Went in today 09/22/21 at 12:50 P.M to get a refill on propane, I saw a handy man working on the shop thinking he’s the only one in the shop so I said hello about 2 times and no one responded… as i walk further turns out there are 3 employees that were sitting hiding behind the counter, one had crocks on, the reason how I know is that both her legs were on the counter, had two pigtails with braids in them and was the entire time playing on her phone, another woman that was on the computer and a boy in the left corner. I asked them if I may please get a refill the woman on the computer said that needs to go outside, I said okay could you please show me where outside you want this, it’s my first time and they didn’t care they just said outside, with no instructions on what I’m supposed to do, so here I am just passing back and forth from the shop to outside without any information.Worst experience ever!! very rude and disrespectful employees I’ve ever seen my entire life!
The general manger there is great. She went out of her way to take care of me and make sure things were good to go. There was one dude there that I know hates his job. I wont name him, but he seems like a weirdo. If you run across him youll know. lol. Everyone else aside from the weirdo was great.
WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I HAVE BEEN PLACED ON HOLD TWO TIMES NOW BOTH MORE THAN 30 MIN WITHOUT ANY REPONSE. ALL I WANTED WAS TO CHECK STOCK ON A SIMPLE PRODUCT LISTED ONLINE. NOW ILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. GOOD JOB GUYS!
Ive always gotten great customer service at this location. Ive rented trucks, bought supplies and even got butane. Highly recommend.

This place is absolutely horrible. If I could give zero stars i would. They charged double, and were not clear about where the drop box was. I walked the building twice. I would recommend another one. Oh and the gas was low and I had to fill it even more. They didnt. HORRIBLE.

Worst U-Haul location ever! The big Hispanic guy with glasses at the front desk is extremely rude and has no sense of customer service! He doesn’t care or appreciate his customers at all and shouldn’t be working there because he obviously doesn’t like working there. Even tho I declined insurance on the pin pad he still added it on my receipt, good thing I checked before leaving and got the issue resolved. He is a thief and does unethical things. Our reservation was at 6 and we didn’t get our truck till 645!!!! He just handed us the key and we were to find the truck and figure out everything on our own. Save yourself time and visit another location. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE! I would give this location 0 star but unfortunately no option.
Yesterday, February 17, 2021, I discovered what a truly heartless employee you have @ the Richardson Tx store.It has been below freezing here for quite a while and unfortunately I ran out of propane which is how I heat my home . I had spent 2 days calling everywhere I could think of looking to fill just one bottle. I couldnt even use electric heaters because our power had been off at least 20 hrs a day for days. Finally I found the Richardson store had some. I spoke with the store and him I was on my way, it was just past 4pm and he said he was closing at 5. I explained I had about 40mls to get there and my great need for heat. I called again when we were 8 mls away and begged him to fill my tank even if it were a few minutes past. He led me to believe he would. Driving over extremely bad roads we pulled in at 5 on the button and my heart sored. The propane filling station was still open and I know he saw us pull in and to it. My husband get the tank over to it and then the most heartless man in Texas came out of the store, closed the filling station and told my husband to put the tank back in our truck. When I realized what was going on I was floored and began to cry and plead for him to fill it ...he walked away and left. I just couldnt believe he was going to let us freeze through another night but he did.I just thought youd like to know the type of person you have working that store and representing your company.Shame on him.Frozen & Disappointed,Kat TarterGlenn Heights, TX
Made an appointment for hitch install and lady on phone confirmed they were available at 10 and had the hitch. I arrived next day and they neither had the hitch And not available until late afternoon. I had to spend another hour calling around and driving. This is the second time uhaul has screwed me over. They have a real disconnect between their phone service and the local locations. Never trust what they say on the phone you have to go in person to confirm. They screwed me over on a truck couple years ago when I had a reservation and then they had already given it out to someone else when I arrived. Had to drive over an hour in Houston to find another one.
DO NOT use this Uhual location! I wish I could give no stars. I rented a truck to move my things 10 minutes away from my original home, returned the truck back the very next day (On Thanksgiving) just to make sure I wouldn’t be charged anything further and I ended up being charged over $100 extra! I refilled the tank like I was supposed to and brought it back before my cut off time and come to find out they had charged me for 2 days just because they weren’t open on Thanksgiving but I was given instructions to return it on Thanksgiving. When asked for my refund, the lady at the front was extremely rude and the manager only refunded me HALF of what I was owed and kept the rest. I will NEVER do business with them again. They will OVERCHARGE YOU and the staff customer service is TERRIBLE. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!
The trucks were cleaned and sanitized. I will give them that. Why they get only 3 stars? I left a wagon on the truck. after 2 hours, I called/emailed to see if they had found said wagon. They told me that they took it off the truck and placed it safely in their lost and found/storage. I couldnt go back the next day, due to me working and getting off late. So I waited until the weekend to pick it up. When I got there, they could not find it? I showed them the email saying where they had stored. We looked, NO WAGON! So after about 3 days and after telling me they stored it safely away, my wagon is gone?!? So that tells me either the managers were lying about my wagon, one of their associates stole my wagon, or both. Either way, I am not a happy customer with them and I will go out of my way to rent from another U-Haul location.Scratch that, 1 star..the hell you mean!

