Installers, Stan, Chris and Joey, were quick, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. Weather was great for installation, May 2021. Brian measured the windows and all fit.

I recently had vinyl siding installed on my home by Renew Exterior. Shane, the sales representative was very informative and carefully explained to me about the different types of siding that they had for installation. They have a large selection of colors for both the siding and trim colors. The gentleman who installed had to be one of the most thorough men I had ever worked with.

Had all 24 windows in our home replaced. After getting 7 bids we selected Renew Home Exteriors. The process has been outstanding. David kept us updated through out the process and the install was flawless. They even replaced exterior siding that wasnt close to the windows.Im glad I chose Renew Home Exteriors and would HIGHLY recommend!

Renew was great to work with from beginning to end. Very responsive and dedicated to producing a high quality experience. Brent was great great in the sales process and David was great on the project management and finish. Franciscos team did the hardie and installed a new front door for us. We also had all of the windows in the house done by renew.I would highly recommend this team for any home exterior project that you need done.

They had to come back out four times to fix mistakes and still not perfect looks good but I think they could have done a better job

Originally chose Renew for new siding because of positive reviews, knowing management team came from Sears, and best value. Beginning was a little rocky. Took over a month from giving the “go” before project actually started because they were behind schedule. Communication during this time was pretty one sided. I had to ping project manager on status otherwise I would be left thinking what was taking so long. When project began, I was assigned two crews consisting of just one guy each. Didn’t have a problem with this because they were apparently the guys sent out to the “picky” customers. That was definitely me so didn’t hurt my feelings. They had never worked together so it took a little time for them to figure out who was going to do what. I also took this opportunity to go over some expectations and emphasized the need to increase soffit cutouts because attic was desperate for more air circulation. About a week into the job I noticed one of the guys was starting to put soffits on second floor but no additional cutouts were being done. Asked him about it and he said he had forgot. One third was already capped off but he said he would go back and put some in but there wasn’t a way to verify it. My suspicion no additional cuts were made, or at least was minimally done, were heightened because there was virtually no evidence on roof of wood or insulation debris. I also found many incorrect cuts that required rework which ended up being done by the other guy because the guy who made the mistakes drove off the last day without fixing them. Overall the finished product looked good especially on the front of the house where the more skilled guy was working. The frustrating part was the experience because I felt like I had to be supervisor to make sure things were being done properly. Also, the two guys had different techniques which didn’t provide a uniform look (joints, wraps). Seems like a siding company would train its crews on best practices for quality control purposes. When you’re paying that much money it should be a hands-off experience because you know things are going to be done right. My rating is based more on the customer experience because overall the project came out looking pretty good. All the other reviews seem really positive so it could either be our expectations are different or this was just a fluke so keep that in mind.
