They had a wide array of shoes to choose from. I was hoping for a better choice of New Balances... but bought some great shoes none the less.

First off thank you for the black Nike Air max!!its a fit for me cause I had some new balance for 6 months man love my new pair feels good.the service was excellent I went when it was busy so there was a line as soon as one or two people come out you can go in and yes mask required (of course !!)🙄 the man who served me was busy but made the time to help me make a good choice for what i wanted, a satisfied customer none the less.thank you for the kindness. Be kind to them and theyll be kind to you be safe. mask it or casket😔🙏🤣

They get four stars because I have yet to pop in and nor find a great deal for someone in my family. There are a few workers that avoid assisting you Ive been told a few direct lies when asking about shoes and pricing etc. But the management is on point I know its hard to keep your best workers and train the new so I fo back often to keep my money in my local community despite my own biases toward service.

I understand everybody is buying last minute but they need to have a control on how much people is inside the store. There is still covid around us.

I can never seem to find the shoes I love in my size. Im a 13-14 you will never find an abundance of my size in the hotter kicks and it really bothers me to my S😞UL. Ive worked so hard to earn my money and Im the type to reward myself 2-3 pair of 4-5 types of Jays/Nikes (Checks over Stripes) especially if theyre fire🔥, rare, or elite especially vintage kicks like Griffeys, Neon Deion Sanders, AirMax Runners, Foamposites, flood the spot with all kinds of alternative Retro Jays mix it up with stuff like that. It wouldnt hurt to add Staceys for dress and some Cat, Tims, or diehard type boots. But yall dont carry the righteous extra sexy kicks for these supersized curb stompers Im rockin. But they always got the 7-8 youth, 9 Ladies & 8-8.5 mens on deck... so my girl will always come up from me here and every store like this with the shady a** sizes, we go in hopeful, she comes out swaggeriffic with bags... poppin tags... I gotta go to some 40-50 miles away Footlocker or NikeTown joint to cop my Super Sexy Krispy Kreme drippin Ultra Fly a** Kicks to keep my game consistently on point, full price plus round trip Petro, Im out a couple racks. It behooves you to step ya inventory up fam, Im pretty sure Im not the only one who would love to do good local business... 💯

Upon entering the store, a nice young man greeted me encouraging me to download the WSS app for $10.00 off my purchase. Good deal!!! I found what i was looking for very quickly as the store is nicely organized and clean. My shoes were listed as $19.99 so, I spent $10.75 with the coupon from the app. Awesome. The prices do have a wide range though and i cant see myself spending over $40.00 for a pair of shoes.

They have a variety of different shoes and brands to choose from and they even had up to date new releases but their customer service sucked. Couldnt find anyone to help with getting the size I needed from the back and nobody asked if we needed help. When we did receive help the poor guy was juggling 4 other customers request and seemed overwhelmed. I noticed other employees on sales floor but they looked too busy putting away shoes when they should have been helping customers. One lady employee was holding 4 boxes of shoes and couldnt see where she was going and almost bumped into my kid. Didnt even say excuse me. A little rude and inconsiderate if you ask me. When we went to the register to pay, we were interested in the rewards card or membership card and the cashier was not knowledgeable in how to get that going. She repeatedly asked for our phone number multiple times. I am happy with our purchases but not with our experience.

I had the worst experience here at this store, I had gotten help by a person in blue shirt and she was so clueless about how to help me, when all I had asked was where were the women’s sneakers. I had told her my size and what type of sneaker I wanted and she just said that they didn’t have it and walked away to gossip to another one of her employees! Then I had went and asked for the manager and never showed up! NEVER COMING TO THIS HORRIBLE STORE AGAIN!

Went in looking for womens running shoes. Lots of fashion but very little function. When I asked the sales guy for help he didnt seem to understand what a running shoe is. The security guard was helpful in pointing out some options. I found something but wont be back. Apparently women dont run.

Have been a loyal customer here for months and every time has been a pleasure. It’s more than a shoe store and for the rude reviews about employees not helping you. Keep in mind it can get busy so cry me a river, they don’t get paid to also babysit you. I’m sure they don’t mean to ignore customers presence. I forgot his name but the skinny soccer guy helped my mom out with my little brothers first soccer game. Overall a good experience and the management can be helpful

I wanted to buy a pair of Vans. I was hoping to get the black and white Era style but they didnt have them. The Era is just like Authentic but Era has a cushion trim around the ankle part of the shoe. I ended up getting the Authentic style instead. 🤔 oh well, I did get Vans

They are a good store but I only give three stars because of two reasons. Number one is that they dont do lay a way, and reason number two is that they dont really have shoes for my size. I wear a size 13 shoe, but I did find a pretty decent deal on some Jordans for my baby girl.
