Worked directly with AJ the whole process. I called to ask about polishing my wifes engagement and wedding rings and he picked up, answered all my questions thoroughly and let me know his availability. I dropped off her rings early afternoon and had a good chat with him. Later that evening, he says her rings are already ready for pick up. Even though it was close to his closing time, he offered to stay later if I needed some extra time to pick up her rings. Once I picked them up, his work for polishing was phenomenal and made them look like new. Most importantly, she was very impressed. Ive worn it for 45 years and only had it off for over an hour on 5 occasions in all those years -- when I had children and surgeries. My husband kept my ring with him on those few occasions.When one of the rings broke and was separated from the others, it was very traumatic to me that I would be without it, and it would be in the possession of someone I didnt know.After talking with many friends and neighbors, and reading reviews on their site, I called Elite. Doug spoke with me about my concerns and suggested that I bring in my ring the next day, and hed let me know if theyd be able to repair it, and how long it would take. The amount of time could be dependent on how many carry-over repairs they had.I was there when Elite opened at 10:30. Doug looked at my ring, gave me a reasonable repair estimate, and said it would be fixed prior to closing that evening -- but theyd call me as soon as it was finished. I felt very comfortable leaving my ring with Doug.To my surprise I received a call from the jeweler at 11:48, and was told that my ring was ready!!!! He said that Doug had asked that it be repaired as a priority, so it had been fixed first thing.When I picked it up, my ring looked great! Thank you Elite for the wonderful job and for getting my ring back to me so quickly!

Poor customer service. First they ignored me, then they told me that they couldnt fix my Coach watch because, so sorry, it isnt a Rolex (yes, they actually said it wasnt a Rolex so they couldnt work on it!!). It would be laughable if it werent so pathetic. Have you ever noticed that those who feel the need to give themselves the label Elite are generally not? Unless all of your self-worth based on the size of your watch, go somewhere a bit more refined - and hopefully less shabby....

While this may be a good place to buy jewelry, it is definitely NOT a good place to sell your diamonds. I had some diamond stud earrings I was trying to sell, and while the jeweler I dealt with was very nice, he lowballed me big time! I got $1000 more than what Elite offered from Dingers in Plano.

Came in as a walk-in late on a Friday to get a ring resized and cleaned. I was afraid the ring would be too small (6.5 needing to go to 8.5). They were very friendly and helpful. Told me that they could, in fact, get it sized properly for me. Best part, it only took them 2 days! They didnt bother with trying to sell me anything or haggle with the pricing, which is a big plus for me. When I received the ring on Tuesday, it looked brand new. the shine was amazing. If you have platinum jewelry, elite jewelers know what theyre doing. I thought the stone on my e-ring was loose and unknowingly had it repaired by someone else who normally doesnt work with platinum. My e-ring was a mess, but AJ at elite jewelers fixed it to make it look like new! He also educated me on how to properly check for a loose diamond and offered me complimentary diamond check ups for my rings every 6 months. His nephew also patiently helped me pick out a wedding band. Im very happy with my experience. These folks care about their customer and theyre straightforward and honest.
