This place is a sure bet winner in our books. I knew we came to the right place because as soon as we got out if our car all we could smell was the finest cigars! The cigars where amazing! They are not a retail store, but manufacturer and wholesale business. Their presentation didn’t disappoint either. We were looking for a way to upgrade and event and made it look different and upscale for my customers and it really did it! As an Event planner I always get requests from my customers to provide a unique service for their events, it is difficult to innovate due to the increasing services provided by the numerous entertainments companies out there, but a cigar roller is something you won’t find that easy, specially a Cuban-Master Roller, at least not on the metroplex area. I have worked with others but so far this cigar roller is the one who deliver the best cigars and the best presentation and services so far, I keep bringing them business all the time and all of my customers always thanks me that I have included such a unique craft at the event, I will add that this cigar roller and cigar bar is what get most of the buzz around at the weddings and corporate events I have organized, people just get impressed by the craft of hand made cigars. I love cigars!I was at a friend wedding at Lone Star Mansion, the cigar roller for the company was a nice well dress young lady very professional and skilled on the art of rolling cigars. When we saw the DFW cigar roller at the wedding, me and my wife realized that a cigar roller would be a great feature for my annual company event, specially that this cigars where blended by Master-Blender Noel Rojas, one of the tops cigars blenders of the industry.A cigar roller is a great feature and really gets attention and a captive audience, providing a touch of upscale and elegance to the event. DFW Cigar Roller worked our office holiday party in December 2017 of over 300 guests. Noel Rojas (owner and roller) was a complete professional! The whole thing was a HUGE hit for our employees. Noel stayed and even brought extra supplies just in case we rolled through our original number (we did). I recommend DFW Cigar Roller 100%. Great company, great people!

Where do I even begin?! DFW cigar roller is an exceptional service for any upscale event! Their cigars are amazing and the staff is even better. We had the pleasure of working with Noel Rojas as our cigar roller for our wedding and I could go on for days on how perfect this was. Of course with so much going on that day, we forgot to pick up our cigars and by the time we realized all the cigars where gone! He went to his car and brought a bunch of cigars he had save for us extra from the package we bought. No joke, making cigars is something worth seeing! Every one at the event was amaze on how this craft was performed, and most of my invites smoke the cigars to celebrate my wedding. Janeth, the female roller is awesome! I did a surprise party for my husband who loves cigars. We had a ‘Cuban theme” for the party and all my invitees dressed in guayaberas ( Cuban shirt).We had empty cigars boxes at all the tables. DFW cigar roller was so professional and easy to work with. They set everything up very quickly and made sure I was happy during the entire event. They even teach us how to roll a cigar! But its so hard ¡ I verily could do it. My husband, who smoke cigars said that this was really good cigars, not just regular cheap cigars some companies use for events like this. But the most impressive again was watching Janeth, the roller, rolling cigars. All my friends were very happy I hire a cigar roller, we had a blast! Highly recommended! price range its a little expensive but if you ask for a custom package you can save some $$!

I was invited by one of my best friends to his cousins wedding at Willow Creek venue in Waxahachie, and we had a blast!food was great and the music perfect, the staff even better the venue is super nice. They had a cigar roller from DFW cigar roller during the wedding and it was so unique! they were hand rolling cigars there and lighting up cigars for the guys, it was such a cool thing to watch someone rolling cigars! everybody was speechless. The cigar roller for the wedding was Cuban and he had a cute girl cutting and lighting up the cigars for the people at the party, I had never smoked cigars but just watching it was amazing so I light up one and love it! they explained to us the different type of cigars and tobacco and the difference between Cuban cigars and Nicaraguan cigars. It seems to me that they knew what they were talking about. It was a very cool night we all got drunk but had lots of fun. A lot of my friends joined me with a cigar that nigth. I recommended!

I met Noel through a few Leaf Mob events. Hes a spectacular individual with expert level knowledge on cigar manufacturing. Hands down one of the best men in the industry.

The customer service, presentation and cigars were impeccable. The team that showed up at our event were beautifully dressed, knowledgeable, friendly and their table set up was gorgeous. We will definitely be working with Noel and his team again.

