Louie is a great manager there. Had a problem with UPS thats above their level. He did the most he can do and kept me updated with my problems. Even though the outcome wasnt what I wanted. He explained and tried everything he can to fight it. I appreciate you time and effort. Was not expecting this kind of service from them!

The store is in a shopping center. Next to a cell phone company its easy to find. Didnt take a long time to find parking spot. I love that that as soon as u walk in the store staff is welcoming. I arrived at 12:10 and was out in less than 3 minuets. I dropped off return. Definitely recommend this ups store location.

I went to this store right now on Saturday 7/31/21 @ 4:28 PM... This store closes at 5 but again it is only 4:28 PM and they are closed... Why? The workers are just standing around inside and they just looked at me.. There was no other customers in the store so it is not like they were super busy and wanted to make sure they could close in time... There is no telling what time they actually closed because it looks like they have been closed for a while...This is just so much of an inconvenience... If 5 PM is not your hours then change the hours on the door and the website... I now wasted gas and time trying g to get here on time... When they were already closed. .. I am just so upset about this inconvenience...

Passport pictures weren’t good. Post office didn’t take them and UPS doesn’t let you get a refund. So I had to go somewhere else and honestly I see the difference in the pictures. I think they need more training with thst but I had no problem with any other service at this locations.

The WiFi went down this morning so I really couldn’t do a lot there but Nora helped me do as much as I can while i was there I did a shipment and was able to at least ship out my package. I love how they always greet people as soon as you walk in ! Great job ups!!

The employees at this UPS location are always so nice, professional and very helpful. They make everything so easy for the customer especially when I was having trouble printing out an important document. They took me through the steps and it was so fast and simple. I didnt realize they even had this type of service. Done over the phone within minutes and ready for pickup the very next morning. Great place to do business!

I’m thankful for this UPS store. Due to all the recent and ever increasing mailbox break-ins and Colton post office losing most of my mail, I secured a box from UPS for ALL my mailing needs. No more stressing about my mail or packages being stolen and lost. The staff are always courteous and professional especially the tall thin young man that works there. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name but he’s excellent!! If anything I’ve seen the staff deal with rude customers who refuse to follow simple directions in a calm manner, never missing a beat. Good job to the owner that hires and train these exceptional staff members.

The store manager represented herself as Clarissa and was very very rude. I recently dropped off a package at this store and the package was never scanned in (picked up) and was declared missing. How can my package go missing if it was dropped off inside this store??? At this point, all I have is a tracking number showing that the label was printed but that nothing has been received. Naturally, I came back to this store since its where I turned in my package. Unfortunately, the manager didnt seem too care and was quick to tell me to call the 800 # to file a claim. What ever happened to good old fashion customer service? She didnt display empathy or sympathy, tried to quickly cut me off, and said she had to help another customer and proceeded to walk away when i stated that i still need help with the process. I waited in line for a long time just like everyone else. I dont even know what 800 #shes referring to so i cant call to file a claim. I was hoping they would take ownership since THIS STORE lost my package, clearly not the case. When i told her i didnt have the # she told me to Google it. Not like the other UPS stores where Ive had good experiences. Dont bother with this store. They will lose your package, will not take ownership, and then make you feel like youre inconveniencing them. HORRIBLE!

This place slaps safe secure and gives you a record of what your shipping and you are able to print shipping labels there with a fee simple.

I’ve always had good customer service at this UPS location, until today. I’ve used services here, at least a dozen times, and all the employees here are great. But on the morning of 9/25/20, Nora was extremely rude and unprofessional. No customer service skills. She exhibited no courtesy or professionalism. No common sense of customer care.

This place has exceptional customer service. Today 10/07/2019 was my first time at this store today. Alexa was phenomenal in my easy business service at this location. She sure does deserve a shout out!!!. Once again thank you. Alexa, You are an example to great employee and great customer service. The entire team was lively and appeared to enjoy helping customers.

I really like this location. They are usually busy and I can honestly see why... the are very helpful fast and efficient all while being very friendly, like everyone else this is the only place I’ll be going to get things done! This place is awful, they overcharge you and try to get as much money as they can squeeze out of you. As far as even charging you nearly $5 to print out a piece of paper. Such a shame, I used to really like UPS but it seems over this past year theyre starting to see the money more instead of the services.

Box is so small it wont fit Netflix DVDs, the computer is always going down so you dont get your package notifications, theres always a line because they have half the staff on-duty at anytime compared to other UPS stores so in the morning you stand there waiting while the only employee answers phone complaints from the day before, and then they charge you extra if your package has been there over a week. Greedy franchise owner that wont hire more employees gives UPS a bad name

17.00 for receive a 2pg fax a d send a 3 pg fax?? NEVER AGAIN WILL I use the ups store!So here it is a week later. I went into the UPS store in the Rialto Market place as instructed by the lwner. The you pepple in there dummied up on me even after I showed his (owner) reply. Like anyone has time to drive back and forth for nothing. OVERPRICED NOTHING TOO!!!

This is by far the worst UPS store.Their employee Michelle signed for my package and is now saying Carl’s Jr. has it when their cameras prove no one signed for my package.Michelle the MANAGER lost my package and it was an expensive one,she should be fired.Do not request a pickup with this UPS store!
