Jake was absolutely great! Could not be happier with our experience! He helped me and my girlfriend get her car, talked to the bank for us and took care of everything. Great price, great car and great customer service. I definitely recommend this place. 5 stars for sure!

Ive dont normally write reviews, but after interacting with Jake I had to.He is reliable, honest, flexible, people person and all you want in a sale person.It has been 2 months since Jake gave me an amazing deal on a Land Rover for my wife and she loves that car. I applied and had the cash for the down, tried coming in the same day after weeks of trying to get in. They say at least 1k. I had 1600 and still didnt get the car. I applied somewhere else. Got approved same day. Pick up my car tomorrow. Odysee did not care about helping me in any way. I finally have a good job and simply needed a vehicle.

We purchased a VW Routan from this dealership in January of 2015. The guys were very helpful and really nice. It was a smooth process and they we experienced excellent customer service! Might be looking to purchase a second vehicle from them soon.

I spoke with Jake about a vehicle I purchased on August 23 and they did the inspection and put some type off liquid in my car. On the way home my car was running hot. Jake isnt willing to help resolve my situation. They are TOTAL RIP OFFS. Jake told me not to drive the car. Well, Jake if I didnt need a vehicle I wouldnt have purchased one. Very disappointed with the service I received!

This company doesnt deserve one star! I was in contact with Jake for over a week on a Mercedes ML500 they have on the lot. The pictures looked great and he assured me it was in good shape and would be worth the 500 mile round trip to get the vehicle, He said it runs great and overall just a nice vehicle. We went back and forth a few times and on tuesday i asked him if his hours were 10 to 8. He said yes. The next day i had a friend in the area and wantet him to go check it out. I called Jake to tell him and when he found out i had someone coming to look he started making excuses as to why he couldnt come. First said it was to hot and they werent busy so decided to leave early. Then he turns around and says they had to leave early to go pick up other cars. I let him slide on it and decided to make the drive today. When we pulled up it is a very small building (yet they take the pictures in another part of town with very nice buildings) and found the suv. it was trashed! 2 holes in the front bumper where they yanked the headlight washers out, nicks, dents and dings, Tires were dry rotted and the vehicle was filthy. I feel sorry for anyone that gives this business a dime of their money. Total Ripoffs

He almost never there ..their car would last you few months and break down not a good place to buy a car

Horrible experience they do not care at all and will sell you a vehicle knowing it isnt running properly and then leave you to deal with the damage after purchasing my vehicle they forgot to do the inspection even though we were told it just passed well the check engine light came on so i took it to them to fix and do the inspection the day i picked it up all the lights came on and the car completly broke down they are nothing but liars and cheats

Disappointing experience.
