The young woman at the register gave the worst customer service ever. She refused to call for assistance when I asked her to, then kept insisting that the price was correct. She refused to call and get a price check, then my73 y/o mother brought her the clearance sign she scolded her for not taking a picture of it, and told her to put it back. My mother is not Iphone savvy and could not just take a picture of it. This cashier clearly needs more training in customer service. If in doubt, call your manager.

I was not very happy with my experience as I went into the pharmacy today and waited in line for about 10-15 minutes while both techs said they would be right with me, there was noone else at the counter or in line but yet they both continued to count out meds and laugh with eachother! Then when I belive his name was Xander came to help me he was very short with me and rude as hell! I have never felt like so much of an inconvenience in my life. If I was not needing life saving meds that I was out of I would have left and had everything transferred somewhere else! Im sorry but the customer service at the CVS in Richland used to be amazing and now it us horrible!

One of the security guards followed me around the store saying I have previous issues with them such as stealing and they have a record on me witch is a lie because I had never stepped foot in that store until today I dont even live in Washington I live in Georgia. But the thing that disgusted me most was he followed me to the bathroom and waited outside the bathroom until I got out. I will never be shopping at this store again.

Review for the Starbucks in store.Went to target today with my little one to grab a few things. I stopped to get a coffee and got to chatting with the two employees, one boy and one girl (didn’t get their names). Anyway I had mentioned that my toddler hasn’t been sleeping and that it’s been a rough week. After I left and got into my truck I noticed a message that said “You’re doing amazing!” On the side of my cup. They did not have to write that and the fact that they took a few seconds to, was amazing. I definitely needed that. Thank you. :)

Very organized and tidy. Everything looks like it was stocked by a very organized person. The prices are very competitive. There is a very good selection in all departments. The clothing always has at least a couple things that catch my wifes eye. The store looks very clean and well maintained. The carts are in perfect condition and glide across the floor like butter. Its the small things that make the shopping experience great.

We pulled up and were trying to download app on phone to contact store since I had ordered on my iPad at home. Associate came out to deliver to a car that pulled up right after us. Then he came to us with cart and we explained that we were trying to download app. He asked our name and what we ordered. He asked us to pull up front and he ran in and got it for us very quickly. He was very polite and there to make our experience great. Thank you. Im sorry I did not get his name. He deserves recognition.

The product I wanted in the fresh refrigerated area was purchased. The Customer Care staff assisted me especially a woman named Ileana. She assisted me by phone before I took Dial a Ride to shop for the product I needed. FreshPet Cat food.

My teen daughter wanted a ukulele, they did not have it in stock, told her she could order it and get free shipping if ordered at the store, it was 54.00 she had 40 cash and put the rest on her new debit card, (first purchase) so the guy says she has to use a gift card for the 40 part and he did the entire transaction from a little hand held device, when he finished he told her she would have the receipt e-mailed.. so she got that, but no ukulele, they canceled the order and tell her they refunded the money to her card.. yeah 15 odd dollars.. what she put on her card.. now no 40.. they said they will refund it to the gift card she used.. yeah.. the clerk used and never gave to her, so we go to the store and say hey where is the money? the manager says, Oh so listen, that is not part of the target store, that the online side and we do not do anything with that. I tell her they refunded the card part where is the gift card part.. but not the money part we gave the store, OH she say, just get a hold of Target online and they will refund that and send you a new gift card.. take maybe a month.. Like Id ever shop at the store again.. this place ripped off my kid over a musical instrument, couple of things. If I’m shopping in the store and you force someone to order online.. from the store what is the purpose of the store? The best part is when there is trouble.. or a cancelled order.. well.. you get to wash your hands or any refund.. CHEATS

Clean and well stocked, the usual Target experience. Their Dollar section has really expanded and has some great finds. Its really nice to go to one store for pretty much everything. My only complaint is that sometimes items are labeled Sale! but are only like 30 cents off... not much of a sale as it is cost advertising. Lots of cashiers available makes checking out fast every time. They have a full Starbucks inside too.

They are generous with the air conditioning! It is 104° outside and very cool inside. I visited the pharmacy and Starbucks. The pharmacy staff was friendly and helpful. Starbucks staff was also courteous and helpful. It was an overall pleasant visit. Except for the heat outside! But I cant hold Target accountable for that! Lol!

Every time I go to this location there is ONE or NO check stands open. More often than not, I have to do the self checkout. Occasionally I have a large amount of items and checking myself out isn’t optimal. This morning there were a lot of people checking themselves out and one check stand open with another employee who seemed to be standing there directing traffic. I said something to him about how they only ever have one checkstand open. He suggested I fill out a comment card because “they won’t listen to us but they might listen to customers”.

Stores are clean, pleasant, organized. Merchandise is attractive and reasonable priced.

Customer service sucks. They act very entitled to their jobs. I tried using a coupon from their catalog to save a little money, but the cashier refused to accept the coupon as if I was about to take his money. It’s not the cashier or manager’s money it’s target’s. That’s what’s wrong with people that work in these types of jobs for a long period of time. Start your own business and worry about YOUR money.

Target carries a nice variety of sizes and styles in shoes and apparel.

I love it here. Its the nicest target Ive been in. The employees are nice. Its clean. I feel safe here at night. Things are usually always in stock. Dont come too early in the morning theyre still restocking and its annoying. But its still amazing.

Today I went looking for a specific item. A s clerk stocking shelves, stopped what he was doing and found exactly what I wanted. I wish I could remember his name, I am horrible with names. But Target should give him a raise. Tall, dark hair, and outgoing... stocking the DVDs around 10:30 a.m. 😊

They most of the time have a good selection, but not always and sometimes the people at the checkout are snippy with you. The best time to go to target is around Christmas time, because you get the best sales. Also do not go there unless you plan on spending a lot there. Anyways it’s an ok store

They have some unique finds in furniture and home decor. Some times they have exclusive Blu-ray or cd sets. There is a great dollar section too. They have a great clothing selection too.

This particular Target is clean and gigantic yet there are never any long lines at the store and they even have a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut there! I prefer this Target over the one in Kennewick due to a bigger selection of items, the friendlier employees and it being less busy.

Target employees are either keeping uncommon/rare in store exclusive items out of general consumers reach or incompetent. Targets API that shows in store stock for items is visible to pretty much anybody, so you can see when they get certain items in stock and when the stock of those items start to go down.Target got 6 of a particular item on a Sunday, I called them and was told that they didnt have them - they werent in the back and werent on the floor. The following day, Monday, their system showed there was only 2 of the item left in stock. I went in at opening, talked to an employee and was told they were on a certain shelf, went to that shelf, they werent there and it wasnt even the correct type of isle.I went to the Target in Kennewick and found the same items hidden behind and under other more common figurines. I called the Richland Target back and was told by one of their employees that they did have the particular item that morning - but that they sold the last one at 10AM, nearly 2 hours after I was at the store.This leads me to believe that the Richland Target is either selling these items to friends/family (Backdooring) or employees are hiding/misplacing the items so that they can purchase them on their breaks.

Horrific customer service they were soooo rude and disrespectful about return a bunk headset and that was from a manager! I had to ask for a different one. DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS HERE!!I recommend dealing with Kennewick customer service they are so helpful, polite, and respectful.
