FLAKY!!! I went in there to get a countertop. Picked one out and they came to measure the space it was going in. 2 weeks later, on the day of installation, no one had called or come by at 3, so I called. I was told that they were short staffed and it would be another 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and same thing. I call after a no-show and now it is 7-8 weeks until they can get to it. Meanwhile the owner tells my contractor that they sold my countertop to someone else....Cheema just doesnt seem to care if he sells you anything or not. No service at all and I wasted a lot of time when I ended up getting something similar for the same price elsewhere.

Got new quartz bathroom countertops.. they came out very nicely. The installers were quick and professional, and did a clean job.

The customer service was extraordinary! Mr. Cheema went out of his way to be accommodating and helpful. He constantly made suggestions that allowed me to get more for my money and even ended up saving money on upgrades I thought were unaffordable. He did a fantastic job even under pressure to meet frequently changing time lines. The installers and fabricators are skilled artisans and completed the installation quickly and cleanly. Last, but certainly not least, I could not find better prices for the cabinets that were offered and I was able to get perfect quartz at a price less than some other places charged for granite. I feel truly happy and fortunate that I discovered Mr. Cheemas terrific company. Great products and customer service are alive and well in Richardson!!! Best Kitchen DFW lives up to its name.

I am glad we picked Best Kitchen DFW. The crew did an excellent job installing Quartz countertops in our kitchen. The owner Mr. Cheema worked with us on the price and budget. The installing crew was very responsive and completed the project on time. We are very happy with the outcome of this project and enjoying the updated countertops. I am extremely satisfied with my Counter tops and Installation. They made the selection processes, measurements, purchase, and install a breeze. I choose Carrera Quartz.....They showed up on-time, worked quickly and professionally and they even installed within days notice for me and I will only use this company going forward with all my counter top installs. Im a Realtor and Real Estate Investor and this was installed in my investment house in Dallas and I am so happy at how amazing the counters look.....the house is under construction during install and they did awesome working around all that was going on. They also provided the sinks cheaper than I could get them anywhere else and installed them at no extra cost. Awesome!!!!!

I am a professional home builder / remodeler and have used Best Granite (& Cabinets) for my past 3 luxury home projects. Attached are pictures of the kitchens and master bathrooms. I had the cabinets installed by my personal sub-contractors. I’ve used Best twice now for countertops, and highly recommend. Their prices are hard to beat and the experience of going to the shop and seeing and choosing the product is helpful. Install has always been seamless and the finished product looks great.

We had a good experience 3 years ago when we did our kitchen but unfortunately our experience was far from good with Best Granite when we recently remodeled our bathroom.We had false promises, email that wasn’t returned, delays in scheduling because phone calls were not answered and there is no voice mail set up to leave messages. Also the installer just showed up at our house to take measurements with no notice from Chema that he was scheduled.I took a day off work for the day that was scheduled for installation and no one showed up. When they came the next day the backsplash was a different size than we requested and the shower threshold was cut too small so we had to wait a few more days so it could be installed.

Once I picked out the surface I wanted, the installers were ontime, quick and very patient with me. They problem solved on the fly and my countertops are beautiful. Thanks for my new kitchen.

After shopping around for quality wood cabinets for my 4-plex, I found Cheema on Google Maps. His price was more than competitive and his product really solid. His cabinet designer John was very professional and spot on with his plans. Highly recommend this company.I appreciate the complaint by the other reviewer, I only bought the Cabinets, and I did not use his installation vendor. I also purchased the granite separate on this job.With that said, I just purchased 4 more sets of Cabinets and 8 slabs of 3 cm Quartz counters. Again, I believe Cheema’s product for wholesale services is an awesome choice.

The service we received from this business was wonderful. The owner was very kind and extremely knowledgeable and made recommendations based on the information we gave him about our kitchen style. They installed gray quartz countertops in our kitchen and it is gorgeous. His installers communicated with us about time of arrival and the installation was fast and professional. We could not be more pleased. He changed the whole look of our room. This should be the only call you make for granite or quartz.

Spoke to this guy twice regarding countertops we are trying to have installed throughout our new build. The owner was completely rude and ignorant (mostly during the second occasion); trying to make me feel stupid when asking legitimate questions about his product/service offering. Not sure if he was just having a bad day or what, but it was baffling enough to take my large, expensive project elsewhere. No thanks - I’d rather have a professional that’s pleasant to work with!

Excellent pricing and excellent service! Our whole setup from Best Granite cost half of what we were quoted at Seconds and Surplus. The cabinets came pre assembled and are plywood and sold Wood construction. The soft close drawers and cabinet doors are a feature I wouldnt have expected from cabinets in this price range.

