The staff was super nice and informative. Prices are high as expected, but I prefer the quality. Clean store and easy to find products.

They have hot wheels decorations grandson loves hot wheels. They have a great selection of decorations plus balloons. Staff is friendly :)

I glanced inside to see their selection of Party Supplies for a birthday we have coming up. They had a ton of cute stuff. Everything you would need for a birthday at home which is becoming the norm these days with Covid-19. So, if you are in a pinch and dont want to pay amazonian prices, then they are open. You do have to wear a mask. They have both party and catering supplies and are currently underway to clear out the summer stuff to make room for Halloween! I looked at their balloons and they have pretty much almost anything you can think of. They carry wedding favors and bachelorette stuff too if you need it. They also have babys first as well as retirement party stuff. There is an aisle of candy so make sure if you dont want to leave the store with a cavity to leave your sweet tooth at home.

Great customer service! I placed an online order for in-store pickup. They texted me within 30 mins to let me know an item I placed is not in stock and offer a substitute. I appreciate the update before heading to the store.

The selection of party items is great, the prices are a little higher than what you could find on Amazon. The guy at the register is very nice and tries to be fast but hes the only one checking out people, so its a long wait (like if you want to go in and out... this is not the place to go to, if you have time to wait in line its a good place!).

Party City always a go to for birthday supplies and needs. Got my daughters 19th birthday balloons from here. It set her bday scene off on a great start.

Give Rodney a raise!! That guy is awesome. I’ve never had an experience at a Party City that left me thinking, “wow what incredible customer service” but today was that day. Rodney was funny, kind and helpful. He cheerfully greeted everyone who came into the store and enthusiastically tried to help them. Don’t underestimate what good customer service can do for your brand. And promote Rodney STAT.

I placed a curbside pickup order for some items, the young lady was pleasant on the phone when I notified them I had arrived. However it took them a little to come out with my order and she mentioned that it wasnt bagged thats why she had trouble finding it. So they may need a little work on their organizing curbside orders. Other than that they have what you need for your parties and events!

The have good stuff. I stopped to buy my sister 59th birthday balloon and they cost. The balloon came a lose and nearly flew away, the balloons 🎈 werent tied s securely. I drove a long ways for an incident like that. They were short staffed. This happened April 21st.

Place an order online for the next day and when I got there they couldnt find it and it was not ready for pick up. On top of that, they were out of stock of some of the balloons I needed despite the website saying the opposite. Overall my experience was not too bad since the young lady helping me out completed my order in that moment and even gave me options as to where I could find rest of the balloons that I needed.

Employees I spoke with were very polite, friendly, and helpful! That was wonderful. I gave 3/5 stars b/c of the restroom. The toilet seat is so stained and disgusting it needs to be replaced. The tile walls are disgusting and look like they haven’t been wiped down in several months. There were no liners in the baby changing station. And a personal pet peeve: the toilet paper roll was just sitting on the toilet tank instead of someone taking 60 seconds to put it IN the toilet paper dispenser. That is lazy and unsanitary. And especially during flu season, it’s so important to take those little steps to help keep things clean. Go ahead, zoom in on these pictures, I dare you.

If I could give this place a negative I would. Party City is the worse place to order anything from. I have placed 3-4 orders online and always 50-70% is never in stock. Even when the website shows it is. Maybe their ceo should recreate their website to show the correct stock. It’s so antiquated I really hope party city is replaced soon because I don’t see this company been in business for long.

Mia was so nice and attentive, she was speedy with my last minute balloon order. She was so sweet and made this very quick and easy.

We went to try to find supplies for a welcome or, were glad youre here party, but they didnt have anything. They only had one employee for literally the entire store, which looked stressful.

Bought my 32 year old buddy some balloons for his birthday and I will say I was not disappointed

Not enough cashiers at the front. It was the day before Valentines, so a bit more crowded than usual. The layout of the store feels really cramped. They were out of stock of the cake box I needed, ended up having to get a larger size, led to the cake being a bit unstable during transport. The cake box itself was of good quality, with a nice size window in the top.

Not a very large selection, candy bins are nearly empty or melted.

It was really bad service. We waited in line for a good ten minutes. One cashier on duty. They didnt have what we wanted in stock. We had to have some ballons blown up that took another 15 mins to be taken care of. Compared to Prestons i should of just went there.

