Ive called twice to get a window chip repaired and they tell me to come down. I went down today and they dont have the liquid to do the repair. Its disappointing when you go out of your way, but the information given is wrong. Itd be better if they say we dont have the liquid or we cant do it today, but you can come back when we do.

Save yourself the stress and go somewhere more reputable. This place has no organization and has very poor time management skills. Quality of work also not the best.Came here to get my windows tinted. When I called I was just told to “bring my car in.” When I brought my car in the very small lot was packed with cars. Could barely park. When I inquired about a time in which the car would be ready I was just told “I’ll let you know” ... ok so ended up taking 6 hours to complete my windows. I was never contacted about an ETA, I had to contact them. Bring the car home, both of my rear windows have tint peeling up 3 days after. After contacting the shop I tried several times to come back and get my window repaired. No luck, I never was able to leave my car for 6 hours at a time bc I also have things to do. Saved myself the headache but lost money because I ended up paying AGAIN at So Cal Auto Glass & Window tint right down the street. They did a much better job. There is absolutely no structure here, by simply scheduling people in for appointments instead of having people rush in this tiny lot business could be improved. Don’t trust this circus show of a window tint shop.

We had to have a windshield replaced on our vehicle. We called everywhere within a 20 mile radius for quotes and Rialto Auto Glass beat them all.Their place was very busy, but they took the time to greet us and assess the situation. The price was the same as what was given on the phone.They did a great job! Infact, such a great job that we asked them about having an Alarm and Kill switch installed on that vehicle. Due to overwhelming car thefts in the area. We wanted our car to be protected.They gave us a price and again they beat out everyone. So we had the Alarm and Kill Switch installed on all four of our vehicles. We are so pleased to say the least.This will be our go to place from now on. Were referring them to our family and friends and thats why Im writing this review.

I called this location and they gave me a very good price for a front windshield. However, when I arrived for an actual pricing they arranged a better deal for a better windshield with life time warranty as the manager Ricardo stated. I took the deal and my car is looking like its cute self again, thank you Jorge who Im guessing did the manual labor. 😌

Must have had NEWBIE do the work. Wrinkles and bubbles. Not noticable unless you really look at the work. Price was good so I guess I got what I paid for.

Go somewhere else! Price is good, but unprofessional workers. Left window sealant stuck all over side of our car, left dirt and seal debris all over floor, dash and seats, and did not put window side panels back on properly! Car whistled all the way home. Had to fix them myself.

After getting my smog from Eagle Smog Check, had them replace my front windshield on my 2001 toyota because of a crack and these guys really took care of me. Best shop in town!!! Quick and no hassle!!

I called before I went in, got quoted at around 97 dollars. Once I showed up the worker told me it was 150 and it’d take like 2 hrs. Did not feel like arguing about price or waiting the 2hrs so I left. Came back few days later, told the guy I was quoted at 97 and got charged 120 for the window replacement. Price isn’t bad just didn’t like being quoted a number then charged something else. They did a good job replacing the window no complaints on that.

This is the worst place I have ever been.I first called for a quote.They asked more money when I be there. I tell him that I have record phone. He said show record will give same price, But didnt give same price. Its fraud company.

Called to get a quote on a windshield for a 2016 Nissan Rouge. Got quoted $120. When my wife arrived they told her it will be $180. They said they quoted me for a Rouge sport. And that the glass was different. As my wife waited, she over heard two other people had been quoted lower over the phone and actual price was a lot higher. Not a good way to do business.

I will not be going here anymore and I would not recommend anyone to get windows tinted here. The tint was cheap but I would have preferred paying more for better quality somewhere else. My mom and I got our cars tinted it took ALL DAY to do my car that we had to come back the next day to drop off my moms car. Not only that but they rushed putting the tint on my car I have bubbles and the tint started peeling so I had to take it back and they didnt put the doors back on properly on my car. My mom has the same issue and has to take it back.

The Staff was very friendly. I got my windows tinted and turn out excellent. Fair price and professional service. I’m Really happy with their amazing work. Time frame was decent time. Make sure to give them a call for a quote.

