We rejected the car multiple times before we just needed the car back, and now were struggling through waiting for corporate to approve our warranty repairs.the guy actually tried to tell me paint falling off in chunks is normal for a not even a year after the repair. Would not recommendEdit: they finished the repair of their repair. Car has more completely unrelated damage and the paint on the spoiler is just missing in spots, keep in mind there is no damage near the spoiler, also a whole bunch of new scratches. On top of it all, the damage was only a tiny bit better than before, and still unacceptable

The folks at Gerber were absolutely amazing! Not only did they restore my car after heafty Damage from my car wreck they made it look brand new like when I drove it off the lot!They are amazing with there customer service and incredible speed! Good folks here. Rhonda and Amy do everything they can to make sure that youre happy. During Covid it has been hard on body shops to get things done. These people get it done with a smile. I recommend that everybody check this place out if you need auto body repair.

They first told me I must take my car back home after the estimate, then a few days later I got a call from my insurance company asking how much they are charging a day for storage.Also during the estimate I asked if they could put it on a lift to look at everything, and they told me that the lift was being used. But as we walked out you could see it was not occupied.All in all my visit felt very unprofessional, and would not say my friends should go through them.

Went to pick up my car, it was done...but..it wasnt...and parts were missing..and my old parts disappeared..and I was told to bring a gas can, cause it was empty. When I inquired, I was told it came in on fumes..(under 1/4)..which brought up..how did you roadtest the car?..steering work? Finally they had to jumpstart it...open glovebox, and left acc on by not putting it in reverse. Is that why we have to jump it everytime we start it...over 4 months wait..just to take it to another shop..bsUpdate: Contacted by corporate and lets just say, there is movement.Thanks for the team at Kennewick location for jumping on this.

Terrible! Took my truck in to have the windshield replaced. They had it for 2 weeks and found other issues for the insurance company to pay for and never even replaced my windshield. Very unprofessional and the customer service is horrible

Paint job was good. They worked on my front bumper but somehow managed to scratch the top of the trunk. Both my headlights were brand new and they scratched the right light up and the left one was completely replaced by an old one. The text message system was bad. Not a single update from when I left it till pick up. Wouldnt recommend sorry not sorry. I couldve got a better job elsewhere had my not insurance decided where to take it.

The shop staff were polite, agreeable and abundantly thanked me for my business. They made sure to work with my work and travel schedule for drop off of the vehicle. The workmanship (so far on the paint) was better than expected. They even went so far as to cover my last rental day when they ran into a delay due to an internal issue with their paint booth. And for the issue they were more than apologetic. They also washed and detailed the inside of the car thoroughly as a courtesy to go with the repair which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise.The only hold up for a 5th star, the wait on the service appointment. The vehicle was hit in the end of July and I called to schedule the day after. It wasnt until October that they could get me in. The workmanship once again seems to have been worth the wait. But know that you might have quite a wait.This is the second vehicle Ive had them repair and the quality of the work has been excellent. And Im also appreciative of their lifetime guarantee on their workmanship. I would certainly take my vehicle there again.

I got an appointment with them over a month after my accident since that was the first appointment available. they said it would take a week to fix yet it took closer to three weeks. Then I get the car back and they fix the original problem but gave my car back with a new problem that they caused and refuse to acknowledge it. I dont think Ill ever use them again. Now I have to pay to fix a new issue because they say its unrelated to my accident.

Easily the best customer service Ive ever had. Did fantastic work on my car, replacing the bumper and blending colors. Shop was very transparent on what the work would entail, how long it would take, and what the process with insurance would look like. Would highly recommend this place!

They took care of the damage on my car well enough, but I had a difficult time understanding the process by which things happen. Im sure that their process is built up around better results, because the quality of their work was excellent. Im sure that they are good people too, because they were friendly at every turn. I just think that the process is difficult to understand. It would have been better if they had laid the process out on paper I think.

Servis is ok. Time is an issue. Mabe if they where a little faster it would be better.

