Horrible advice, girl knew what to do to change my hair back to its color and lied to my face.

Found what I needed and personnel were able to give me a good explanation on a product I inquired about and purchased.

Im licensed and asked the manager a question about going from a level 8 back to a level 2-3 and about filling she told me I didnt need to fill and buy bleach to get my hair all one color than go dark! She had no idea and inside I died if that what she recommended, they also acted like they where terribly busy when I was the only one in the store. Bad customer service, and no hair knowledge its scary.