I called the local number listed on the webpage and got a factory vm greeting, so I hung up. Someone called me back and told me I was free to bring my car in. I was happy because it was Sunday. Nothing was open, and I prefer to utilize small businesses. My cars windshield has sensors and a camera on it, but I was quoted a reasonable price for an after market part. Turns out they didnt have the correct windshield in stock, but offered to come to my house and install it the next morning. No one showed up or called, so I texted the same person who I spoke to on the phone to follow up on my work order. In short, I asked if they were still coming. He replied, Bring it. I explained the situation, got no reply, then immediately reserved an appointment at another location.The following day, I went to the shop and asked for a refund as I paid in full two days prior. I dont recall getting the gentlemans name who greeted me, but he was eager to make things right. Like most ppl, Im busy with VERY little wiggle room for inconveniences like this...BUT I can appreciate effort. About 1.5 hours later, a tech showed up at my house and completed the installation.There seems to be an issue with communication within the company, but that does not take away from the quality of the work that was done on my car. So far, everything seems to be in working order. I was also reassured if anything should go wrong, I could bring it back in.IMO, this place needs to regroup, create some uniform processes and implement them. Whoever is manning the phone needs to be professional and responsive. At the end of the day, that was my only issue. Everyone else I was in contact with was very personable and professional. Im undecided if I will use them again, but if I do, I hope to update this review with 2 more stars.

I went in for a windshield replacement . I have the type of windshield that has the antenna built into it, which usually costs more . But I was charged the same. and these guys are FAST. Very impressed. highly recommend.

I came yesterday at 11 asking for a tint removal and to add tint they told me to come back tomorrow at 8 because they had 2 cars for tint removal so I said ok that’s fine. I come back the next day at 8 and I talk to the older gentleman he takes my info and keys and I’m told it’ll take an hour and a half and we don’t open till 8:30 is that fine I said yes. I get a call around 9:40 from the shop and he’s barely telling me “do you want your new tint on the old tint or remove the old tint” so I pulled up to the shop to find out other cars are being worked on before mine and I ask the guy what’s the deal then asks me if I can come back tomorrow even though I was the first one there smh didn’t even bother with him and just dipped found a cheaper spot in sb thats doing it as I’m typing this... trash service here wouldn’t recommend.

I called on a Thursday and was able to get work done on my husbands truck the next day. Richard was the man to help us. He was super helpful and friendly. We were able to get our windows tinted perfectly and the top of the line alarm for a great price! Can’t recommend this this place enough. Our go to place for get service fast.

Tinted on my M4. Alex promptly emailed me back with a quote for carbon and one for ceramic. I made an appointment for last Saturday and received a confirmation text that morning. at Tint Pros and he showed me a variety of shades on vehicles and explained the difference between carbon and ceramic. I went with the ceramic and I am happy I did. Keeps a lot of the heat out and the windows look great. Richard and team did an awesome job in less than 3 hours. Will definitely recommend Tint Pros to friends and colleagues.

I had my windows tinted on my 2016 impala, I have bubbles and razor cuts on the tint went back two week later to get my windows fixed only to get the same results, I want my money back or at least some of it back because i have to go elsewhere to pay to have the tint removed and done over. SMH...poor quality and workmanship. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. D.I.Y would come out better.

Found this company on offer up and got a quote on a replacement on a windshield. This was a Monday morning. I ask if they had availability that same day in which they informed me they did and to send my address. I sent my address and sent my phone number to call me so I am aware when they are on their way. The day goes by and I receive no call or message I reach out to the number provided and it rings to voicemail (that is filled) I call the next day to get some sort of confirmation and the gentleman answers and informs me he will call me back to let me know. Spoiler alert! I never received a call back! I call the following day which is two days now of no response and I call the number numerous time and get a response and the guy says he is on his way to the shop and will speak to Jonathan regarding my windshield that was suppose to be fixed two days prior. AGAIN! I receive no call back! I received a quote of 120 but I rather pay more in which I did!! for a better quality service and better customer service! How can you run a business that has no communication with the customer?

Bunch of hustlers there. I called that place specifically what I need and the guy cut me off as I was speaking and come to the shop $97 bucks. So I go to the shop and they change the price to $130 bucks and Im saying I wouldnt of came over here and wasted gas if you were gonna raise the price....

Took wifes car in for window replacement. They did a good job but took way too long. Was there for 2.5 hours with an appointment. Good people, nice price but took way too long.

