was trying to find her dream dress for her special day and wasnt sure what she wanted! We had thought the person was there to help her find it, not get frustrated because she didnt want to jump on the first dress the lady brought out.Other than that, the place is alright. Id have liked more variety. The atmosphere is kinda stiff and a little too formal in my opinion. I feel slightly awkward whenever Im there. Based on this last experience Id rate lower, but it was alright other times Ive been here. Not spectacular though.

BUY YOUR WEDDING DRESS FROM HERE!!!! I originally bought my wedding dress from a shop in Idaho Falls and after I had gotten my dress they recommended me to a seamstress to get a few simple alterations done. Long story short, the seamstress completely ruined my dress and made it unwearable, and on top of that, the bridal shop I bought it from said that “there was nothing they could do” because we had gotten it altered. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR SEAMSTRESS WHO MESSED IT UP. At this point I was now 2 weeks away from getting my wedding pictures done, and now without a dress. After the other bridal shop left me with an unusable dress I quickly called Circle of Love to book an appointment. They were so kind and empathetic when I told them what had happened and quickly made me an appointment for that day. The service was outstanding!! I had Kensley helping me out and the whole time she made me hopeful, excited, and just beautiful the whole time! SHE WAS AMAZING!! I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me on anything, they genuinely just wanted to help me find a dress that made me feel beautiful. I ended up finding the absolute perfect dress for me and I’m not ashamed to say that I cried, not just because I loved how I looked in the dress, but because this bridal shop knows what they’re doing. They know how to make their customers feel valued and help them to find what they’re looking for. Their dresses are beautiful and sooo reasonably priced. I will never be able to put into words how grateful I am for Circle of Love. Don’t even waste your time with any other bridal shop, because this one will out do them all!!

She was professional, knowledgeable, and gave me encouraging and unbiased feedback that helped me to make a good choice. I was able to find a beautiful dress in my budget that I loved.
This is a fantastic place with an owner who cares about everyone who steps into the door. I had a poor experience on my first visit to this location and within 24 hours the owner called me asking if he could do anything to fix my issue. He and his employees went out of their way to fix the problem I had with my suit pants. I wish they were able to do in house suit coat adjustments but not every shop can be perfect. Overall its a great shop and I will be likely to return.

Purchased my wedding dress here years ago: every single person I interacted with was kind, patient and seemed genuinely interested in finding me a great fit within my budget. When there was a miscommunication at the end of the sale (was quoted a slightly lower price than rung up at register) the girl who had been helping me paid the difference out of her own pocket and refused to let me compensate her. The prices were much more reasonable than other comparable businesses I looked into at the time. Many of the gowns meet the specific needs of the clientele in the area (modest options that fit within the local religious majority requirements). They will help those who want to have alterations if they need them for religious ceremonies and rites as Mormon LDS ceremonies require more coverage in their temple ceremonies. Professional employees even if youre not in the market for a religious wedding.

I walked in to explore and I wasnt going to be able to try anything on until they grabbed me and told me that someone had just cancelled and they were fitting me in! They got chairs for my whole entourage and then started in on me haha McKenna was incredible! Seriously I felt so comfortable with her and she was really easy to talk to. We found my dream dress in the second one I tried on and they helped me get it relatively into my budget, loved it!

Rented a tux from here for my wedding. They had really good service pretty good rates and they were good with working with me on the return date. It’s definitely the place to go for events even if the name is cheesy! :)
I had a great experience and even found my wedding dress here! However, I took it in to get the complementary bustle since my dress has a long train, and instead of sewing in a bustle that wouldn’t damage the delicate fabric on my dress, they punched plastic tags in to create three different loops. Now my wedding dress has not only one, but six small holes that I will now have to take to a seamstress and pay extra to possibly see if she can fix it. And this is all because cutting corners and not taking time to correctly do a bustle! So just a heads up.

The Circle of Love is the gold standard for wedding dress shopping! They had so many gorgeous dress options, were friendly and easy to work with. We the perfect dress!
I bought my dress at Circle of Love. I had two appointments after I bought the dress, one for a fitting, and another to make sure the dress fits. When I showed up for my second appointment, they did not have my dress. They said that they thought that the seamstress had it, and just didnt check it out. They were not panicked at all that they didnt know where my dress was; instead they acted like it was no big deal. I am getting married in 3 weeks and needed to pick the dress up in less than 2, and they did not know where my dress was. My dress was not brought into the store until the following day, so I was forced to make a new appointment with them. When I went to try my dress on again, they did not even make the alterations that were needed. They also told me that they would knock off the 10 dollar service fee for losing my dress and having to reschedule. When I went in today, they said that I owed 100 dollars and that they would take off the service fee, so I’d only be charged 90. I looked at the paper that had the explanation of all the money I owed, it was 80 dollars worth of work and a 10 dollar service fee, totaling in 90 dollars before the service fee being taken off. I pointed this out to them and they changed it so that I only owed 80 dollars since they said they would take the service fee off. I would have gotten over the fact that these ladies lost my dress, but the fact that they lied to me and tried to get all the money really made me angry. I was not impressed by the service I received at Circle of Love. I will not be doing service with them anymore and I will not recommend anyone to go there.

Circle of Love not only had the best selection of modest, high quality, classy and elegant wedding dresses, but they were far more modest in price than the overpriced dress shop in Provo. The mood at the Circle was very welcoming and warm. Heather is an absolute pro at what she does, and she made my daughter and all who came with her feel like royalty!