This location has very attentive customer service, even when they are very busy. I reserved a rental at the end of the month at their busiest time, and they worked quickly to get me setup in my rental with the accessories I needed. The manager/owner, Rob, is very involved in operations and you can see he takes great care of his customers. I had a great experience with him as it pertained to billing and appreciate him and his team going the extra mile. My experience really stood out as exceptional, especially during tough times with Covid-19 causing extra stress for all parties.
Danielle provides excellent customer service. Very helpful and has a positive attitude. Highly recommend to request for her! A+
Colin spent over an hour with my spouse trying to figure out fuses to get the trailer lights to connect to the car. He was so helpful and more than patient helping and I greatly appreciate all his hard work and lack of frustration. If lights would have been working properly we would have been in and out with no issue. Reservation and pickup were both easy and quick.
Katlyn and Danielle were very friendly. Danielle offered to carry my boxes to my car with such joy. Great customer service.
The guy here Mike Perez the one with a lisp was only trying to stiff us since we got there poor service.

Horrible Customer Service! The people who work here convinced me to rent a truck that was too small. Then, they talked me into buying more supplies than I needed because “We buy back whatever you don’t use”. But when I arrived at my destination - 2 states away - I realized my receipt for all the supplies was left in the glovebox of the original, too small, truck. I have called this location twice, requesting a copy of the receipt and received tired excuses and empty promises to send the receipt, as, of course, no receipt was ever sent. These people cost me $330.00 for a days use of a 15’ truck and a car trailer I never even took off the lot, plus all the insurance for both the truck and car trailer! Not to mention the $350 I had to pay my movers for a basically worthless, wasted day, PLUS a night in a hotel I had not figured into my budget. I ended up needing a 26’ truck - almost TWICE THE SIZE - but couldn’t pick it up until the next. So you would think, after misleading me about the small truck and costing me so much extra money, that they could, AT THE VERY LEAST, help me with the receipt so I could return a $20 TV box, $27 worth of tape and an $8 roll of plastic wrap. But apparently, spending more than $2700 in total for the entire fiasco was not enough for these CROOKS. Now, I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. So you keep my $55 Uhaul, because you are not the only horse in the race. I am sure BUDGET or PENSKE would be pleased to have my business, you thieving, crooked, low-down, lying F¥€K$!
We ordered a box truck from 10-3 yesterday and it took about 20 minutes with the mobile pickup to find the truck (they give you no exact location) amongst the huge parking lot and be able to get checked in. We had to walk all around For the truck just to be told to go inside to get the keys?? So that cut into our time, and then before we returned the truck we made sure to fill it all the way up even though it didn’t come full. Returned the truck 30 minutes early, gave them the keys, and the guy told us we were good to go after he looked it over. Later that day I get multiple calls asking when I’ll be returning the truck, even though I returned it early and already told them I had dropped it off. Also still never got a receipt emailed like they said. Then today I notice a $22 late fee on my account! How hard is it to get it right when I turned it in EARLY with EXTRA FUEL?! Thank goodness I got through to corporate to remove the charge because this place can’t get anything right apparently.
