I frequently go to this smoke shop. The staff I have encountered are all very friendly.I have been to many smoke shops around the Richardson area and none are as well stocked as this one, from a wide selection of delta 8, pipes and water pipes to a very large selection of disposable vapes and mods as well as a vast selection of juices to pair with em. Both Conner and Danielle are incredibly welcoming and very helpful.

Very inconsistent return policy...have 1 vape that works perfect compared to other one and all paid same price of $45.......the bigger guy obviously does not know how to do business in a pipe shop..Then they even took the one I bought completely off shelfs when I got back so I know they all werent good.....very odd and very rude...idc if this is a covid procedure or not $ you work hard for that you lost all too one shiityyy return piiiiiisssseeesss me offfff....I will be complaining to the manager also asap......

Nice place. I havent saw a huge crowd in the store, store is chill, its in a well lit area. Huge variety of everything you need to smoke out with, water pipes, vapes, candles, all sorts of hookah accessories etc. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The icing on the cake is that theyre open late, really late. Definitely will be my spot to shop.

High pricing, judgemental employees

Firstly, the service of this shop was great. In addition to this, it is very close to the college I go to which makes it very convenient. This store also offers many discounts which makes the price much cheaper than that of other vape shops. I will definitely come back here often and I highly recommend this place to those looking for high quality items for a good price.

Sold me kratom that expired a year ago

This shop is great! Been coming for a couple year and still stop by after moving from Richardson to Dallas whenever I need essentials at a good value. They sell a wide assortment of anything and everything at a very competitive price and have been known to always make a purchase feel special by including extras and giving deals (ontop or their rewards program !). Recently I had to return a nail that had a defect and it was no problem to exchange .
