It is a high a rating as any Walmart will ever get from me, until I know for a fact that the corporation starts to treat their employees with more decency and respect. I can tell the employees likely feel oppressed. Humans can not hide this no matter how great their mask are for the public. I feel bad for anyone who has to work there. I only went because my optometrist is inside of the building, otherwise I do not shop at Walmart. I dont wish to support a corporation who treats its heart and soul like slaves, but... that is my personal opinion.

Nicest Walmart Super Store I have ever been in very clean, and shocked up

Mariah, the “manager” in customer service is either terrible at SERVING CUSTOMERS or simply cracks under pressure. I generally avoid shopping at Walmart so I can imagine how terrible it would be to work there, but you know what you signed up for. Everyone is hiring right now if you can’t handle your current job!I had the option to pick up an online order between 8pm and 9pm. I “checked in” on the app as I was on the way, but the order showed “picked up” before I even parked. I go inside to clear this up because I definitely did not receive my items, and come across Mariah, yay me. She automatically dismisses me saying, “Pick up is closed, come back tomorrow.” I said, “but it shows PICKED UP.” Her response is, “Yea, I don’t know, we open at (whatever time she said) tomorrow.” I stood my ground and asked another associate for customer service as Mariah has now just walked away from me twice. This associate leads me back to Mariah and informs me Mariah is the manager. LOL. So I let her know at this point I just want to cancel the order because I don’t trust that “tomorrow” will resolve anything because the app is claiming I picked up my order. She FINALLY calls someone to (in her words, sarcastically) “better explain” to me that they are closed and I’d have to come back tomorrow. She walks away again, I find her again, she calls these associates AGAIN. They finally show up, and what do you know? They did mark my order picked up although I had NOT picked it up. It happens, they’re busy, but Mariah as the “manager” who to the very end made the excuse that she “didn’t know” anything, should have looked into it a bit more instead trying to avoid the issue and push me onto someone else tomorrow because it definitely would’ve been a bigger issue. Mariah, if you don’t know, LEARN or get someone who DOES know. She’s not managing herself well, let alone the store or other employees, and she’s not able to problem solve in tough situations. Definitely needs improvement.

Worst place ever employees think they own the store i went to return a halloween costume which i bought on oct/30 and was charged 19.97 for it and it didn’t fit my son so i went to return it on oct/31 and guess what it says no halloween return items allowed that they can’t do anything about it i was so mad 😡 and i speak to which i believe was the supervisor or manager her name was Rian african american young lady who was helpless just saying sorry no i can’t do anything about even tho the real price for the item was $12.97 not a refund or return or exchange very very dissatisfied and dissapointed they suck!

Wow.!!!!....This is a huge and new Walmart which combines everything from produce, clothing, shoes, accessories for kitchen, bathroom ect. The place is well organized and clean. Staff are friendly and polite. I enjoy my shopping experience.

I gave them 80% because of the stores that Ive gone to, and some of those stores I still do business with, is because Walmart has the best prices overall! Walmart has its own Pharmacy and Vision Center. It also has just about everything youd need or want for your home, apartment, or business. Pets too! I almost forgot to mention the auto and garden sections! The cold and frozen food sections, have good quality products as well! Its where I do most of my shopping! Name it, and you can probably find it there, including electronics and clothes!

Always find what I need but they need more associates that has locker key Ive waited 30 minutes for someone to be able to assist me if theyre on the floor they should have a radio.

Needed some spray paint and a few other items. The paint is locked up, and they force you to go through checkstand 11 to pay for it. After 25 minutes in line, because of an incorrect price on 2 of our items, i forgot to ask for my paint until after she finalized my order. I walked right back to the register and she tells me i have to get back in line!! Its now longer than it was when i first got in it. So i ask for a manager. 5 minutes later the manager comes over, and I tell her I just came through this line, but didnt get my paint. She tells me i have to get back in line!! If I NEVER go back to this Walmart it will be too soon!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Went to get a set of 4 tires. we drive 45 min. To get there and even though were told they have the tires in stock.get there and only one tire. Wait in line at customer service 20 min just to be told to wait in the money center department another 40 min to load a walmart card. In new Mexico at cashier could reload the card for a customer in line. Huge Huge difference in customer service and over all professionalism in state and store.

I was shocked. The shelves are all packed full of items. The Walmart where I live the entire store is 75% empty. Store was stocked, employees very friendly, had 7 to 10 cashiers at the register. Very pleasant. I will return.

This place has new crew members which I have seen a good improvement in stocking up customer service is a little bit more fast than before. Young people are doing a good job and Im sure there are veterans teaching them the ropes on how to do an efficient job. They are short on people but they are hanging inthere. Good place to shop family oriented as well.