It was my uncle 50s birthdays and we decide to hired DFW cigar roller because my uncle love cigars. We though was a nice touch to the event, it come out to be the center of attention of the whole party! Its so cool to see how cigars are hand made! It takes and enormous amount of skills to get that done. They where super nice, elegant and professional at the event, and the roller new a lot about tobacco and cigars, he mention his main business was the manufacturing and wholesale of cigars to Cigar lounges. He had this cuban thing almost like scarface accent lol, but any ways this guys where the real deal, they new what they where doing, and the well dress young lady with him was taking care of the invitees, cutting, ligthing up and giving cigars away. Thanks to DFW cigar roller for the service, I recommended 100% !

Had them at my wedding in August, the man that was there was very rude to our guests! He was scolding them for their lack of knowledge or not finishing their cigar (I PAID FOR!) just being very obnoxious and loud. This was the one thing I added to the wedding as the groom & he made the experience terrible. When the guests had consumed the cigars we paid for he rudely told my brother in-law he could not have another. Never offered to provide more for an extra cost. The least he could have provided was a more well mannered overall service. Instead he was also drinking from our open bar and inputting himself into my guests’ conversations. Awful experience, I would not recommend them to my worse enemy.

The service was great! they service my wedding with the love of my life and we were very happy with the way they took care of our customers. The cigars were fantastic and the set up was amazing. Lilliana the roller was very skill on the rolling of cigars we anded up getting some more because they all run out. I higgly recommended it!

I Attended to my cousins wedding and it was very quaint. My cousin and I decided to hire a cigar bar and a cigar roller to celebrate this beautiful moment. The presentation was very clean and elegant. Very nice set up to take pictures.The cigar bar was very upscale, they had some pretty nice cutters and lighters, even a nice humidor to keep the cigars. We didn’t know much about cigars, but we wanted to have it because we saw it at a friend’s wedding and we thought was really cool to have it, and sure it was! Everyone loved the cigars, they had lines of people waiting to get their cigars. They were very mild cigars they explained to us, but where full of flavors and creaminess. The whole process of cutting and lighting up a cigar is like a ritual honoring the perfection of the craftmanship, we were very astonished by the cigar roller rolling the cigars only using her hands. The cigar bar was a great addition to the wedding, not only the regular cigar smokers love the sticks of the cigar roller, but many nonsmokers approach the cigar bar to get their first-time cigar. Having a cigar roller at the wedding was very well rewarding, we really had some fun. Janeth,the roller show us different types of tobaccos and explained to us at the cigar bar how long it takes to became a cigar master roller, 1 year! She explained that to be a cigar roller your hands need to adapt to the tobacco and get the feeling of the leaves when you are rolling cigars. She also explained how popular is Nicaraguan tobacco now days, more than Dominican tobacco and how big is the cigar industry on the sates, we didn’t know how big this cigar community is. Anyways, I really enjoy it this cigar rollers experience, look forward to hire them again for my future wedding ( if I find someone that is worst it lol!)

Noel & his wife were amazing to work with. We contracted them to for a 70th Birthday. They were professional, quick to answer the guest questions and gave attention to everyone that came by the table. The cigars were wrapped with a beautiful custom logo and packaged individually for each guest. Definitely a hit with our guest and we will be using them for future birthday parties and events. Noel with DFW Cigar Roller was great to work with! The associate he sent for our corporate event was knowledgeable, friendly and brought authentic cigars that our clients loved! We were able to put our logo on the cigar wraps which was such a nice touch. As a corporate event planner, I highly recommend this company and will be using them for our future events.

We used DFW Cigar roller for a large nonprofit Havana Nights themed fundraiser and it was a HUGE success! A corporate sponsor covered the expense of the cigar roller, and the guests were thoroughly entertained. The weather was bad, so we moved to an indoor venue, but had an exit adjacent to the rolling station where guests could smoke their cigars if they chose. It was a real hit! This company came recommended and is top notch, beginning to end! We will use again next year, for sure!

WOW!!!!! Im speech less with the process of rolling cigars and the love this guys has for what they do! I was attending at a corporate event for my company and they had DFW Cigar Roller servicing the event, it was the hit at the event! every one was very impress just to watch the roller rolling cigars and the cigars where amazing. Me personally i smoke cigars only accessional, and this was one of those times i really enjoy it a fine cigar from the cigar roller of DFW Cigar rollers. The aromas ., the complexity, the flavors where awesome! All my friends picked up a cigar from the cigar roller and light up together with some TX whisky, they did a great job, highly recommended!!

