What a great store to get your paint and materials. I had a 20 year old paint code and they were able to much it perfectly. You cant tell where I touch up around my fireplace mantel.

I was there yesterday around 11:30am and store was empty just two employees talking to each other. Employees did not acknowledge my presence, not even a simple “hello”, after ten minutes waiting for assistance and no nobody came I decided to leave. Never coming back.

Every time I have been in this store the staff has been so friendly! Its always clean, organized, and well-stocked. The staff is professional, helpful, and happy to answer any paint questions.

We had a mix-up with another Sherwin-Williams where they mixed a custom color that did not match well. After a round-about service with the other location we went here and they sorted the issue out. We ended up with a paint that perfectly matched the wall and saved us from having to repaint the entire room. The staff were excellent to work with and we will be returning to this location for all of our paint needs in the future.

I just want to let everyone know that I am a die heart customer of buying my paint from Sherman Williams. Anytime that I step into thje store always get a friendly face asking what can I do to help. always professional, courteous, respectiful and extremely helpful no matter what type of stain or paint and recommendation in color for bedroom or bathroom. I feel if I asked you for help, and you do not have the correct answer tell me you dont know. Do not have a customer pay for expensive paint. When I need deck stain. I feel your female customer service representative, so tell the truth. Not tell me that paint will seal my deck wood. If it was not for my husband who work as a carpenter was not in the car I would of send over $80 on paint not stain that I need for my deck.

This is the best place to buy paint. Forget the big box stores, and buy your paint from the paint experts. Staff at this location has always been extremely friendly and helpful!

Aside from being high quality paint with a great reputation, Sherwin-Williams employs kind people and provides helpful resources for painting your home. Our experience at this location was great. The employee who helped us was friendly. They provide water and different types of hot drinks served from a Keurig. Lots of supplies available, though prices are a little bit high. Overall a very good place and we will come back if we ever need to paint again.

I have been trying for years to find the perfect shade of gray for our basement. I should have gone to Sherwin-Williams first. When I explained to the team member (Alex?) that every gray I tried looks pink, he knew exactly which color I should try. It was the perfect gray!

Its not a big box store, the sell paint and paint supplies and have the best quality paint, with the best people to help you.

The store employee who helped me was ver knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He gave me great advice about paint colors and I ended up choosing the color he helped me pick out. I love it on the walls in my bathroom.

We had a great experience at the Richfield Sherman Williams. Stephanie helped us match two different stains for our wood doors. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use this location in the future.

Ive been to this Sherwin-Williams store about 8 times over the pasta few years painting various parts of my house. Great selection, wonderful service. The men that helped us tonight, Jerry & Tyler, were especially helpful. We had a number of questions and needed several different paints in different amounts and finishes and they helped us (novice painters) through the entire process.My neighbor commented this weekend that the previous owner of my house had to repaint huge patches to the exterior of the house each summer and that our paint must have been much higher quality than what the last owners used. This is the first repainting Ive done on the exterior since we painted 4 years ago.And, finally they didnt make us feel like absolute idiots when one of the paint cans slipped out of my hand and fell all over the parking lot. After they came with rags they also invited us back in to get hand wipes to make sure we didnt get any of the paint on our clothes or car. Very thoughtful!

I am a Homeowner and had to share the most impressive experience I had. In search of a special paint, I called the Richfield, MN store on 64th and Penn Avenue. Todd answered the phone. Because of the nature of the product I needed (intumescent paint to cover spray foam insulation), Todd went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me. He offered to research and call me back. He did this, came back with several options, alternatives, things to think about. He even looked into the local code regulations for the county to ensure I would order the correct product. He was patient, friendly, and made my paint need feel like his own. I truly felt like a valued customer. He was fantastic to work with!

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and the top-of-the-line paint that I bought was unbelievable. The coverage was the best Ive every seen and it was a sage green going on over white--and I didnt need a second coat.