They were very busy so yes, there was a line, but everyone working there was hustling like crazy! I noticed a young woman came a bit late after informing her supervisor, shift lead, I’m not sure who he was, but he didn’t admonish her. He was so kind and polite, said he understood, and the young lady got to work (at superhuman speed I might add) just shows the store cares about its people. Rodney was the checkout person and was extremely kind, friendly, easygoing, and just a gem for that store. I hardly ever frequent Party City, but I was really impressed by what I saw. Great teamwork and great attitudes!

Love this place! They had the costume that the other Halloween stores didnt have, or ran out. In fact, Ive been buying costumes from this place haha.But despite that, the staff are very friendly, especially the man that goes by the name, Rodney. The man had an EXTREMELY positive attitude, while helping me out! You know what they say: The better the attitude, the better the service. This will forever be my place!!

Staff is generally friendly and helpful but they botched an order I had and the way they handled it was... well, poorly. It was more like oh well attitude than a lets help the customer and make it right attitude. And this is over minimal cost or effort (tops a couple of dollars). I didnt ask but it wasnt offered. Its the continual trend of bad customer service and/or badly or poorly trained staff in the retail industry nowadays.

Curbside BS! They have you waiting outside nearly an hour and they still don’t bring out your order! The location is closed for in-store purchase due to covid19 so you’ll have to make your purchase online and select curbside pick up for items! But BEWARE!!!!! They will just take your money and never bring out the packages and when you call them to let them know you’ve been waiting outside for a long time and no one has brought the order, they will act like they don’t even know what’s going on, what to do or say!!!!!!! Thieves is the most nice name I have for these idiots

I have never experienced such exceptional service by a group of people who know how to take care of their customers.

Worst service ever. I waited as the first person in line for over 15 minutes when there were multiple associates standing behind the counter just talking. When it finally got to be my turn (because one of the people talking finally decided to open another register) he told me that he could not blow up my 4 latex balloons because the other people in line were more important before blowing up my balloons. Yes, he actually said they were more important. After I waited the longest and had 4 balloons and there were multiple associates just standing there. Definitely will NOT be coming back to this location.

You can feel the good vibes walking into the store the employees and managers all great you when walking in. I have never been treated this way at any other Party City they are a group of people who know how to take care of their customers. We dont know what people are going through but I did let the cashier know I liked his energy and he let me know his son had passed away recently and he had to motivate himself which I totally understand and loved that about him. Thank you once again Party City.

I bought a party tray for Thanksgiving and it cracked en route to the party in my car. I came back and asked for a replacement and they were more than happy to do it. Amazing customer service!

Really bad service.

Service there is hit or miss. I brought my own balloons in and when filling it up, they popped it. They offered to replace it with any of the regular balloons, however mine had LED lights in them so I didnt think that was really fair. I asked if I could have a glow in the dark one, but they refused.

I have been buying balloons, etc at Party City for over 20 years, and this experience has been the worst.Fees for blowing up latex balloons, which I purchased there? A manager not being able to guarantee me of a refund from an online purchase?I will go to $ Tree and Walmart from now on. UGH.

Very helpful employees.I was looking for Dallas Cowboys themed supplies for a Birthday Party & the lady brought right to where I can find the supplies.She even suggested a few other things I can add that went great with my theme.Ive been to other places where they didnt even know where things were at.They had to get assistance themselves just to help me.Great store.My favorite location.

Store was well stocked, but the poor guy working up front needed more help. There was about 4 different people waiting for balloon orders and a few of us at the register. He couldnt keep up.

Was supposed to be a quick in and out trip, knew exactly what we wanted and knew where it was--then it came ato the time for check out. Only one cashier for the longest time. It was about 10 minutes before someone else comes out to help us, but that cashier was with that same person the whole time. I dont know what was going on or what the hold-up was--wait was unnecessary, she should have called for help. Poor customer service at POS.

The salesman named Mike, who might have been the store manager, went the extra mile to make sure our lost balloon order was filled and we had silver hearts for our wedding shower that night- so awesome!

