I went in there yesterday to see if I could get help finding a part for my dishwasher and the lady at the counter was so helpful. I told her my symptoms and serial number and she had me fixed up within minutes. Much cheaper than calling a repair company out and my dishwasher is back to working like new. We will definitely be back when the need arises.

Great experience! Checked (through chat on website) that they had part available (top dryer bearing). Went to store, was greeted right away, gave him (Landon?) part number I needed and was on my was in less than 10 minutes. The part was genuine AND cost almost HALF what online prices were through other companies. Highly recommend!

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful Replacement parts for the washing machine I have worked better than perfect. I will be dealing with these guys in the future if I have another parts on my appliances break down.