We picked Best Granite because of price and good reviews. They do have good pricing and the counter tops look nice even though they have a limited selection.Once the installers left we realized the electricity didnt work, the sink was not caulked, our old sink (and needed parts) was removed, and a big gap on the underside of the cabinet wasnt caulked. When I called about it Dorothy was very nice but told me the owner, Cheema, considered that normal and the matter was resolved. Additionally they ripped off our outlet covers and threw them away. So thats another thing the installers did that we have to fix. If you do business with this company, just hope that nothing goes wrong, because they will do nothing to make it right.

We were in a hurry and wanted the countertop to be installed within 3 days because we planned to move in before I go out of town. I was wowed by this company. There was some discrepancies on time of delivery and the installers made two bad cuts on the quarts. HOWEVER the GREAT news is they fixed it in a timely manner and the results were a new fabulous Kitchen!! You always have to check in the end because sometimes workers do miss things. But these guys addressed any issue I had immediately with satisfactory results.There prices are unbeatable and they really do good work. Thank you to this company for its great product and hardworking employees. I notices some of the bad reviews on the installation and they must have improved that issue.....

Whatever you do, for the love of God do not do business with this company. I did, and it was a terrible mistake. The problem wasnt the price, the price was fair and reasonable, the problem is the unskilled labor they use to do the installation which RUINED the installation.My usual experience with Mexican Craftsman is that they do skilled work. Sadly this crew was amateurish, did not have the proper tools to do the job right, bungled it from beginning to end. What they presented to me was an atrocity! Here is a partial list:1) I was not warned in advance that there would be a large gap between the granite countertop and the top of the back splash. I was warned that Id need a plumber (almost $600) to re-install the sink, I was warned that the back splash tiles might be damaged, they werent but one of the kitchen tiles was damaged due to carelessness. The large gap will likely require taking out the existing back splash and having to completely re-do it.2) One large section of granite was not sealed properly and looks terrible. It looks like they totally screwed up the sealing process to where there are large smudges in the sealant that cannot be cleaned. The counter looks trashy and terrible. The other sections when cleaned will shine up nicely, but this section is permanently smudged because the damage is in the sealant.3) The installers just skipped polishing the edges so the edges look terrible.4) Seams between sections are very rough, looks like they didnt even have the proper tool to cut the granite so the seams are rough and jagged.5) When they removed the sink, they did it improperly to where it was a constant slow leak. They had to have known this, but not only did they not take are of it, they didnt inform me of it, just closed the doors to hide the problem until after they left and the damage was done. At this point they crossed the line to criminal negligence, they could have flooded my whole house.Sloppy, careless work with no thought of even trying to do it right, perfectly happy to leave you outraged at the pathetic level of work with absolutely no intention whatsoever that you would be statisfied with the work.Left the kitchen a filthy mess. Now i Have to go to other granite installers to see if the damage done by Best Granite Countertops can even be repaired. Im hoping that it can be saved, that the $3500 I just spent isnt a total loss.Another thing, once they have your check, they wont take your phone calls or make any attempt to make things right.They get your money then they never want to talk to you again. They know they screwed you and for them its a done deal, time to move on to ruin someone elses plans for their kitchen,In my opinion, this is a vile, evil company that in a an ideal world would be put out of business and the owner rot in prison for the rest of miserable life.

AWFUL customer service. Unfortunately my cabinets were very unlevel because my condo is old, and they just installed the granite without calling me first to explain the situation, which left a LARGE gap between the granite and the cabinets. Naghman & David kept claiming they are not cabinet people so they couldnt remedy the problem. I understand they couldnt make my cabinets level, but they should have called me while the granite work was being done and I was not home to explain how awful it would look if they installed granite before my cabinets getting looked at. They left large wood shims between the cabinets & countertops (not to mention one right in the middle of my drawer hole so the drawer couldnt go back in) and then claimed they would install trim for free to cover the gap after I let out my frustration on them. Then Naghman denied saying he would do this trim later in the week and only after me badgering him did he agree to this. They also left a large trash can top full of water underneath my sink without telling me, which led to leaking all over my brand new wood floors. You are NOT their priority as the customer. They may be cheap but it is NOT worth it...trust me!

They have done several jobs for me in the past. They always do quality work at a fair price.

My wife an I went to their warehouse, picked out the countertops that she wanted. That was 3 weeks ago and we still havent gotten an estimate. Ive called several times and cant get a return call. At this point I would be too afraid to hand over any money to this company. My wife and I are highly disappointed.