I rented a truck from the Richardson location dropped it off in a Waco drop spot location. Paid everything in full and any additional fees after returning the truck. About a month later they started to charge my card again. Supposedly for toll fees. When I called to inquire about the additional charges I spoke to a Rob, who by the way was very rude and unhelpful, and basically said he sees that I paid in full and that the additional charges COULD be from toll fees. When I inquired about the amount of fees that I supposedly owed he told me that he doesn’t know how much they are nor is he able to help me in finding out. So they’ve just been randomly charging my card. Uhaul is the absolute worse and I will never use them again. Do not waste your money here because they will continuously charge your card but not give you the exact amount that you MAY OR MAY NOT OWE. Gave one star because I couldn’t give 0. Horrible customer service as well.
These guys gave me the worst looking trailer out of all the ones available. When I asked can I get that one please, he simply replied with, NO. Installed the trailer to hitch and let the wiring hang down to the ground. Worst customer service ever. The guy gave me a broken chain which came off halfway during my drive which was causing sparks. Do yourself a favor, go to North Plano location.
Being a business owner we’ve had the opportunity to frequent this location several times. Each time we spend over $500 so we’ve given them several thousand dollars total over the last few years. I said that to qualify the fact that we do not make this review lightly and without careful consideration. Each time we come to this location it seems like the service gets worse and worse. The folks behind the counter do not acknowledge you when you come in. Each time I have to wait in line anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes and it’s not because there is a huge line it is because the staff is extremely slow. I’m leaving this review today because it is over 100° and I am sitting in the parking lot waiting on them to unhook our trailer. I’ve been waiting here about a half hour and the person that’s on the lot would not even acknowledge or greet me. I had to walk up to him and ask him if he could help me and then he said no you have to go to the front building first. Reluctantly, I went to the front building and it was the same old show. Two people in line that were already complaining about the wait. I asked how I can get the trailer off my truck and they said well you should’ve came around to the front building and we would’ve saw you. But that’s not where I pick the trailer up from so how would I know that? I was told that I can drop the trailer myself if I’m comfortable with that but I am not. So I told them that would once again be waiting on them in the back lot. Here I am going on an hour trying to get this thing off of my truck. It is unbelievable the lack of service that we get here at this location.

Waited 15 minutes for a propane fill and the manager never made it out (he was the only one authorized) so I ended up leaving. I’ve never had quick service here. Worth paying the extra money for an exchange.
Rob the general manager was fantastic! I pulled in to fill the propane on my Winnie and was scared to death to try to maneuver it around. Rob joked with me, was very professional, and really helped ease my mind. Great service, great energy and enthusiasm, and I highly recommend.
So, I’ve been here for about 28 minutes with NO SERVICE. They have lots of people here, but apparently, only one of them is able to operate the computers in the office...? I feel like this process should not be like pulling teeth, but unfortunately, it’s taking a very long time. Since they move so slow here, I am about to miss the appointment that I made that requires this truck rental. Needless to say, the only reason I’ll ever return to this location is to drop off this truck in a few hours. OUTDONE.
Do not use this U-Haul store. I’ve emailed the GM and U-Haul corporate about this. I’ve asked them to pull the audio recordings from my original phone calls with them. They forgot to include the items I paid for with my truck rental. They promised a refund which I never got.

