The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and gives excellent advice. These reviews from people that are upset because their ice cream melted while they waited should take a breath and step back. Every business is short handed and this business offers COVID testing, so Im glad theyre close to my home, they DO offer testing, theyre friendly, and reasonably priced.

Prescriptions filled out wrong and they never answer the phone. Take forever to get anything done here, including canceling my prescriptions. Shameful that a place thats supposed to fill life saving medications cant do anything reliably.

I sat here for 20 minutes in the drive through to get one prescription because there were people getting a covid test in the other lane. If y’all can’t handle this amount of duties then you shouldn’t offer the test. I had groceries in my car and the ice cream for Memorial Day is almost completely melted.

Had to wait in line to drop off my prescription for 30 minutes because of all of the covid testing they do. Its CVS Pharmacy, that should be their number one priority. Otherwise they should change their name to CVS covid testing center. Seriously! If you cant handle the testing and the Pharmacy then dont take on the load just to pad your pockets.

The coupon machine never prints coupons. It works with the limit being printing blank paper with cvs logo at top. Management had played dumb/ignorant about this issue for most of this year now. Our family & extended family are boycotting this location.

Ive been getting the same prescription every month for over a year and they never have it on time. They always have to partial it out. This last time they had to partial twice because of the ice storm. Okay not their fault, but they didnt record my first partiaI which is not allowing me to pickup this months on time and therefore having to go 3 days without meds. Totally incompetent. I will be going to Walgreens.

The first few months when I came to pick up my prescription there were no issues. However, this last experience has been frustrating. I first tried the cvs app to electronically notify them that I wanted my prescription filled but it kept saying it couldn’t find me. So instead I called the pharmacy on a Thursday around noon & was told it would be ready to pick up within 1 hour. I showed up Thursday after 4pm & they couldn’t find me. Someone else came to help & I then was told it wasn’t time for me to get a refill yet so I had to wait in order for insurance to cover. I told them I only have 1 week supply left so when exactly should I come back? They looked through my info again & then said oh never mind you can get your refill but the pharmacist is busy giving flu shots so if I could come back later that night. I was busy after that so I returned Saturday around 4:45pm. This time I was told there wasn’t any prescription there for me. I was asked what I was there for & after answering was told they could refill that but it’s not ready so I should drive around and come back in 10 minutes. I couldn’t get answer as to why it wasn’t already ready after asking more than once prior for it to be filled. My prescription is really simple as they are pre-packaged birth control patches but I can only imagine how much of an inconvenience they would be for someone who had life dependent medication.

When dealing with the pharmacy, ask for Karen Wright. She has always been the most helpful and knowledgeable associate I have had the pleasure of dealing with. She even managed to get one of my rX covered for which Ive been paying full price for months.

Beware...manager does honor corporate coupon policy. I was buying 3 full priced items with coupons. Oh you can only use 1 coupon. Why, the coupon doesnt restrict # of identical items. Oh store managers can make up the own rules. Whats the point of have a corporate policy if every CVS is going to do its own thing. Makes it hard to shop for the consumer unless you shop at the exact same store every day. And I was just at this store about a month ago.

Half the techs do not know what they are doing. I did this for 5 years and even though its been 4 years for me, I constantly have the urge to jump behind that counter and fill meds myself, quickly, accurately, and on correct insurance, without rude, kurt responses to simple questions. The gentleman pharmacist and one of the techs are usually on point though and help resolve problems. But again, if they trained everyone properly they wouldnt have these issues EVERY SINGLE TIME to resolve.

The staff asks do you have insurance. I say no ok just be about 15 minutes. Ok I wait 20 minutes. The clerk rings me up and I tell her I want to price match with good Rx. She said then you will have to wait again. So I am led to the next line where I am greeted with you said you didnt have insurance. I said I dont. So she has to cancel the whole transaction and start back from scratch. So I have to wait again. For the same damn prescription. Then as I am walking away. There was no thank you or anything. Make sure you have a whole day to waste.

Pharmacy put me on hold for 45 minutes. Had to recall and they admitted they forgot about me. Had to repeat my question to 3 different pharmacists and none of them had an idea of what I was asking, which was simply if CVS had a 3rd party billing system.

Drive thru pharmacy is super slow. Been waiting for 15 minutes for them to help the car in front of me and no one has even come to the window. I would leave but there is a car behind me. Very professional!!

Call in being told prescription was ready for pickup. Arrive 30m later to be told it will be ready in 15-20m...Finally got my prescription, and it was twice as expensive as other pharmacies in the area.

Wish they sold single stamps. The outside needs a remodel, they have birds living in the sign out front, I saw a lady get hit with fieces on her face.( Couldnt help but laugh)😂

It took 2 days for them to fill my sons prescription. Today after lunch they said it would be ready within the hour, I go up there 3 hours later to get told it still wasnt done and to give them 15 minutes. After I got the prescription, I asked to speak to the pharmacist. When she walked up, before giving me a chance to speak, started reading me off the directions and insurance information. My question was very unrelated to the directions or insurance and was about an alternative method to give it to my son. She acted very rushed and like my question was not important. I will be switching pharmacies because this one was very unprofessional.

The cvs farmacy employees are worthless including the bold doctor from india or God knows where. They got a bunch of old woman with their bs gossiping. Specially some old ugly looking woman with short dark red hair. Ill never visit that cvs ever again UNTIL they change those lazy rude employees from the pharmacy. Its a shame that they hired so many lazy people. I know there some hard working people out there struggling to get at job.
