Grabbed the last quarter sheet of Tres Leches cake and the bakery attendant was kind enough to write Happy Birthday for me. There wasnt much room to write 2 names but she made it work. Lots of variety of product, meats and produce at good prices. Checkout was a breeze as well.

Its basically like any store but more mexican and when it sings fiesta fiesta song it is pretty good

Im from Houston and this is the only place to find a large pack of Zummo sausage at a reasonable price. Only bad thing.....The lines are always too long!!! One register open and 13 people in line?? Come on Fiesta do better!!!

Today I found Tropical fried cheese( Queso de freir) 🙂👍 I hope one day they get Tropical Salami Popular or Superior as well.

Cleanest Fiesta in town but the prices are always sky high but consistent with their other stores. Just always leaves me thinking that I should have gone to Sprouts or Whole Foods and bought organic top quality food instead because prices are similar. Never understood what this store jacks up cost over, I don’t find it a special place except for the rare occasions when I get the bakeries bread pudding (haven’t had it for a while) but they make some bomb heavy delicious bread pudding. Although for sweet bread this isn’t the optimal store.

This was my first time ever visiting Fiesta Mart. It was amazing. The employees were superb! The selection was outstanding and the facility was immaculate. Ill be back!

This is the cleanest public bathroom I have ever been in. When I walked in I smelt bleach and cleaners. Then to top it off there are fresh flowers on the counter. Great job!!!

Really big place with delicious bakery items.

This rating was based on the warm welcoming from the seafood Department. Nice, friendly and courteous workers. One thing I really appreciated was not smelling the seafood when I entered the store. Overall the store was clean check out clerks friendly. On the other hand the Customer Service Desk could use a course or two in Customer Service. Crazy huh?

Very good selection of meats at reasonable prices. Nice produce section..Deli section, where you can order food & sit in or take with you..also a pretty good bakery as well.

Had to wait in line for a full 30 minutes, from 4:40 to 5:10 PM yesterday. Felt bad for some people in front of me with only 2 or 3 items and had to endure the wait. One ordered some bread and onions for less than $4 and rushed out after giving $5 to the cashier, and didnt bother waiting for the change. When it was my turn, I found out why: the cashier was very slow, constantly waiting for the produce code from the next cashier. He even asked me what it is I bought -- salad tomato and sure enough that was exactly what was displayed. I had to rush leaving the store and didnt check the receipt until I got home: I bought only one bunch of green onions and had to pay for two. Therere probably other mistakes. There were three other long lines, but no doubt this was moving the slowliest. A management type guy was packing, and seemed to work only 20% of the time. He could have opened another line and alleviate the wait for the customers. Surprisingly the customers were patiently waiting with no vocal complaints.

I love going there its always a pleasure to shop there because the people are so nice to me and they always have everything I need Ill be so glad when theiy start putting oxtails behind the counter again

Prices are great for fruit.The lines are massive. Many registers are closed and have been closed. Avoid this if you value your time.

It always have the items that I want. I go there to shop for my meat and my fish. Great price great location nice and clean and dont have an odor to it. Just recommended this place on Facebook to someone to purchase an item. Keep up the good work.

I only go there for the fresh made tortillas, because their prices are too high and the 10 items or less lane is always too long and Slow!

I should of gave them 4 stars because of the inconsistent customer service from some of the employees. Its getting a 5 star rating because of the amazing prices in meat and seafood. But honestly a lot of you need to come off your high horse in all honesty. If a store like Tom thumb has a sale on meat and seafood I will purchase it.However, dont exclude stores like Fiesta, El Rancho and Michocana. Your going to stores like Wholes food and Central Market and your paying for the name and getting the same quality as a Fiesta store. I just purchased TBone steaks for 3.27 and came out a winner. By the way these are Porter House Steaks for the ones in the know.You would think this pandemic would change your ways but many of you are still in puragotary and overpaying for meats and seafood. I still see the same demographics in these stores its so sad You gotta get rid of your pride and go right instead of left. Hopefully the pictures of my T-Bones change your mind. Forget the stuff you heard about the stores smelling like blood, try the stores out like Fiesta and El Rancho.Your gonna save a lot money and get the same quality. Plus you will feed your family so much better Going to meat markets and Targets, Whole Foods and etc are costing you too much money and your get sub par quality.

Jon, in the seafood department had awesome customer service greeting ....we need more employees with his attitude at this fiesta mart . The rest of the employees needs more training on how to greet people at the registers.