I used a vehicle for no more than 10 miles and was charged for 145 miles.This same thing happened to me in San Antonio back in 2011. The only two times I used Uhaul I was overcharged.MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A PICTURE OF EVERYTHING OR THEYLL SCAM YOU!Im sure Uhauls business model isnt Scam Everyone™. It all comes down to mismanagement at the retail store level.
A few weeks ago my bf and I rented a truck from this place to move to our new apartment. It was fantastic! Walked in and it took maybe 3 minutes to sign paperwork and get the truck. I had to drive it out and was very nervous but the guys working there were super nice about me taking my time and stuff. Very professional, friendly, fast service. Will definitely come back if we need to rent another truck someday.
Idk if it’s the location or lack of workers but this is my least favorite uhaul location. Expect to wait a while in line, even if you make a reservation. Also expect an issue with their payment that causes delay. This is not a location that’s quick and easy to get equipment from. Pick another one.
Understaffed. Poor service. Don’t know what happened to this place. I waited 45 minutes for you guys to tell me you’re too busy to put propane in my tank. I know you’re busy. That’s why I waited 45 minutes. I gave you 45 minutes to deal with the customers ahead of me. You can’t give me 5 minutes to put propane in my tank.
Ive used this location for multiple moves and just recently needed storage for a month to help with my latest move. I keep coming back because the staff is always extremely helpful and polite. Ive never had an issue with a truck or storage. Definitely recommend them.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. I had a trailer reservation online, arrived and was helped within a couple of minutes, paperwork finished in a couple more minutes and I was hooked up and gone in less than 15 minutes from the time I arrived.
Very poor service. Was on HOLD for 40 minutes on the phone. A guy name Terry picked up and I asked a simple question and he put me back on HOLD for 15 mins more and never came back. In between someone else picked up my call and put me back on HOLD again. Finally after almost 50 mins hanged up the phone.The young boys who works at the facility actually are great and treats the customer more professionally than their regular staff.
1/11/2020 I went in this morning around 8am. Their were two young men and a young lady there (I didn’t get their name) these guys are F$&king AWSOME! I was in and out with a u-haul within minutes! Also, Will assisted me when I arrived and had me on my way immediately. I will be coming back to this location. Ps. If the boss finds out the names of these employees plz give them a raise!
Nickel and dime much? Want to use the dolly included in the truck? $7+. Want to use the furniture pads in the truck? Theres a fee for that too. $25 fee if the truck isnt swept. $34 for the first gallon of gas and $4 for each additional gallon after that for the store to fill up the tank. Included miles? No...have to pay for every single mile. And make sure they mark every single damaged part during the inspection, theres plenty to find. Oh, and their printers werent working, so they couldnt even print the rental contact. And who only has one employee on duty on a Friday evening???The only positive was the general manager (Shaun) and the fact that there was a truck to use...
Please don’t go to this location if you have any other options!! Rant U-Haul many times before, and reserved this one for convenience this time.Well....The Customer services seems not happy to work there or not doing business with you. Very tired and impatient to talk with customers. The equipment was not checked well and got a broken lock truck..very picky with their contract. Right....make sure you check the paper and take a picture of exactly the gas mileage and fuels before you sign it. I refilled gas as what I saw on the dashboard when I got the truck but turn out almost $30 bucks gas fee. I usually not really pay attention to the contract paper cause I alway refill the gas as what i got, never got any issues before. Even sometimes a little bit less, the customer service always says no big deal. I refilled this time even more than what I got but they says it behind the contract and charged without any tolerate. They don’t even explain the charge until you ask them. Don’t care about what you say, charge your money, leave you alone.Also, it’s hard to find parking place there, be aware!Worst experience ever had, never come back again. Check out google recent review of this place, all 1 stars! Recommend Plano location, much much better than this one. Here is not even worth 1 star.
Made areservation another location for this store, so I know it was done properly. Shawn Barrs the General Manager charged me $119 for a $29 per day vehicle I only needed for 5 hours and less than 20 miles round trip, because they were BOOKED. Rudely told me to go somewhere else if I didnt like it. I had asked for a two day rental but that still doesnt add up to 4 times their posted rate.

