Another box store where youre on your own if you need help. Every once in awhile you get lucky and find someone to help but that is the exception not the norm. Product selection is good.

I did a major remodel a year ago on a rental house. Travis, who usually works in plumbing needs a raise. He was an incredible help last year on many plumbing nightmares. He’s consistently courteous and always helpful. He’s happy to walk across the store to help you locate something as he did today. As soon as I got his attention today, I remembered how helpful he had been on many, many prior occasions. People love to gripe and complain but often don’t take the time write when things go well! Home Depot, I hope you realize the employee you have here and treat him right!

Hit some beautiful flowers and got a great sale for dirt too

Worst experience I’ve ever had at Home Depot. I walked into the store with my boyfriend and I have a Coach purse that sets off every single alarm at any store because of the expensive metal on the purse and the two girls standing near the door up downed me and didn’t say a word. I went out to my car to grab the heating element for my boyfriend so he could figure out which one to buy and once again my purse set off the alarm as I walked out and then walked back in. The same two girls looked at me extremely rudely once again and then started talking to each other and said something to another worker. My boyfriend and I then went to the self check out and multiple workers were looking at me like as if I were a thief or something. The two same girls were waiting directly next to the exit door and started whispering about me and staring me down as we were checking out and they kept staring at my purse. They didn’t say a word to even then but I felt so extremely disrespected and will never be going here ever again.

Amazing young lady in the paint dept helped out in a particular situation she was just pleasant and ready and willing top take care of us I cannot thank her enough five stars for her amazing service and I dont care what political world they are in

Bought a BBQ and had several helpful staff interactions. When I told them I had a smaller car, they found one in a box for me.

The guy in the electric department was totally cool. I had 100 questions and he had answers for all of them. Dont get that level of customer service in many places.

Buyer Beware!!! Bought windows, found a flaw in 2 of them after installation. After returning the first one, the manager said it was a problem with the manufacturer and they had switched to a new company. Noticed the second one a day later with the same flaw and a different manager said in couldnt be replaced because it had been installed. Told him what the other manager said, and it wasnt an obvious problem until installed. He said she shouldnt have replaced the first one, and it was our problem.

Won’t be shopping here much any more. Can’t get customer service, even after going to a register and requesting a call for someone to help me after I searched and couldn’t find help in the outdoor section. Needed help with a large order of concrete edging. No one came to help, even after the call for help. Taking my business elsewhere, as this isn’t my first experience like this here.

Wanted window coverings, they had good assortment, bought $260 worth.

Always great prices and availability of the items I need. Store was clean, organized and well stocked. Unfortunately there are times I am in need of help and that is nearly impossible to find here. If I know before hand I will need some help I always choose Ace Hardware instead. Home Depot doesnt have employees available to assist and rarely knowledgeable about products they carry.

Dont get your windows replaced by this Home depot. Their installers were horribly unprofessional left my yard a mess and my sliding door they installed has no sealing. I can hear the wind whistling through the door. After paying 15k for windows in the whole house youd expect home depot would have chosen better contractors. Also it took them 4 trips to install my windows after being told they could do it in 2 days or less. Started the bid with them in September and didnt get my windows installed until February. They also ordered the wrong size for 2 windows and forgot to order a glazed window for a bathroom. HORRIBLE service.Also ordered a dryer and washer from this same home depot it came horribly dented and when my husband tried to reject the delivery the delivery guys drove off on him.

Purchased a fridge under the condition the water line would be installed upon delivery and paid a fee for the old refrigerator to be removed. Not only did they not install the water line, they didnt take the fridge either. Now I have to wait another week for them to come take this fridge out of my place so I can go to best buy where they do install your waterline.

Has a great selection of home improvement items. Very large and organized. Definitely a fun experience for any home owner. Full points for selection.

Good products, but customer service I found lacking. Would not cut a piece of plywood to a particular size with the panel saw because it violated the stores SOP for the saw. The ASM Debbie could not identify any OSHA regulation violations. Went to the loadout area, with my partially cut purchase, a customer made my cut that ASM Debbie should have allowed be done more safely on the panel saw. I am also handicapped individual.

Average selection in-store. Staff are generally helpful, not experts, but most try their best. While doing latest home remodel, they only botched one special order, so I am definitely happy so far. Location is very convenient.

You can find better service in your local, privately owned hardware store, but if its one stop shopping for everything youll need, then Home Depots a good choice.If you need assistance, you will have to flag down one of their workers, but when you get assistance, theyre pretty good!

Clean, well-stocked with just about everything. Lovely garden center. Friendly staff, convenient parking. Very large, requires much walking to get from one side to the other.

Won’t be buying a new riding lawn mower here. Simply for the fact that when my Fiancé and I were looking at the mowers out front we rudely got questioned to see the receipt for the items purchased. (Which everything we bought needed to be un-secured by an employee). Almost like the lady assumed we were thieves. Then when we showed her the receipt she tried to back track and treat us nicely. I don’t mind making sure people aren’t stealing things but the way this happened, did not leave a good taste in my mouth. Actually am going to go out of my way not to go here again.

I have had good experiences with the staff, but my manager interactions have been sub-par. Manager Jake Schoebel showed no interest in my plight and even accused me of lying, without having all of the facts. Manager Curtis was more reasonable and actually listened to my concerns.Never buy an appliance from this store. Despite spending over $1000 on a product, if you ever have an issue, they have zero interest in rectifying it.

We have become accustomed to serve yourself Lumber/Hardware stores. HD has most of what I need, except a person to help navigate plumbing or electrical components or pitfalls. This is not a first class lumber yard and the quality is questionable but affordable. So I patronize the establishment unless I need an expert then I go elsewhere.

Nobody knows where anything is, you practically have to chase someone down just to be told I dont know, nobody moves with a sense of urgency, and almost every single associate is snappy when asked a question. They make it known with size and eye rolls and slumping of the shoulders that you are an absolute inconvenience in their day

The selection at the store is spotty. Online offerings are much more expansive than in store stock. Selection of appliances was very disappointing.

Went for a specific item. Website said they had 5 in stock. Scoured the store. Looked up exact aisle and section listed... still no luck. Couldnt find help so we had to call the store we were standing in to get help. 3 different employees, 2 hours in the store, they also said they had 5 in stock and no one could find it. 2 hours of our lives we wont get back. But they tried.

First. Let me tell you. Jake. The “ on duty store manager” should be the first to be put off duty. This guy has no understanding of customer service and will put all the blame of there employees mistakes on There third party company because home depot doesn’t sell there own product. They sell everyone else’s. Second. So now you understand who earned this one star review. Let me tell you why.My wife and I ordered a $2500 appliance set and made it a point to make sure that the appliances were not back ordered. Home Depot employee Oscar explained that all appliances are ready And available for me to purchase and will be delivered on Saturday 5/23. This was on Sunday.Fast forward to Thursday they decide to call us two days before our delivery date to inform us that half of our order is on back order and will not be available until June 9. So I called in looking for an explanation, obviously I was a little frustrated but I kept my cool and before I could continue I was cut off and informed that that due to my tone of voice if I come into the store I will be asked to leave and charged with trespassing.The manager cut me off mind you. I did have a very adamant tone as I made it clear what my expectations are from the start.He then began to explain to me how “sh***”and “fed up” his system is for appliances and he apologizes that there’s nothing he can do about that.At this point I allowed him to give me my options. Which involve me picking up my appliances instead of him delivering them. He could figure out why I wasn’t ok with that.We just spent over 2k with this place. Just to be over promised. And under delivered. Imagine that. I recommend other department stores. Other than a Home Depot ran by a manager that will cuss at you as well as threaten you with the law.