I wanted items locked up in glass cases. Waited for help. One person taking care of many departments. I had to wait at the register for this girl to bring my items. She had to go to the other side of the store and take care of someone else. I didnt mind waiting even thou I was at lunch from work. The lady at the register was very helpful she went to see if my items were ready but nothing. I told her that the girl had gone to other side of the store. She called her and asked her to please bring my items to the register. When I told the girl at register that she was coming. She finished with the customer she was helping and met the other girl half ways. It was just longer than I usually take to do my shopping there but nothing is perfect and everyone was friendly and 😊. Over all it was a good experience. Thank you girls..

Walmart always have a wide variety of items thereby making it hard to just pickup what you originally went there for, theres always deals and you end up walking out the store with other good stuff. Theres always a good deal at Walmart

Alot of things was locked behind cabinet doors. I guess thats what they need to do.

The store is always clean and well stocked for the most part (aside from the toilet paper apocalypse in the beginning of the pandemic). I havent had any issues with the staff being rude. Everyone is very kind and helpful. They come as quickly as possible to the locked up areas which is always nice. The bathrooms are always clean, the floors are clean, the workers are kind, and aside from almost always being super busy its a very nice experience shopping here. I go basically every time I need to get groceries.

This Walmart is way more cleaner and associates actually know their department

I hate that when you go to leave youve got a person at the door asking to see your receipt. We left on Sunday and didnt show our receipt. As we walked out and didnt stop the lady at the door was telling receipt sir receipt sir and said something to the effect of great way to show your kids(as in referring to me his wife as one of his kids also).

I always find what I want. The employees were very friendly and ready to help.Unlike the Fontana Walmart!

Well first thing I was really happy to get a motorized cart . Otherwise my time there wouldve been cut short. Lots of good deals . The super Walmart gas more than you can see in one visit.

The positive notes about the Rialto super center is that you can find anything here. They always have great prices. What I did not like when I visited was that it was so crowded, no one was social distancing, and there were no markers at check out for social distancing. People were making lines into the clothes isles, and blocking the walkway for others to pass through. There were no carts either so I had to drag a 28 lb box of kitty litter across the store. Next time I will go late at night or during the week when it is not so crowded.

Friendly staff. Always find what I need. Very good prices and large variety of merchandise.

I dont know how Walmart finds the most rude and disrespectfull employees but they do and then they hire them. I love Walmart. They have great prices and big selection of items but the customer service makes me want to never return. But I do, and have the same experience every time. 2 thumbs down 👎

Didnt hassle me about mask or Receipt. For to ask for either is a infringement on rights. Definitely be back for the simple things. For demand of receipt is to accuse one of stealing. People learn your right for only you can enforce them. Otherwise your rights will become privileged, and thats communism. If thats the world you wish for your children they have countrys where you can live that way. Move there and see how you like it.

This Wal-Mart is busy everytime Ive been there, its the only Wal-Mart Ive ever been to with empty shelves in several departments. The employees have been pleasant and do their jobs well.

The Halloween area was kept nice and clean by a senior citizen employee.

This Walmart is very big but very organize! Also If you need help figuring out where something is, the workers are super helpful as they gave me clear instructions to which aisle was a specific item.

I ordered 4 tires they were to go to oceanside.. Then they ended up in Rialto...ok Ill do the 122 mile round trip.for the tires.. Who is answering the phones.. I have called multiple times... Has Walmart gone to hell like Mike Lindel... Just answer the phone ; is it there or not.. You got my money so is it there?????

I try to do all my shopping from this location via pick-up ordering. When you have to go into the store yourself you are likely to encounter poorly stocked shelves, a multitude of items stocked at the wrong price point, items locked away with no one to unlock it without at least a 20 min wait, stressed and unhelpful associates, no price checking machines, rude managers, long lines, and self checkout cashiers that clearly stereotype based on ethnicity.

Customer service blows.Other than that i usually find what i need unless its help from customer service. And dont bother calling because its even worse than in person.

I walked in. Was helped by both hair and nail salon with smiles. The nail guy John. Stayed an hour extra. These guys are great ill show you rebecka who did my hair. And john who did my nails. Awesome friendly staff. Highly recommend!! Thanks guys!!😃

Stress-free and their aisles are very nice and full of items, very clean place and what I love the most was the produce areas nice fresh vegetables, fruit that smelled very sweet and fresh when you walk by the aisles. Keep up the good work Walmart supercenter in Rialto.

The only problem I had was in the DVD section. They have all their movies locked up, this keeps me from reading the synopsis on the back, but even worse is that you have to find someone to open it up.

Standard TA nothing extra, but the shower feels like it’s has water some kind of detergent. When you try to feel it with your fingers it feels like lubricant

I like walmart but they needvto care more on costumers i went to by a bike for my kids and 2 mor costumers and me we way alot time for help to unluck the bike.