Had my hitch installed here and service was excellent. There was some confusion about scheduling but was sorted out well in advance so I could arrange rides. The install is perfect and Im excited to try it out. I paid and scheduled online originally and they gave me a refund to the current sale price when I picked up my truck. I couldnt be happier.

I called about a hitch installation. I talked to Nathan about my truck and he said they closed at 7PM and verified they had the hardware. I told him I would drop it off as soon as I got a ride. About 1:45PM. My wife was on her way to pick me up so we can head to them at 3:30. Just then Nathan called and said that he was leaving early so we wouldnt be able to get it done.Apparently he is the only one that can perform installs there. The whole transaction was weird. I understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen I just didnt like the way the communication as a whole happened. I gave it a Dislike because of bad scheduling practices. After reading some of their existing reviews it seems that this location has frequent issues with delivering what they promise. Good luck
I would not recommend this location. They have alarms that you must disarm so you wont get threatened. A woman working there told me that I would not be able to access my $130 unit if I did swipe a card in the front of the building. Its a huge inconvenience to have to park in the back and walk all the way to the front to swipe a card so they dont threaten you. The storage spaces are very small with low ceilings and a beam in the middle of it. They also have storage that you can only access with a ladder. Also, you can only access the storage when they are open. I have never had such a storage unit this bad. I will not be paying for another month.
Said they wouldnt install the hitch I bought online because it was a liability issue and they can only install u-haul hitches. Ive had non u-haul hitches installed by them before. And thats what insurance and liability insurance is for. What they really wanted was to sell me their over-priced hitch. $200 for a class 1 hitch? That should be the total for the hitch, harness, and install! Stay away if you dont want to be ripped off!
I reserved a truck online for 10 hours. I got the the store to pick it up and there was a line(not a problem). But then the guy checked me out he insisted I bring it back by the time they close at 8 which would have been 9 hour rental. Not what I reserved. So I brought it back at 9pm(the 10 hours I needed it) they were closed,so I just used the app to return it.I will never do that again. I was charged almost $200 for tired damage that I dont believe was there when I returned it. But I didnt take pictures so its basically their word against mine if I fight it. Lesson learned. Wont rent from this place again. And for the money I spent i could have just took multiple trips in my own truck to move. And on my receipt I saw the guy chamged it for 9 hours instead of the 10 I wanted. Sneaky.

