Wonderful service and great prices. There are so many jewelry stores that mark-up their prices and try to entice you with 75% OFF! sales...dont fall for them. Eli and his staff are honest, friendly, and fair. They dont mark up prices and they always come in less expensive than the big name retailers. Cant recommend them enough and will be back for all my future jewelry needs.

I checked out the google reviews and it sounded like this jewelry store had great customer service. I’ve always passed this shop on the way home so decided I would give them a shot.I have a set of wedding bands and engagement ring that was too loose and kept spinning throughout the day when I wore it. I had seen on my sister’s ring that you can add little “bumps” so that you don’t have to completely cut and resize the ring. I stopped into the store and was greeted right away. The man at the counter was very friendly and got me with Liz who helped me and took a look at my rings. She was very sweet and helpful. I left my rings with her and got a call the next day for a quote on how much it would be to add the little gold bumps to all three rings and install a loose diamond that fell out of my wedding band. I felt their prices were very reasonable and I received the rings back in about a week.I was very happy with the work and customer service. When I received the rings back, they were so sparkly and beautiful. They were even cleaner than when I first got them. I would definitely recommend this store for all your jewelry needs. They have wonderful customer service, reasonable prices, and great workmanship.

We have sold gold and silver here and the experience was great. We decided to have our wedding bands made here afterwards. Elizabeth and Eli were great! The customer service was super and the rings are incredible! They used our jewelry and created the most unique rings for us. They both listened to what we were looking for and went way over the top with it. We both would refer anyone here that is looking to purchase jewelry or have a custom piece built.

Ordered a Mother’s Day pendant necklace w/family birth stones. They called to confirm the months I needed as the site I went thru did not let me. Was excited they followed up and we got the stones noted. Gift arrived in the time expected and my wife absolutely loves it as each time she wears it - the whole family is with her. Great company.

Eli and his team did a phenomenally job for us. I couldn’t be happier with the result. I had brought in a loose diamond and after looking at all the catalogs that’s available, I couldn’t find a design that I like. There are all these little intricate details that I like from each of these ring catalogs.Eli and his team Elizabeth helped me worked in/ customized the ring of my dream. I get to see the modeling/ CAD ( computer aided design) prior to the fabrication of the ring. The modeling shows you the top and side views. Super helpful process, if you’re the kind of person that like things to be precise.The ring turns out to be absolutely gorgeous and I always get compliments when I have it on.They are Rockstars!! Always super friendly and helpful when you have questions. You can only get this kind of service and attention to detail from a store like this, where the Owner actually do come in and interacts and care about the end product and repeat businesses. His passion is clearly rubbed off onto his team. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future. Highly recommended. I would have given them 10 stars is possible!!

In May of 2018 I purchased a mothers ring with 6 stones in yellow gold. The ring was beautiful and of excellent quality. I would recommend this jeweler to anyone looking for one. They shipped it right on schedule.

Eli and his wife are the best in the business. They are professional and dedicated to customer satisfaction. They really listen to their customers. I had a very specific look in mind for my engagement and wedding ring and Eli created a design that was even more beautiful than I imagined. He also designed a gorgeous custom necklace to match my ring. I will only trust Central Diamond Center for any jewelry purchases in the future. Avoid the chain jewelry stores...CDC is the absolute best for bridal jewelry.

I am not one to leave reviews UNLESS the experience Ive had is either off the charts or terrible. Im happy to say though, this review is for an off the charts experience. I went in with my husband about 4 days ago to inquire about a custom made band that I wanted to go with my engagement ring since I didnt get a band upon getting married. Anyway, as we walked in there and asked this couple (the owners) about adding a band to my ring, Lizs husband (cant remember his name) had what he called the perfect band in mind as he reached for it. He explained to us how much more expensive it would be to get a custom made band even without the amount of diamonds I was wanting on it. After talking for a while and seeing how the band they already had was a better choice, I couldnt help but realize what a great salesperson he was not only because he did a great job convincing me but because he was genuine about everything he said and despite my doubts and uncertainty to believe him, his professionalism and expertise made me feel comfortable as I trusted he knew what he was talking about.Once I went to pick it up, I was as excited as I was when I saw the e-ring for the first time. Liz didnt only seem to be excited for me, she was excited with me as she saw me open the box and see my polished like new ring with the band attached to it. The professional who worked on my ring was there as well and was happy to watch my excitement. All of this is to say, I cant express how grateful I am for their great customer service. They are genuine and truly care for their customers and understand that despite it being just a ring the sentimental value that it carries makes it hard for one to trust leaving it in someone elses care. I will def be coming back in the future.

