You are easy to work with. I didnt even have to go into the office; I was able to order my sign via telephone and email. The install was quick, but the gentleman that did it was so meticulous and he want to make sure it was perfectly aligned before he left. I was please and will definitely use this company again.

It was quick, reasonably priced and turned out beautifully--even better than expected. It was a sign for a graduation party on a Sunday. I figured I would pick it up on Saturday. Friday at about 4:15pm, I finally thought to look on the website to make sure the store was open on Sat. It was not. And it closed Friday at 5pm. In a total panic, I jumped in the car and sped toward the store. However, it was Friday and rush hour. I called the store on my cell and anxiously explained my plight. The nicest, kindest person that answered the phone ( I wish I could remember her name) said, please dont worry, we will stay here until you get here, be safe. Wow, what great people they have!

I requested a quote for items that this location previously had to offer. I assume that since I am a former employee who was fired for no good reason they did not want to deal with me. Debra sent me an email telling me to try another vendor. In my experience working there, we rarely told customers to find another vendor. Shameful dismissal of a customer. Debra at your Richland Hills location really saved my bacon on a 4-panel sign for one of my biggest clients needed for the biggest and most important trade show of the year. Originally, I had this 4-panel job done at another sign company (Company X) who had had the artwork for more than a month. When I picked up the finished product from Company X, 5 working days before the trade show started, I saw their work was substandard and absolutely not acceptable. In a panic, I called my printing broker for a recommendation and he referred me to Debra whom I called late on a Thursday afternoon to see if she could (a) do the job? and (b) get it done by the following Wednesday in time for the trade show. An aside: when I left the job originally with Company X (a firm Ive been doing business with for 20 years), I was worried about it the whole time they had the job in their possession. I knew they were subcontracting the work which was a concern and they were unresponsive to questions and slow to take action on some followup details. I was never comfortable that they could do the work. Fast forward to my initial call to Debra. As soon as I hung up from our phone conversation, I had absolute confidence that not only could Debra meet the deadline, but that the work would be high quality. My confidence was well founded. Debra had the 4-panels done a day early and the print reproduction was outstanding (day and night from what I got from Company X). Plus, the young many who loaded the signs into my vehicle (I wish I had gotten his name) was well versed in production and told me what he thought the problem was with the software from Company X. This information (ICC profiles and color management) was extremely helpful because I still had to go back to Company X and try and get a refund for their work that was not usable and now I was armed with the software analysis and was able to sound knowledgeable which helped in negotiating the refund. I can not say enough nice things about Debra and Fast Signs of Richland Hills. She knows her stuff. I have been in business in Fort Worth for 36 years running a graphic arts business built upon referrals. Believe me, I recognize stellar customer service when I receive it and I set the bar very high when it comes to quality from vendors. Fast Signs of Richland Hills get top scores in both categories. I am now a loyal customer and will highly recommend Fast Signs of Richland Hills to anyone who needs their services. By the way, my client loved, loved, loved the new booth set up this year.
