Great place! Got a rock chip on our way into town and Googled the closest place for repair and this place came up. The owner was super! He got right on our repair and even put a patch on an old repair that had come off over the years!! Quick, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly!! Highly recommend!!

We had our appointment for over 2 weeks, and the guy we talked to in the phone said to drop off our vehicle the night before. He promised us we would be done first thing the following morning, as we had plans to go on vacation, and desperately needed the front windshield fixed. The guy on the phone knew this when I made the appointment, and when we dropped off our vehicle on Bynum appointment evening, a different guy said he would have it done by 9:30 the following day. He later called me that night after we dropped off the vehicle and said they didn’t have the glass!! So we were waiting for this appointment to leave on vacation and we can’t find another place to help us. TERRIBLE planning and unprofessional!

Had windshields replaced on two vehicles and windows tinted on one of them here. Everything was top-notch! I am in a Jeep, so I was looking into glasses that would last and Oscar went above and beyond researching all of the options for me (if you have a 2018, they can get you setup with Gorilla glass here).Their tint installer is awesome as well, it is probably the cleanest tint application that I have ever gotten on one of my vehicles. I will be bringing my second vehicle back for an all-around tint afterEveryone here clearly takes pride in their work. As a bonus, they were all super cool and friendly as well! The place is also locally owned and operated, so you are getting a level of customer service that is not matched by big franchises. Right after getting a rock chip I did a Google Map search and this was the first place to pop up. Owner was extremely helpful and took us right in.

Called in at 2 and was able to get my truck in at 2:30 to tint the windows. Great people very nice and professional. Work great with busy schedules even during the times we are having now. They have the best prices in the tri cities. The windows look just as good if not better than the other places I’ve had windows tinted. Will be bringing my wife’s car back for her tint job. Highly recommend going to these guys.

This is the 5th time I have used Pro Auto Glass to fix chips in my vehicles. Each time they were fast (less then 30minutes) and courteous. Plus they clean the windshied before they return the car.

Excellent service. I talked to the owner on the phone, gave me a quote in 5 minutes and replaced my sunroof glass in less than an hour. Friendly, courteous, great workmanship. I would definitely recommend it. Its worth notice that he is the only one out of 6 Auto Glass shops I called that replaced sunroof glasses. That makes it one of a kind. If I ever need glass work, Ill definitely be coming back here.

I needed a last minute rock chip repair before heading out of town. Pro Auto Glass got me in immediately. The repair was VERY fast, and the repair itself was quite quick - much faster than other places I have had rock chips repaired. The owner did the work himself, and the repaired chip is now almost invisible. On top of that, the cost was only about half of what was quoted by Safelite. I will definitely return if I need other windshield repair work.

I went in last minute to have a rock chip repaired. Thank GOD I went here because he saved me from a lot of hassle and a lot of money. He was incredibly honest and up front; apparently my rock chip was previously repaired (I just bought the car a couple weeks ago and hadn’t noticed the chip), so he pulled my car in, recapped it and sent me on my way. Couldn’t have asked for a more kind, honest person especially when it comes to something I truly know nothing about. WORTH EVERY SECOND OF MY TIME and the cost it would have been had it been a fresh chip. I am a customer for life. Thank you Sir!

I just a bought another truck, wouldnt you know it but a day or two after I rolled it home I picked up a rock chip that turned into a big crack. I was sort of particular about having an OEM windshield, not even a big deal but Im a car guy so these little details were important. Went in last Friday to get two rock chips in my windshield filled. Oscar helped me out. Super quick service and really nice employees. It was $40 per rock chip for me.

I got a new windshield from Oscar and he has gone above and beyond to make sure it was a quality installation. Because of the angle of my windshield and the amount of miles I drive, not to mention a lot of sand on the roads this winter, Ive gotten a couple of chips. Both times, Oscar made sure he was available, even on a weekend for me to bring in my car and get the chips repaired free of charge since I bought the windshield from him. They even vacuumed out my car and the chip repair was very quick. I definitely recommend Pro Auto Glass.

Name says it all... called in the am and he repaired a rock chip the same day. The chip was almost too large to seal, so he sealed it at no cost! That’s how you get loyal customers and I will go no where else to have any windshield replacements or repairs.

After they installed the windshield one of the a pillar covers flew off taking part of the rain gutter with it. Oscar said he would order a new one and send it to me. I have called multiple times in the past month and they no longer answer my number. Overall Im on the hook for $180 in parts due to their incompetence. Unreliable, do not trust.

Oscar was AMAZING. I was panicked about a windshield chip I got this afternoon on the Freeway on a windshield I just had replaced 3 weeks ago. I did not want to chance it and wait to get it fixed. Oscar got me in immediately. Fixed the problem perfectly with very little scarring left, explained the process all along and I was on my way. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Ya I got a question for you guys I was in there 2 weeks ago and you guys looked at my sunroof on my 2004 Mercury Sable LS and you guys have diagnosed the problem and it was the Regulator what all does that regulator include Does it include like the plastic trimming the plastic trimming thats underneath the glass itself because I noticed the driver side plastic trimming that broke off but you guys had wedged to blocks to help keep it sealed. I was also wondering if its possible to just not used to sunroof and just completely sealed off and just have the glass and shade there