This is the jeweler and diamond store to go for the most your satisfaction! I knew exactly what I didnt want, and I explained, he provided. Eli Meioul took my diamond, had it re-cut by people he trusts, had more facets added, not diminishing the size to the naked eye, and my diamond was like new. He reset it in a setting that I loved, added more diamonds to complement the original diamond and I could not be happier. All of his workman are right there in his store . You can see them through the glass. You dont have to worry about your jewelry being sent off to other places and being lost. Dont look all over town or anywhere else. You wont find anyone like Eli, the store owner, and his wife. Also, the people that work for him, are all invested in you and get so excited when you walk in to see your finished ring. It truly is a family affair. You will not beat his prices anywhere else either and quality. We had a budget and he met it with more than what I ever expected. Take your Christmas money there to spend if you are shopping for jewelry. I promise you will be so glad you did.

My parents recommended Elis work to me since they have been getting custom work done through him for over 25 years. I had my wifes engagement ring made at Central Diamond Center about 3 years ago. Eli made sure he looked and found the perfect diamond that I had been looking for for my Fiance. He graciously spent a lot of time talking to me and showing me all types of cuts and quality. The ring turned out beautiful and is the most stunning piece of jewelry I have ever owned or seen. We had to get it appraised for insurance and were amazed that it was valued over twice what we paid. Eli Meloul and his wife have always made us feel welcome and comfortable whenever we talk to them. When you go to Eli he and his wife will make you feel like you are the only customers they have and will educate you on how diamonds are valued and the best ways to set stones.This month I visited CDC again for a black and white diamond necklace for my wife. Again Eli took the utmost care in helping me design the perfect necklace. He made sure before I left that I would be satisfied with the resulting piece and always offers to change things if I am not happy with the end result. I know from now on I will never buy cheap imitations from an online store. I cannot imagine a better place to buy special gifts for loved ones. Sold me a diamond ring and assured me EGL certification is the same as GIA (it’s not, GIA is highly respected). The price point was that of a GIA diamond, however and I ended up paying much more. Some time later when I needed to sell the ring I contact the store and was given a quote. Upon visiting I was informed that they “never do that” and are not buying at the moment. Either they’re prone to lying or are incompetent, I think it’s a combination of both. Not to mention their dishonesty in the selling process. I would recommend more credible jewelers where you pay what the item is worth and where they have some integrity.

My wife and I got our rings there resized and they took great care of us. I really recommend Central Diamond Center to everybody. They have a customer for life.

I love the Central Diamond Center because they will honor the what they say they will do. I went in today and they were willing to upgrade my purchase from years ago with the new larger item. I only had to pay the difference. Service with a smile and a willingness to serve. I will always come her to purchase my diamonds.

I decided to buy a mothers ring from CDC based on the great reviews I read. The ring was a Christmas gift for my wife from our daughters. The web site said it was to ship and be here in plenty of time for Christmas. Then I got another email saying that it would not ship until the 26th. Of course I found this upsetting! I wrote to Eli to express my displeasure after reading so many good things about their customer service. I really didnt expect anything more than a apology.What I got was an upgraded ring, which is absolutely beautiful, straight from the store and shipped overnight at their expense! All in time for my girls to give it to their Mom on Christmas morning! I would give them 6 stars if I could. Great service, caring owners and quality work!

My husband ordered my infinity mothers ring from CDC through amazon and I love it. After a month I had an issue and they fixed it quickly with no issues! Then a few months later another issue occured. After a huge misunderstanding via letter and on the phone, Eli and I were able to figure out the problem and come to a conclusion that made both of us happy. I am waiting patiently for my new and IMPROVED mothers ring. And I am sure if any issues occur this store will be willing to work with their costumers both in person and via phone!
