I attend PCI Health Training Center about 0.4 miles down the street and I frequent this gas station now a lot and every time I go in the establishment is so well clean and sanitary the bathrooms are well kept. And the customer service representatives are so polite and so patient I applied this race track on their cleanliness their productivity their inventory and their knowledge thank you guys for all that you do for our community

Ive been a loyal paying customer for a few years now....but now that this store has become a franchise, the new guy in charge has become rude and kinda bullyish....chases me off saying ive been there too long even though i keep spending money...i think i will take my business elsewhere and advise everyone i work with at the city of richardson to do the same

That white boy that was working the night shift on July 26th at 8:45pm is very rude and disrespectful and lacks miles and miles of very basic and genuine customer service. Unlike everyone else at that gas station, who’s nice and recognizes regular and repeat customer (I happen to own a business next door and I visit this establishment at least twice a day so does every employee at my business). Never again during his shift. He looks so miserable to even wake up everyday.

Today was the third time in a row coming to this store and being told they didn’t have change and I was made to overpay for my purchase. I understand things get chaotic and you may not have quarters, nickels or dimes. But when it is every time you come in, it’s a business. As they are doing this to folks, most people just pay the extra little bit. I feel like, either the clerks are pocketing all this change throughout the day (it stacks up), or management has an unethical business plan to cash in on metal money. I could be wrong though. It could be coincidence. I mean, of course it is.

Was in the store for 5 mins or so. Staff very nice. However, being in the middle of a pandemic, with signs posted requiring masks, state mandate for masks in public all going on, they did not require 3 patrons (within a 5 min timeframe) to wear masks. Checked them all out and said nothing and did not enforce the mask requirement.

Richardson, Arapaho St. Store. Great, nice, clean store if it would just stay open past ten oclock.

People hate on this RaceTrac but I go there almost everyday. Im not kidding I was just looking at my timeline, and its like the 5th most visited place in June. Blew my mind! That being said, for the most part I have never had any issues here, and the millennials that work there are fairly disassociated with life in general that it makes for an easy transaction.

Ive noticed RaceTrac beer coolers are consistently weak. So, if you prefer warmish beer, this is your spot!! Try QT instead.

Pay at the pump convenience? Nope. Want a receipt, you have to go inside to get it and wait in line. Youre out of paper on pump 4, can I have a receipt please? No apology, they just want to move on to the next person in line. Im sure itll still be out of paper tomorrow.

Very few people wearing masks, restroom was not clean. I wont be visiting the store again

Stop cleaning the bathroom during lunch hour!!! It is really inconvenient when you have 30 mins for lunch and spend 20 waiting to use the restroom. Very unprofessional.

I have been a RaceTrac costumer since 2009. I use to be a regular at there location on Greenville and Forest and I use to love it. Until I had to move to Richardson in 2014. I started going to a quick-trip until they opened this location which is walking distance from my house. The people at the quick-trip were awesome and amazing but my cigarettes were a dollar cheaper at the racetrack and it’s right there. I wondered why this place sucks until I met the manager Justin! This guy made me walk twice to my car in the middle of a thunder storm! This guy is the worst! I was late for work and I needed gas, coffee, and cigarettes. The only thing I had on me was my Texas private security ID. He refused to accept it and refused to even sell me gas claiming that my Id was fake. Long story short I ran out of gas was stuck on the side of the road for an hour! Don’t forget this was all taking place during a thunder storm. I am at work right now soaking wet feeling miserable. I will never ever go to a racetrack until the day die. Thank you so much Justin!

This was a much anticipated opening. Working nights there just was not enough choices for fast food and gasoline close in to my workplace. Courteous staff and clean new modern RaceTrac with lots of choices.

Sure would be convenient if this 24 hour convenience store was open 24 hours a day. I dont know if theyre understaffed or lazy but EVERY DAY I come here after 11pm its closed.

Everyone always gets a greeting when entering. A very clean, well stocked establishment, and very courteous staff. The food is really good as well! They have a side entrance as well as an outdoor covered area with tables and chairs.

I usually don’t leave reviews for gas stations but the only reason why I’m leaving one here besides the fact I come here often since it’s across the street from my job is that there is one certain associate who is very rude. She doesn’t say anything at all when you pay. Not even a thank you have a great day or do you need a receipt. towards the end of the transaction I told her thank you have a great day and she Ofcourse didn’t say anything back. Which ever African American female is working morning shift on 8/9/19, please quit your job if you’re that miserable and taking it out on your customers. Smh.

Very rude guy at night locking the bathrooms because they have to clean the bathrooms at night thats what his excuse was I drove all the way from rowlette and had to use the bathroom extremely bad and wouldnt let me use them very horrible person for not letting people use the bathroom when I obviously buy stuff every time I use the bathroom

This Racetrac has only regular fuel and did not post it at the pumps. I tried a few pumps and finally went inside where I was informed they were out of plus and premium. They never replied to the call button at the pump at all for assistance at the pump. Woe to any disabled that require assistance. When I recommended that they post at the pump so people can actually know they are out, I got a robot answer of “ I’m sorry ma’am”. Racetrac, you fail. Fix your customer service.

No receipts at gas pumps, and expensive, they close whenever they want though.

Went to this location almost daily... Thats changing now... was paying for $20 gas and 2 drinks while pumping gas the pump will only allow around .10 to .25 cents to be pumped at a time. So i hang up pump and go inside to ask them move remaining $13 to another pump... At which point im told i have to rescan my card and be charged another $13 to pay for gas and when i asked about the original $13 im told i have to wait 3-5 business days for them to reimburse me. So i ask them why i have to wait to get my money back when they tell me thats how it is and if i dont like it shop elsewhere. Well i believe i will. Management in this location is a joke!

I love RaceTracs so much. This one is a location with froyo! But this one also almost never has chickie rollers going. Leaves me bitter most days.Edit: This location almost never has gas pumps available. And theyve been closed almost every night Ive gone up there. Signs have no reason as to why theyre closed at night. Im not gonna guess when itll be okay to go back. Just not gonna waste my time. This location is a mess. RIP my respect for RaceTrac.

Karen the manager there act like she is miserable at work. I live down the street and Combe in a few times a week and she’s is always bummed out. I honestly don’t like it when she rings me up.

My wife and I frequent this place quite often and generally love our experiences at this Racetrac. However, we were extremely disappointed in the customer service from the manager Savanna on our most recent visit. Ive been in customer service for 20 years in various forms from entry level to management. I spoke with the manager about the constant issue of the slurpee/Icee machine not working properly.My wife is a brand new mom and the one thing she ever requests are these. They consistently show as functioning, but never are. I brought this to the attention of the manager and she said she knew there were issues. I suggested that a simple out of order sign would make a huge difference, especially if they knew that it was not functioning.The manager did not have any time for me and cut me off with a have a nice night before I even finished speaking. My suggestion is to handle customers in a respectful manner anytime, much less when youre the manager of a new establishment in town.

Work just down the road from the new Race Trac. Been there 10-12 times since it opened. The store is very nice but the last 4 times I have been there the brewed reg tea is out. I try let someone know. Today there were only a couple of customers in there and I tell the cashier they were out of reg and mango. She seems to not really care. She said everyone likes it. Ok...then keep it brewed. It is nice to not have to go to the Valero up the street but they always have their brewed tea brewed

New and clean. Good convenience store selection. Customer service is only average.
