I had my order set for a later time to be picked up. unfortunately the time requested to pick up was no longer in my favor so I had called to see if I can have the cake done sooner and was very pleased that they were able to help me. The cake came out delicious And had no problem picking up my order.

Fine as usual, but the girl acted a little funny by making me go out the other door when no one else did. Guess she think blacks is the only race with covid-19 but she better think again. It has no racial or age profile

The employee with a faded green streak in her hair is very rude not friendly at all.

Everyone is very nice but the girl who made our shakes put way too much milk and she gave us small the first time even though we asked for medium.

Even though they dont have bubble gum ice cream anymore for my grand daughter. The ice cream is still delicious. Nutty coconut and pastacio almond are bomb! Good to take the kids

This place has very photogenic desserts. Love taking pictures here. The desserts itself is quite good. My favorite was the tiramisu, both of the tiramisu is really great. The place is self-service, I see a lot of Koreans at this place as it takes place in K-town. The place is pretty tight, but it seems okay.

I hadnt been to this Baskin-Robbins in years, I used to go here quite a bit to order ice cream cakes and get ice cream, there have been a few different owners. At one time, I was told I couldnt park in front of the store in the empty parking lot, which I have heard has now changed. Although friendly staff is there, I think their policy about ice cream cake orders, in particular flavor changes is ridiculous. If you are paying for an ice cream cake, you should be able to pick the ice cream flavor since it has to be made. I was told I had to pay an additional fee for getting strawberry ice cream. How can you insist a person select from three different flavors only for Mothers Day cakes if they all have to be made?!
