Called asking for a screw wanted a part number would not get me a part number so he could do a store by store search. He would rather me call 20 different stores. This place has the highest price on town and worst customer service.

Took 2 weeks to get our a box of staples in. Inner box was broken with its contents all over the overpack

Excellent customer service & if they do not have stock they can always find it or order it. Will definitely shop here when I need repair items around the house.

I went there because Home Depot didnt have what I needed. I knew they would be a little more expensive than Home Depot because Ive bought things there before. The cost for my items was going to be $186.00. The credit card machine wasnt working that day so I couldnt make the purchase. After I left I remembered that Arrow Bolt was in the area. I went there and they had what I needed. I bought the exact same things that I was going to get at fastenal and it cost $110.00 less. That kind of difference is shameful. I will not return to fastenal again. There is no excuse for overcharging that much.

I looked all over for a 1/2-20 Left Handed nut and nobody keeps them in stock. These guys had them and were very helpful!

Very well overpriced will not recommend