Store is super clean and organized. Employees continue to be pleasant and helpful. However, there were no effing shopping carts anywhere. Whos not doing their jobs. This should never happen under any circumstances. I went in for a specific item, which the website showed was in stock but I couldnt locate even with assistance from one employees. 2nd time this has happened. When I complained ( I should have complained to person in charge) I was told, were doing the best that we can.Management is letting their workers down. Do better. Get out there, walk around, get involved. DO BETTER!!!! Make sure customers and employees have what they need to making shopping at Walmart a better experience. Sometimes lower prices is not enough. Good customer services is necessary as well. I know you can do better, no excuses. Target, here I come.

Its pretty cool but I bought two umbrellas and was told it came with the poles and there is none there.we r not happy about this waiting to see when they get more in.

I waited at the jewelry counter for an hour plus. I asked multiple employees for help and they alll said they would go get the keys. None of them did, why lock up everything if your employees won’t do their job?

This place is horrible. I would give zero stars if I could. Their customer service is only open 8am-5pm everyday. The employees for the area were just standing around talking. I have never seen a Walmart close their customer service before the actual store closes. As I’m standing in line, another employee was walking up and yells that customer service was closed. As I’m trying to ask her another question she walks away ignoring me. There was no sign posted.

Came in to buy mystery oil on the shelf price it was $3.88 when I scanned it came out to $5.12so I asked the clerk about the price in shelf she they no longer awnor the price on the shelf and they cant change it talk to a manager said same thing so now days Wal-Mart is doing what it ever it wants maybe if they would do its job and put the wright prices it would not be a problem but you gotta ask yourself what happened to customer satisfaction???????

Waiting for someone to come with the key to get something behind the glass door and no key runner showed up. Like 5 min were also waiting for a key runner and no one came to help. Whats the point on pressing the red button and have so many employees if one can help you.

It was a bit more pricey than the Walmart in my home town... And they also charged for the bags! But the food was good and the staff were helpful for the most part. Only 1 employee seamed annoyed because i asked him if it was ok to use the restroom.

Actually today was a good day.it wasnt over crowded.my mom was able to get a cart.and lines werent to long.so I now know to go before 8am to have an good experience.

I was just reminded why I no longer shop at Walmart. First they have everything locked behind glass. Second they have no one there to open them. Fifteen mins waiting for someone. Finally just left. Wasted my time for nothing.

I truly enjoy how much great merchandise they have prices are great but customer service is not so good and sucks that majority of everything is locked inside a glass and you have to wait so long to get help.

Hands down the one stop place to shop. I had been going there off and on for a while now but when i took my wife it was sealed. Lol she fell in Love immediatelyThey have everything you could need and not need. I had gotten a flat tire early in the morning and wasnt too familiar with the area but my wife mentioned they had an auto area. They took great care of me dealing with 6 screws in my tire and they were reasonably fast . i wasnt the first car being worked on but before i knew it my car was ready to go and i even bought a few extra items as well. Fantastic job Walmart ill definitely be buying a sufficient amount walmart stocks.

Theres plenty of door greeters standing around. If you want to shop with no basket and get no customer service. This is the perfect place for you. Walmart in general is going downhill in customer service and selection in items such as clothing. Whoever made that switch did a horrible job.

Does not carry Scion XB batteries. Rude manager. Instead of helping just says cannot help. Saw he was very rude to some Mexican folks, which they left too. Do not service your vehicle here. Will go somewhere else.

Im disabled and there wasnt any motor carts. Then when i found one some lady stole my cart and drink while i was in the restroom. A lot of pallets and stocking going on so it was hard to shop.

This store is always packed with shoppers. The store isles could be better stocked. And the store at times is a mess with items on shelves they dont belong on.

As usual, 3 cashiers open and the self check out lanes. Walmart, open some dang registers please. I have been a customer for over 30 years, but I always dread when it is time to pay. If you want to increase the customer satisfaction OPEN MORE REGISTERS!

This Walmart is a supercenter, which means they carry everything from produce, meat, bakery items, a full contingent of groceries including alcohol and dairy as well as electronics, clothing, camping gear, pharmacy items household goods and nearly everything you can imagine. They advertise themselves as the Low Price Leader and they are for many items. Be careful if you buy an item regularly because it is sometimes cheaper at Start Bros or Target. Not usually, though. The meat is surprisingly good here. If you want a premium product, sure h as a lightweight backpack, go elsewhere, such as REI, but if you want a serviceable, lower quality lower price version, this is the place. Parking lot here is almost always packed! Dont expect a quick trip.

I order for the 1st time home delivery, received 2 notification 2 different times that my groceries arrived. My children went out side to get them and nothing. The delivery was giving to wrong home and a picture of the home was not ours. I called Walmart and I received excellent service and refund. I called Door dash, and filed a complaint with no issues. Besides all of that situation. I go there a lot and always happy when shopping and checking out.

Service is good and the establishment was very clean when you get there early.
