Our installer and salesman, David, was great to work with, from the minute he walked into our home to measure our windows to the installation of the blinds. He is very professional and friendly in his delivery and installation. We had a total of 5 windows and 2 sliding glass doors to cover. All of the blinds look and work great. Had a great experience with the crew at The Blind Guy CDA, who is opening this new shop in Tri Cities. Here in Spokane Valley they were full service, experienced, and efficient. One can get sticker shock when pricing quality blinds so at my husbands insistence we tediously measured and compared prices to Lowes (both were having sales at the time). It was a very pleasant surprise to find that after applying discounts and the Costco incentive, the Blind Guys were within about 5% of Lowes price for the same products. And The Blind Guy measures, brings samples to your home, assumes responsibility for any faulty measurement, installs, and warranties the products locally!