Michael, the manager, is awesome! Michael assisted both times we came in, first to pick up the truck and then the next day to attach the auto transport. He was super friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommend coming here as long as hes there.
This customer service is bad because one of the employees treated my wife bad by calling her crazy because she did not understand english language it sounded very rasist to my wife so if you don’t understand english be careful coming here because you might be mistreated.
Was leary about coming here due to the google reviews, but I took a chance because it was literally a mile away from where I was picking up items that needed to be stored.I walked in waiting to be met with horrible customer service. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. Robert was soooooo wonderful. I rented a truck and reserved a storage space. He was kind and answered all of my questions.When we came back to drop off the truck and pack the storage space, I met two of his coworkers that were awesome too. They offered bottle water and made the checkout process easy.I told them I almost didnt come because their google reviews sucked. They said they nee, and that there was a story behind every review. Anyway, I had a stellar experience there and wouldnt hesitate to recommend someone to go here.Also, I did all my reservations for the truck and the storage unit online which made things super easy.Thanks guys!
This particular store needs a serious review from the corporate. Employees were unprofessional, sluggish and manager Diana was very disrespectful. They were difficult to understand and their explanations were vague. They do need to be re-trained, seriously. They didnt tell me anything about the hefty amount of deposit they were going to hold which caused me to interpret it as an overcharge when I checked my bank statement after returning the equipment overnight, a time when you cant get a receipt. They must explain the deposit thing to every customer each time an equipment is rented. After all what the hell they are getting paid for?? I first called them to inquire about this amount I was concerned about, the manager put me on a hold which was hilariously long. I hung up and had to drive all the way up to their store. Once I got in, the same manager put me on hold again and disappeared. After she was back, she completely disregarded a customers genuine frustration, she became argumentative and displayed a very rude, ill-mannered and unprofessional behavior.At the same store, they had charged my credit card twice last year. However, the manager at that time was professional and apologetic. Nonetheless, an overall unpleasant experience! If you rent an equipment from them, I will suggest returning it during day-time so yo can get a receipt and clear all the mess they may create, right at the spot.
I got there and the guy at front desk ignored me for 10 minutes. Than with out checking in the system he told me it wasnt a trailer available. And then i ask him if he can look at other stores and he told me that it will take too much time to do that
We made a reservation weeks in advance, called then the day before to confirm that they had our truck which they confirmed they did, but when we arrived from out of town we found that they had given our truck to someone else. While we were talking to the staff about this, I overheard another customer complaining about the same exact issue. They agreed to refund our money for the reservation, but it doesnt fix the fact that they screwed up our reservation to begin with.
Diana was awesome. She had the best customer service. If I ever have anything to move I will always go here.

No way I did that and went on and on about how I should have taken a picture! Seriously? The manager was terrible and had zero decent customer service in him. I’ve never been so ticked off with a company like I was today! This location is awful!
Good selection of quality equipment but be patient as the staff can move at a somewhat leisurely pace. They are kind and helpful.
Sorry bussines to rent a moving truckDO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION AT ALL, HERES WHY.......!To Begin with, the 17 foot U-Haul truck thatI rented had a bad battery, I noticed the issue when I parked at the apartment complex to start loading our furniture then within 2hr. and a half when I tried to start the truck It was just making a clicking sound and it wont start at all, so I called the store to get help for a mechanic to come and see what was wrong with the u-haul truck so they direct my call to Road assistance line, Well the Mechanic took more then 4hours to show up and all he did was replacing the battery, That was all!I truly dont understand why they have unreliable trucks to begin with, the sad part was that it was almost 7 pm very late and my wife and three kids had to move our furniture most of the night and next day we dropped the truck 5 minutes late and got Charged for another stupid day.They didnt take in consideration that my wife, kids and myself were awake the whole night to complete our moving After all, it was their stupid fault. Due to a bad battery the u-haul truck had.This is the last time we do business with this unreliable moving truck co.DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION AT ALL.............!

I usually like U-Haul but this is a poor example of the company. It is very understaffed, and the staff is very unprofessional. They do not care about customers at all. The trailer light was broken so it took even longer to leave. But worst of all, as I was trying to leave, an employee parked a truck in the middle of the parking lot, completely blocking me. I honked and he completely ignored me. I waited for 10 minutes and he didnt care at all. Use another location, they usually care about customers.
The staff were most helpful when I went to enquire about renting a trailer and the equipment required to hook the trailer to my SUV. Diana, in particular, was extremely helpful. She made every effort to find and install the appropriate 7 way blade to 4 pin adaptor for my SUV.
I was originally going to give this place two stars, but I gave them an extra star just because of one of their employees, Kameron (yes I believe it was spelled with a K) who was very friendly and helpful - and believe me I am usually generous with my ratings. Anyhow, the original two star rating is because of how slow their service is, and although their manager is not outright rude, he is definitely not friendly. Also one time I parked right outside the front to pick up some rental equipment which was literally going to take one minute - but the manager kept insisting on parking on the side even though no trucks were in line and the store was not busy at all.
Worst place to rent a truck or a van. Their wait time to pick up a reservation was 45 minutes! Plus, their rates are too expensive. I was only given 4 hours to return the cargo van I rented. The advertisement clearly states 19.95 per day. The customer service was also bad. I suggest going to another rental company. In the past, I have paid 85.00 for 2 days with another company. With Uhaul I paid 75.00 for 4 hours. Rip off! Also, calling the 800 customer service line was a waste of time. Save your money, save your time and go somewhere else.