I came to replace my drivers seat window. I got there and the guy that attended me said it would only take 1- 1 hour and a half. Well i thought cool, I’ll wait. 2 HOURS WENT BY and they were just beginning. A couple of cars got there after me and their vehicles were done first, DOING THE SAME JOB. I asked if they had appointments. The guy said no so I said what the heck then. It’s true that there’s guys at places like this that take advantage when they see a girl alone thinking they won’t speak up. Yeah right. Terrible customer service. Won’t be coming back.

Really great spot, they gave me a great deal on window tint for both my cars, first I brought my 2019 Atlas came out flawless so then I brought my 2013 Cruz best deal in town. One thing I did really appreciate is they cleaned up all the door panels after they were done, a lot of shops I noticed I’ve been to in the past they would usually leave all the water drip down and dry up and to remove that would be a pain in the @#$. Good job guys keep it up👍🏼

I do not recommend you get what you pay for here.If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would please don’t come here but if you’re looking for something cheap and you don’t have the money to go somewhere else you got to do what you Gotta do.This place was horrible they messed up in my windshield in my brand new truck after I told him I keep on hearing wind noise coming through my windshield and I’m pretty sure I’m going to get water coming in. they said no it I’ll go away I have got my windshield done for other cars and I have never had an issue or heard any kind of wind noise coming in from being freshly installed.

Just moved here and still had some stuff in my car. Overnight, someone apparently tried to get into the car by way of a brick to my windshield. I got an online quote the next morning and set the appointment. The 2 guys that came out were very professional and proficient. Kept the work area clean. Clear instructions for after care. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for the awesome service!!

Went to get tint done for my car. The guy got my number, name and everything. I asked how long it would take and he said he would call me because he had like four other cars to work on before mine. I said okay, I waited at home for a call that i never recieved. This was my first time there, I dont know at what time they close or how long window tint takes. They never called and around 7 is when I started calling them but no response. Only to show up and for them to be closed. They could of told me they closed at 6 so that I would know to get there beforehand and they could of called or messaged me like they said they would of. Then as I complained to another worker they said it wasnt their fault.

West Coast Exotics, where I bought my SWEET RIDE recommended the Tint shop rialto to have my windows tinted. Not only is Micheal the owner and his right-hand man very polite and answered all my questions, my car came out looking GREAT in less than 90 minutes The waiting room is spotless with a large screen TV which made time go by quickly. Dont go anywhere else.

I called them when my car got shot with BB guns, my rear glass was completely shattered. Every other place I looked into wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to replace it. I visited Rialto Auto Glass approximately 2 weeks ago. I must have called at least 20 places for a quote on a new windshield with the sensor. They beat every other quote I received and had me come right in. They were very courteous, professional and QUICK! I would highly recommend this place and definitely would return!!!

I was told I had an appointment for 0800. I arrived on time to find 10 more cars infront of me. The shop was not open yet and I asked the other people if they had an appointment aswell. The majority of them responded with yes at 0800. I spoke to one of the guys who was in charge and he told me that I would have to wait. I waited for 45min before I spoke to another guy and he told me that they would not be able to help me here. That I had to go to another tint shop. I told him why was I not told this in the first place. He said I dont know but Im telling you now.

Called to get tint the girl over the phone tells me that they have time.I drive over there (2 mile drive) an she tells me that theres a 7 car wait that there booked. Week wemt buy same thing happened than they have someone on offerup advertising he always says come right now an when you go its a 6 hour wait ?!! Horrible

We took our car for window tint a week ago took our car at 1 pm we left it there we called the shop at 6 pm because thats the time they close asked if our car was done so we can pick it up an employee said in 30 min they would be done we showed up at shop 6:40 to see that our car hasnt even been started we told employee he said he will do it now and we waited by 7:20 they gave us car with the tint we imediately saw bubbles on our windows and told the employee he said usually it bubbles for 3-5 days? We had our car for one week with that tint still with bubbles I called shop asked for manager he said to take our car to shop we did and we just had our window tint removed and were refunded our money back this shop is so unorganized they have so many cars coming in I think their in such a rush that their work is done poorly when they took our tint off they did a bad job also scratching our windows and leaving glue residue from the tint they removed.

I recommend going to their establishment for all of your auto glass needs! Ill definitely be returning there for future services.