This is a good place for a lot of party ideas if you want to get hands on to maybe verify the size of something or the feel of something but you will pay more in store then you will from the party City online and party City online does not price match with party City so therefore your selection is limited to what you have in that store but your products vary from store to store so are you if you are looking for a hard-to-find item this could be your best bet. The staffing is usually minimal so getting customer support at times can be difficult so plan on looking and finding your products that you need yourself

I spent $50 just blowing up balloons here....I paid for the longer lasting helium. I picked up my balloons at 11am, my balloons started going down before my daughters party began. So there was no point in even going the extra mile to decorate with balloons blown up at this party city. Horrible delivery of customer service. You pitch me a sale for something extra but dont provide it.

They have a TON of stuff here best place for party supplies whether in depth or just cheap. Lots of choices for boys, girls, college, wedding etc. Something odd about the lighting and flooring in the store though. Just feels so dollar store. Doesnt match up with great merchandise. Might be a turn off to new customers.

There are so many things in this party City that are way overpriced. A lot of things in party City can be obtained at Dollar general, Dollar tree, and even Walmart, for a lower price. The selection isnt even worth the hype. at this location there isnt much staff however they are friendly at checkout. There is no staff available to help you out to look for anything during your shopping experience until it is Halloween, and the place is crawling with shoppers and staff. Most days there are three people Max available. Id suggest stopping at your local Dollar tree, Dollar general, family Dollar, and Walmart, before going to party City.

There are so many more decorations than I thought there would be! We got everything we needed for our seasons (Holloween) tree and more. The staff was friendly too. Great customer service is always a good thing. Definitely coming back when we do the Thanksgiving tree.Bonus: THEY HAVE HUFFLEPUFF MERCHANDISE!!!!

Not much variety on birthday candles if youre interested in gaulky and big ones. Even though it wasnt busy not one employee came to assist.

It takes toooooo much time. There was a guy who has long hair and was working sooooooo slow.

They were completly out of helium early in the day on a Saturday. I had to buy a helium tank and fill all the balloons for my daughters birthday myself. However, one of the balloons had torn as I was filling it up, and they replaced the balloon for free and it was a $10 balloon. The staff was very nice and was embarrassed that they werent given enough helium to even finish a day.

A little dirty but they had lots of themes available. Got exactly what we needed at the last minute and was able to order balloons day of the party and pick them up on the way to the party place.

Normal party City and a normal service. Now I will say that they made me wait 10 minutes to fill up one balloon and that was a little bit annoying. and I just want to mention there was only one person in a head of me there was just no person available to fill up balloons.

Horrible service. Holding my 11month old, my 3 year old next to me, trying to get birthday ballons for grandpa. Girl ask if i need help, comes to help me but stops on the way to ring someone up, instead of helping me right after that, she starts ringing up other people instead. Then after about 10 mins, looks over at me and ask if i need help as if i was bothering her, i said you already asked and knew i needed help, so she tells to me go get in line.... horrible service.

I called about a costume. Was on hold for 14 mins when I decided to hang up and call again. They answer and I ask the girl who picks up if she was the one I was talking to. She says yeah. And I ask okay so do you have xwy costume and she says yeah well I need the number so I can look it up. So youre telling me it takes 14 mins to confirm that you have what Im looking for and dont bother letting me know?

I called yesterday trying to place an order for balloons and was told to just show up and rushed off the phone by a gentleman who answered the phone @ 3:30pm - i needed 36 solid color balloons and was told when i showed up that there was a two hour wait - WHAT?! Unprofessional - lying - inconsiderate employees- i wasnt even given the option to order online.

Good place to take a walk and check items. A bit pricey if compared to other stores like walmart etc. Mostly get stocked up during Halloween. Costume selection is plenty. Also features some great masks and other halloween stuffs for decoration. Birthday and other party balloons are also great. You can get 1 of your choice and they fill up the air for free. Good place to shop during halloween.

I almost went to 4 store in Dallas to find 10 heart shape rosegold helium balloon and one of them had no helium and the others no balloon!!! It took me like 2 days without any result :/

I went here to get balloons that I had ordered the day before. Some fool had filled the balloons literally after I called, disregarding the fact that helium only lasts 8 hours. So the balloons were practically on the ground when I got there. The person cashing me out told me that the weight of the bag was weighing the balloons down and thats why they were on the ground. I gave him the benefit of the doubt only to find my suspicions to be correct. The balloons did not float even an inch higher when I took the bag off and I had to go back to the store and wait for them to refill the balloons. Now, you would think that they would have refunded my money since they got the order completely wrong, but nobody even offered me any kind of apology or compensation for the time they wasted.