We have been doing business with Mike Young at Atomic Auto Body & Detail for many years. Never in all of this time have we ever been disappointed. My most recent experience proves once again that Mike and his Team really understand their customers needs and expectations.I especially like the way the business has grown to incorporate all of the good things that new technology has to offer such as: emails with photos of your vehicle as it progresses thru the repair process.

Atomic did a great job repairing my Silver Chevy Silverado. I was very concerned that the paint might not match good, but they did excellent work, and they did it quickly too. I had to wait a bit to get in, but it was worth the wait. Thanks Atomic!

If were being perfectionists here, the cool web page showing me the progress of the lengthy repair would have been updated more often. However, my only real issue is that I had to wait a long time to get the car in for service. The service itself exceeded my expectations. It took one work day longer than initially estimated, but they were careful to articulate the original date was a target only. The staff, the waiting room, the communications, were all good.

Atomic Auto Body is the best at Auto Painting, customer service and following through with time and promises. They made my miserable hit and run experience pleasant and I was able to relax knowing I was in good hands. If only every vendor was as professional, responsible and with high integrity as them, we would have a much better world!

We came here to have some body work done. We got a quote from Riverside Collision and Atomic but chose Atomic because it was faster and didnt have what looked like unnecessary labor. Unfortunately for us, Riverside was right. What was quoted to take two days took two weeks because the Atomic repair planner didnt know what he was doing so a supplement had to be submitted to our insurance. The manager at Atomic apologized profusely and effectively told us the planner screwed up, but didnt offer anything besides some kind words. The repair looks great and the desk crew were very nice, but a bad repair planner really screwed our experience up and cost us 7+ additional days of a rental car. Also, not sure who is in charge of the website that lets you track your car, but that was never updated. It still has our repair as listed in the Estimate phase. Well stick with Riverside from now on.

Advised to get estimate from a Safeco approved collision shop and then bring that estimate to Atomic (before they would give me an estimate) Wow. Whats THAT all about? Not sure I want to do business here because even though I may not understand WHY (she didnt clearly explain), this seems kind of shady. Cant they stand behind their own quotes? Sadly, I have TWO vehicles in need of repair right now....off to Matthews in Kennewick. I gave a two star rating because even though the lady was snobbish, I think she smiled once.

Took two weeks but my car looks like new. Not their fault for the delays but my insurance company was at fault. Allstate gave the wrong estimate for the wrong section to be repaired.

Ive had them do a detailing of my 08 Mustang Gt convertible... they did a Great job even got the dirty build up on the knobs and turn signal and have anything I missed when I take all my stuff out be for drop it off was in a box on the floor... lol I forgot I had a few dollars in change missing... but there it was in the box too.. nice and the cost was not bad at all.. Ive payed more and got less from other detail shops in the tri-cities... Im looking forwards to have them do more for me... Triple A member 2012

The workmanship seems to be top notch, the only thing that indicates to me the door was replaced are some surface scratches in the clear coat but I am pretty sure they will disappear when I can give it a good wash and wax after 90 days.The things that make me say only 4 stars though are the status update photos they sent were terribly blurry. I could tell it was my car and stuff was missing on it, but thats about it.Lastly, when I went to pickup my car I was told they had gotten Ransomware and lost my account information. The guy didnt know what had been done to my car and everyone who worked on it had already left for the day. Makes me question their computing practices and whether my information is safe with them.

Horrible! Had my vehicle for over 4 months. Still not fixed correctly. Ive had to take it back in 4 different times and its still not right.

DONT USE ATOMIC AUTO BODY IN RICHLAND. Jeremy will run you around the bush, sitting on his hands taking as much time as possible. Collects as much as he can from the insurance and then takes every penny he can steal off of you or he wont release you car. If you dispute it they will keep your car and continue to charge you storage fees. I tried to bring up the miscommunication to the manager and he said that they had already made a decision on the matter!!!!!WITHOUT EVER HEARING MY SIDE!!! He just kept calling it a miscommunication. Why does the miscommunication of your business cost the customer?
