Today I was helped by the store manager, Stephanie. Very kind, helpful and overall cheerful person. She went above & beyond to help me to try to get something that is out of stock at the store. It’s the best customer service I’ve encountered at a Dollar Tree store. Thanks Stephanie!!

Im a huge fan of The Dollar Tree for cheap teaching supplies and quick kid presents. As far as Dollar Trees go, you will always find some interesting characters. The Richfield location is no exception. Ive definitely had to wait a LONG time multiple times. However, it is usually the customer, not the employee. For example, I waited 12 minutes last week because a womans debit card wasnt working. It was clear it was declined because of her and the store was too nice to just tell her. That was sweet but also, probably needed to consider the other patrons. Overall, the employees are nice and they do a good job of restocking.

Good Dollar Tree location here.VERY large compared to some of the other stores in the area.Selection is excellent!There was a few lights out when I visited, so some aisles were very dark.The employees were not enforcing the mask mandate during our pandemic, so I saw multiple people without masks roaming the aisles, which was disheartening.Overall, a good shopping experience.

Really exceptional prices for every day needs. Know what youre buying, read expiration dates, compare quality. In this economy this place is a necessary stop on a regular shopping route. Good for the budget!

I go there for the prices. You can buy many products that are useful and needed for one dollar which is awesome if youre on a budget, want to save money or want to pay less.I gave three stars because customer service and professionalism is low. I blame the company for not training and paying their employees as well as creating a work environment that is positive and productive. I wonder what kind of benefits the staff get.

I started coming to this location a few months ago and it has definitely turned around since then. It is cleaner and has more items stocked. The staff has been very friendly and helpful when looking for an item. Everytime I go in, I am impressed how much work the staff and manager have put in to turning this store around!

Stock is increasing now that the pandemic is easing up. Staff is always friendly. Some of their food items are the same or better than the grocery.

This hub dollar store is disappointing because the shelves are never stocked everything is always behind and the items are never on the floor like they should be. This one is always this way and they need to hire more employees to get this to change. Save a buck on not paying for another employee and lose $100 in loss sales instead . Thats what this store is doing! Bad business management so easy to see!

This is a very organized, large location. I find a lot of items here that I cant find at other dollar tree locations.

Good place for snacks, cards, well stocked. Have some bargain medicine. Limited selection of food. Go here often. Generic snacks more than acceptable. Have bought some everyday glassware, China, and tableware. Inexpensive and usable.

This is the best Dollar Tree in the Twin Cities! Huge selection, well stocked, and clean. When I went in today they only had one cashier, but nobody waited long because he was fast, efficient, and friendly. I understand right now that its a struggle for all retail locations to find good employees, so I have no complaints that they only had one awesome cashier instead of two bad ones! I have a Dollar Tree just a minute down the street from me, but I purposefully drive the extra ten minutes to this location.

I was ecstatic to hear that they had a bathroom available. I am used to living in Minneapolis where no stores have bathrooms available.Because they had a bathroom, i was able to return to browsing the store and continue shopping. I was worried i would have to run to walgreens.Ive always had good encounters with the staff at this location, compared to others.My only problem ive ever had was the checkout lines being a little long.

My experience has always been the nicest staff has helped me there. They do need staff to help stock the shelves though!

They always have doggie poop bags at the best prices, although also the thinnest bags ever. They have a ton of other good stuff, party supplies, greeting cards, household cleaners, picture frames, plastic baskets etc. sometimes the best place to get stuff.

Normally i love the dollar tree. However today i arrived around 8:20 to find out they had just closed the store early. The reason was they didnt have enough staff.... 40 min before closing.....I could see atleast 2 employees in my view and there was 1 customer exiting the store and myself and 2 other lady going in... i was very shocked that myself and 1 other lady were to many cudtomers for the 2 employeed to handle. I didnt attempt to speak to the lady closing the door however because the other woman coming to shop was already quite vocal about the situation herself.I did see a hiring sign in the window atleast. Maybe i should apply!

Went to the Dollar Store right before Easter to get a bunch of treats and whatnot to stuff into eggs for an Egg hunt. They had a lot of what we needed for the right price. The clientele is kinda trashy here, but I guess I fit right in, lol. If you are prim and proper you might feel out of your element, but you probably wouldnt be shopping at a Dollar Store anyways.They sell mylar balloons for $1 each (which is a pretty decent deal) if you are into wasting the precious little helium we have left. The employees are usually a bit on the weird side, but theyre my people so I dont feel too bad about saying that.I would stay away from the canned food they sell. Canned oysters and stuffed olives just seem like a bad case of the runs if you get them from a dollar store. They might be good, but I dont have the courage to try.

Great stuff on a budget or not,many as seen on TV items that costs much more at Walgreens, friendly staff at this location that is willing to help you find anything,hold something that they are out of at the moment and the Awesome brand as seen on TV cleaners work GREAT (IN CARPET CLEANER, cleaning stoves,floors,bathrooms etc) the foam glass cleaner is 100x better than winded with absolutely no streaks. Older women are a little slow at checkout but give them a break guys,they are someones grandma.

Good store but very rude and unfriendly staff. Wanted to pay my stuff in two diff transactions because half of it was for my business and the other was personal. The cashier gave us an attitude, looked at us like we were asking him for a favor. When he did start to ring up my items he aggressively threw them and did not even bag them.

I came here because the Bloomington location was closed. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes bc I knew exactly what I needed. The cashier was very chatty to the two customers before me but didnt even greet me. Another customer came in and as she is taking my $$ she said my god people. Dont you have anything better to do than come here (mind you, it was 9pm and they close at 10pm) I was going to write a one star but didnt due to the fact that I got what I came for. But the cashiers attitude was extremely offputting. I also never complain and will rave to managers about employees good customer service so it took alot for me to write this.

Ive always like shopping at the dollar tree,Cuz if Im looking for something I really need from a different store it usually alot more and then I go the dollar tree and I can usually find the thing I was looking for at the other store and its more expensive and go to the dollar tree and you can find the same thing and you get it for a dollar at the dollar tree I really like. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

I’m an x employee my partner worked for Dollar tree they were completely unprofessional they were drama they spread lies about me to other businesses like speedway which that employee from Not only Dollar Tree should not be working there as well as speedway that’s not fair I was the hardest worker as well as my partner and they aren’t going to find anyone like that shame on Dollar tree

Had what I needed.

This one has a super legit frozen food section, but dang are the cashiers slow. When they called for help over the intercom, the lady stocking stuff said no, I dont get paid enough to do two jobs... So poor Caroles up there ringing stuff all by her lonesome.