DFW Cigar Rollers did NOT show up on my wedding day. I was contracted with them from 8-10 PM and they didnt show up until 10:45 PM! When my wedding coordinator reached out to the owner, Noel, to see if someone was on their way, he was very rude to her and told her he didnt have a contract/booking for me. I have been booked with them since FEBRUARY and have paid in full. He said he would be on the way and would be at the venue in 45 mins. (his ETA would have been 9:15 PM when I was told all of that by my coordinator) and that he would refund me 100%. Ok, no problem. I can deal with that.He didnt arrive until 10:45 PM! I went up to him and introduced myself and he apologized and said he had been out of the country and someone else was handling his booking. Understandable, but you are the business owner and you need to aware about bookings/making sure they’re clearly communicated to you if you’re not there PLUS I had been in contact with him 1-2 months prior to the wedding day asking about last minute details, so he should’ve been somewhat aware of my wedding day. He then said he will only be able to give me a 50% refund. SERIOUSLY? He showed up at 10:45 PM, our exit time was 11:00 PM, and majority of our guests had already left and you can only give me 50% back?! I started crying out of frustration. Yes, CRYING on my WEDDING DAY. All of a sudden, he had a change of heart and told me he would give me a 100% refund. He did leave prepackaged cigars for our remaining guests, but again, at that point majority of our guests had already left so no one was able to enjoy them.I emailed him the next day and I told him I expected a 100% refund back as discussed between him and I. He apologized for the inconvenience and said, “at least we left $500 worth of cigars so you guys can smoke on them.” Wow, seriously? If I wanted $500 worth of cigars I would’ve went out and bought them myself. I paid for on site rolling, freshly made cigars for our guests. I’m not sure if he was trying to justify his actions or what, but I found it extremely unprofessional as a business owner. In the end, I did receive my refund, but looking back at the whole situation I’m absolutely appalled by his actions and words that night. It completely RUINED my wedding night. If you’re looking for a cigar roller with professional customer service and want someone to actually show up on your wedding day, I would not recommend this business at all.

We booked DFW Cigar roller for my daughters wedding. After meeting with the owners, Noel & Janeth we knew we were in good hands! They are the nicest, most caring, and down to earth people, we have ever met. We let them know that most of my friends smoke cigars, and we really want it a cigar roller for my daugthers wedding. They both went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for the wedding and treated our daughter as family. We booked a large package, 250 cigars 4 hours rolling we have a lot of friendsEvery part of this event was BEAUTIFUL! The cigars and accesories were very nice, they didnt use those cheap plastic cutters for cigrs, they brougth some really expesive ones to serve our invetees. Our friends were amazed by the procces of rolling premium cigars by the cigar roller. Janeth and Noel put a lot of work to made sure every one understand the procces of rolling and making cigars, as well as blending cigars. They even had a special blend made just for us to enjoy after the wedding. I cannot say enough positive things about DFW Cigar roller . They went over and beyond what was expected to make this day perfect for my daughter. Everyone at the wedding had great things to say and could not believe how perfect everything turned out.You wont be disappointed if you book your wedding or private event with this DFW Cigar Roller. I have to start saying I did post this on the wrong website first! lol! What a pleasure it was to have DFW cigar Roller at my friend’s wedding! We were so amazed Watching Rolling cigars! It is such an art! The way They explained costumers about the product, how they explain the process of making a cigar, how to properly light up a cigar, these guys are pros, everything was perfect!The female roller was very cute, she was dress in nice guayabera and a Cuban hat, they look very professional, for a moment we felt like we were in Cuba, lol! We tried to contact first another company from DF Dominican we found on google but they were really hard to work with, only booking trough e mails and when we called the guy on the phone was really rude, so we called this roller on google maps and come out to be the best choice ever take.The cigars where really good, my friends I love it. From the set-up, to the service, to the correspondence; absolutely wonderful! If you need a cigar roller for party or cigar roller for private events they are the ones to call. I really appreciated that they had cigars ready for us and saved some of the “special blends” for the after party, so thoughtful, I could swear they were Cubans cigars! But they said they couldn’t disclosed the tobaccos they use for that cigar. Such a wonderful experience! DFW cigar roller in my opinion is the Best cigar roller experience on the metroplex area. I have seen cigar rollers many times, but this guys are not just cigar rollers, their main business is actually the manufacture of premium cigars for private label companies, the real deal, not just a show. I smoke a lot of cigars and I know a thing or two about good cigars. Hopefully I can get. My hands on some of those after party cigars I smoked when the owner read this review! Lol! They were so delicious!
