Visited the store on Monday July 19 2021 to just take a look and were met by Juan. We knew what we were looking for but still unsure of what to consider buying. Juan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and spent about an hour with going through different options and prices. We finally decided on a adjustable split king with the Beauty rest mattresses..We left a deposit on the items as this was the first place we stopped to see..Juan made everything he could to make this a excellent experience and everything he could to bring it within our budget...Im sure we will be back by Saturday to finalize the deal but nonetheless Juan was great to work with...

My wife and I went in yesterday to buy a new mattress because the one we bought a few months back wasnt working out for us(it was purchased elsewhere). Kimberly was the sales rep that assisted us with finding the perfect mattress for us. She let us test out the differences between the soft firm and medium mattresses. An was very informative about what each mattress had to offer. Once my wife and I layed on the Hybrid Premium Silver Chill 14 Plush Mattress we were in shock at how comfortable it felt. Kimberly was awesome!!! Being an older male and completely a fish out of water, with a few short questions she led me to the exact bed within my budget. The sales process was incredibly smooth and all available discounts were applied. I was/am COMPLETELY satisfied.

I haven’t received my mattress even though it was supposed to be delivered after 5pm Monday but the driver showed up at 12:30 in the afternoon while no one was home so I had to scramble to see if I could get my landlord to open the door for them. So I called her and she said she would and went down to my apartment when it was 100+ degrees outside and directed the delivery guys which apartment it would be but he proceeded to acknowledge her then drive off. After that they said they couldn’t get anyone back out there to deliver it yet alone just deliver it to the store since no one was home. I made it clear I wouldn’t be there. So they made it there with my mattress but I just couldn’t sleep on it lol.The store manager gave me a really good deal and I was satisfied with my customer service experience but delivery One unsatisfied customer and waiting, Mattress we shall see hopefully I get what I’m paying for.

This is the nearest physical location to me. I purchased a mattress online and was pleasantly surprised at the virtual sales rep that assisted me. He was very patient and informative. The reason I went through with the sale was because I was given information that both my mattress and base would be delivered on the same day, the day before my move. Perfect! How hard can it be to confirm stock/inventory, right? A day before its set to arrive, I receive a call form the warehouse that the base is not available and would be delivered about 2 weeks than the date originally set for. Its not the warehouses fault so OK.I tried to reach out to Mattress Firm via online chat - no help. I call the 877- no help. I reach out to them via messenger - no help. I finally send a message via their website and receive an automate message that I would receive a response within 24 hours. That time frame was not honored and when I did receive a response, totally dismissed my frustration, not even an apology or explanation.Do yourself a favor - probably best to keep it in store and do not order online.

I walked in was greeted looked around the store was very clean. I was able to find what I needed. The sales man was awesome.

I purchased my items and spent about 800$ they confirmed they will be put in hold until delivery and thanks they ended up selling what I originally already purchased and they figured out something else or so they say. Delivery ends up coming and they sent me a completely different mattress from what I ordered as well as, the adjustable bases were different sizes and brands. Now I have to wait a week to get my refund because they messed up three times already I didnt trust a 4th. Worst experience and customers service did not do anything to help.

Was greeted immediately, shown all types and allowed to pick my “type” and size with no salesman approach. After helping me narrow down my preferences, Hugo Cortez in the Rialto location, looked for the best deal in the inventory and I saved over $1100 on my bed. The best sales experience for a purchase of this magnitude I have ever had. Not too much attention. The perfect handling of a customer like me. I hate being shopped and feeling like they are trying to sell the most expensive.

I have to say that my experience of buying a new bed during Covid was actually an amazing experience. The sale was amazing but what the sales associate provided me in order to keep me safe was more relieving than anything. She keeps a very clean store and provided me a form of fabric to lay on top of so I am safe from Covid that I’d later discarded in the trash. I had some trouble at the start with two of there workers named Kim and Daniel. I felt like they were only trying to pull the whole sells person pitch. A young man named Hugo stopped me feom walking out and was very up front and honest. He helped me close out and buy my new mattress and bottom part. I was very sad to hear that he was not going to get any of the commission. I hope someone sees this and at least gives him a large part from my sell.

My husband and I ordered a bed from this place, Gio helped us out at this location. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful. We got the bed delivered next day. Otto & Darwin were very fast and efficient. They showed up and pretty much got the bed in the location we wanted in 5min. They wore their mask and worked pretty fast. Definitely recommend.👍🏼

Very knowledgeable, not only can you purchase a Mattress and Adjustable base, but they can teach you about sleep as well. They have amazing sheets and pillows too! If your a hot sleeper make sure you ask about their cooling sleep bundle that is amazing. The store is very clean and inviting. They have a new store manager and assistant manager named Alissa and Gabe who know their stuff.

Andrew is awesomely helpful. His customer service is ridiculously rated higher than a 5 STAR. I bought the Queen Legend McFarland 15.3 Firm after I bought and returned a cheaper mattress I had slept on for a couple of nights...I knew it wasnt for me after the first night but tried to follow their 4 month policy. Andrew completely understood and helped me find the best mattress he could within my price range, even at their clearance center.