Wish I can provide NO STAR! This review is base on long lines, I stood in line over 45mins every time I shop there. HIRE MORE CASHIERS!!! Train staff to be customer service presentable. And Communicate to customers when lane or lanes are close. Clean store btw. Shalka was my cashier who’s wasn’t pleasant and Brian was the mgr, who’s lack of customer service etiquette. Has the best produce dept. in the area. The grocery department is first class. Seafood, an top grad meats under one roof. They also have a first class bakery an special order department thats best in the area.

Rude customer service, not enough cashier open, waiting in line for more than30 minutes young black man with long fingernailswas very rude, uncooperative to help scan the pack of water, I will try not to shop there anymore.

While Fiesta has some quality products and a wide selection, they are perennially short staffed at the checkout. Be prepared to wait to checkout. But again, they have some good stuff if you are patient and have the time.

Best vegetable prices in town! However every time I get home I notice I get overcharged on something! Either the sale doesn’t ring up what the sticker says or the Cashiers scan an item twice! So now I have to watch the entire process when I go. But I still go because there is no rotten meat smell, it has bigger isles and the parking/drivers not willing to run over you is better than at El Ranchero.

A percentage of their products dont actually scan during check out. Check out usually takes at least 30 minutes because they are understaffed (even during non peak hours).

This was cleaner than most Fiestas I have been to. They were out of some of the items.I came here for and the seafood was a bit sparse. I came after 8:00pm so that may account for the items not being available.

If i could rate 0 it will be great..this guy his name is juan i believe is so rude and have no manner to talk to the customers.i asked him about the vegetable and he gave me attitude like he is a store manager..i called him 5 times and went to him and he just rolled his eyes and yell at me..i just dnt understand wht happen..i jus want to let the store manager knw tht you should look it and tell your employees that we are customer not your slave..so you should fix your employees behaviour otherwise i am gonna call HR department

Its not very clean inside or outside and the carts arent cleaned plus there are no wipes BUT they do have a good selection of vegetables and fruits and good prices. Also great selection of Latin cuisine items.

Long lines @ checkout only two registers open. One of the managers finally opened up a 3rd line.

I visited this location on today 3/14/2020. Mrs. Sonia was our cashier. It was a super busy morning with everyone trying to get in the stores to stock up. With that being said Mrs. Sonia greeted us with smile after checking out maybe 30 or more people, with line growing every minute. She didnt seem stressful at all. I told her she was doing a great job and she replied I love what I do. The world needs more people like Mrs. Sonia. 10 * * * * * * * * * * stars for Mrs. Sonia.

Very inconsistent inventory. I wish I could buy from them - 2/10 times I visit they have the beef liver I am trying to purchase in stock, and no one behind the meat counter seems to be able (or care enough) to offer me an answer of when I can come to ensure I can buy it. This time: no bulk eggs (2nd time) and no floss. Oh well - go elsewhere.

No fresh meat, lines are long and not enough staff during the day. I always have issues at this location, one night ( closing time is at 1OPM ) I arrived at 945 for some milk and the security didnt let me in, I explained to her that I still had 15 minutes and she told me you had all day and you decide to come at last minute I say its close its closed. Super rude staff

Service desk is horrible they usually only have one window open. I was there paying my rent and they had like six people in front of me and it took them an hour to get to me. Its ridiculous. They need more workers. The ladies take their time and are chatting and laughing it up in the back while they should be working.

Now, every time I go to this location there are only 2 cashiers open at around 4:30 pm during weekdays and the lines go all the way to the back of the store. Maybe 20 or more PEOPLE are in line waiting.... Thats disgusting. I left the place several times and dont plan on returning any time soon.

The availability of products is the key point about this place. Great selections (meat, sea food, fruits, etc.). Great staff, nice people. So far, nothing wrong to say about this place. I always find what Im looking for over there. Also this place knows how to combine GOOD PRICES and QUALITY OF PRODUCTS to satisfy customers. And this, besides the availability of products, is what makes me go there for my groceries...

When I requested a price check from a manager, the manager behaved as if it was a complete inconvenience. I decided to go check it myself and took a photograph and when I came back to show her that the price that I was requesting was correct, she gave me further attitude which I told her I did not appreciate. She replied by telling me that she was doing no such thing and walked away from me without continuing the conversation. All I wanted was a simple Im sorry. All any customer wants is to feel that they are being heard. I can tell you this oh, I will never go back to Fiesta. And I would go there twice a week before this incident.

I appreciated the fact that this Spanish Mart had a variety of products even from Jamaica. So I bought a few items to take back with me since I was not going to Jamaica anytime soon. I didnt seek to critique the prices too much but they seemed to be reasonable (economically friendly).