So I had to get a uhaul recently and while my overall experience, i.e the equipment and quality of equipment, was amazing, this place is ran/own by a scammer. The lady at the desk which I can only liken to a lawn gnome as that is what she resembled, tried billing me for an extra day. When I called her out on this and told her she was incorrect based on my uhaul return reminder and contract she tried lieing and claiming that both were incorrect.Moral of the story, unless you want to be ripped off dont do business with this place.

Went and tried to rent a van and store supervisor shawn was quite rude. I toldhim i needed it overnight he told me i had to have it back before 6pm he had 6 vans outside and told me he had 4 in stock and all booked. I called the 1800 number and sure enough they had 3 available i asked them for another location which they were very helpful and professional. This has happened before The only reason why i go to that location is for the conviniece. But mr shaw is very rude and unprofessional
Ugh dont bother with this place. I thought they were good but we got rid of our storage in March and they are STILL trying to charge us for it. Ive called several times but the owner doesnt seem to care as long as he can find a way to bilk money out of people. We made the mistake of having uhual put out tow hitch on and they messed that up too. Grounded it incorrectly and the whole back end lights went out. I was without the car for 3 days, 1 at my dealership because its a brand new car and 2 days there because they said they were going to fix it. I came back end of secind day and they hadnt touched it! Then it only took 10 minutes while they unhooked everything and DID NOT FIX IT. if you absolutely have to get a truck, Id go somewhere else but Ive never really had a problem with the trucks. I would never ever do storage and NEVER get a hitch if you dont want your vehicle damaged.
Bad bad sad place to go !I order it and pay for a hitch installation online 7 day before the appointment date, when I got there they told me could not do it because the hitch has not been delivered by Fedex yet... waisting my time.The counter employee was rude and sadly upset with something, trowing my credit card on the counter after I request for refund.
Everybody here is so helpful. I would totally suggest this place to anyone. every time a problem arose, these people had a solution!
Called to get a few questions answered and Doug was a real piece of work -- rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Would definitely recommend against giving this location your business.

Great guys, but those prices are ridiculous, for the same fees they have in a 2 day box rental I couldve had a small moving company do it all for me, without all the stress. It just the fees I sincerely dont approve of, aside from that they are good guys in there with excellent service skills.

Not necessarily representative of the location but of U-Haul overall. U-Hauls quality of services has significantly gone down over the past few years. Having worked with them twice the past 2 years, my experiences are similar. The trucks that I had driven in both cases had an excess of 150,000 miles and likely 20 years old, the second truck not having power steering being a significant issue when trying to maneuver the truck in a tight apartment complex.Furthermore, you should estimate an approximate 20% over what they quote. My trip was an estimated $180 and ended up just below $220. When returning the vehicle, the rep receiving the truck tried to charge me for add-on features Ive I already paid for and were already included in the original contract. Very shady way of doing business and very disappointed, Ill be using any other company from here on out.

The trailer I reserved online was not available where it was promised. Plenty of problems with corporate procedures and follow through at this location was abysmal. Steer clear of this location if you can.
I have never experience service like this I drop my truck off on Saturday and received a call on Wednesday saying they couldn’t find the truck how do you lose a truck

Turned the trailer in 3 hrs late and was charged an entire day! The store manager said had I turned it in 2 hrs late he would have refunded my money, vut not 3 hrs.

I had an appointment at 8a today for an installation. I did not get a call to say my vehicle was ready until almost 5p. I get there and the a/c was off or not working on top of all of that the was a line in front of me and then behind me. Wait time was horrible!!!
