We came in a month before Halloween and they were completely sold out of 75% of the costumes they had posted. Not much of a selection, and grossly over-priced ($40 for a plain basic mask).

First time going into this place. Super awesome selections for all party needs. Huge selection of all decorations needs. They also have incredible staff that work there. Everyone was super nice to assist in any way. Highly recommend if your looking for party supplies and cant find decent selections at other stores.

I am a delivery driver. I have had 3 different orders from party city and all 3 have resulted in wasting my time (one order I waited at the store for over 30 minutes at the counter before an associate even acknowledged I was there) and gas as they had gave the orders to someone else.I tried to let Party City know that when they give the orders out to a different driver than the one that was dispatched the driver that was dispatched is wasting their time and gas to get there only to not get paid at all. Was told that is not their problem and to bring it up with Uber.Uber is doing their job and dispatching a single driver to pickup a single order. It is Party Citys job to make sure they arent giving out orders to random people. It is also Party Citys job to acknowledge customers, you have no idea if they are there for a $1k order or to pickup a single balloon online order.Will this ever change? Probably not. From what Ive seen the associates dont care and neither do the shift managers.

Great customer service over the phone. Very easy ordering experience online. When I went to pick up my order curbside they let me pick it up 15 minutes before they opened so I could make it to my daughter’s school on time. Great job!!

The friendliest, most helpful staff you can imagine. Christmas Eve, Queensgate is jammed but the young women behind the counter here were a credit to their employer. Patient, efficient, knowledgeable and kind.

Theyre only letting 9 ppl in at a time.. there were 5 ppl in front of me and we waited for 30 mins to get in.. dont waste your time..Finally got in.. theres literally nobody in here but employees... 4-5 ppl standing in front working and theres an entire empty store.. guess theyre counting employees in their 9 ppp max count

There was no way to give less then 1 star on here but that is what they would have received.... I stood at the register for a good 10 minutes waiting which was not attended by any employee while 3 employees stood down an aisle arguing over a misunderstanding on a shipment instead of paying attention to the customer that was waiting to purchase stuff... Absolutely ridiculous.

The store is organized and color coordinated. Easy to find what I needed.

Had everything I needed for my sons Cars themed birthday party.

Had alot of cool things for decent prices and lots of Halloween costumes

Purchased balloons. One was completely deflated within 20 minutes. The others were deflated in less than 12 hours.I had ordered items online for pick up in store and the cashier had no idea where the order was. When I walked 8 ft away to pick out balloons, the manager called after me as if I was leaving to give me my order then told me to get back in line to purchase my balloons.

There selection & process are great but there big balloons deflate significantly in two days of being filled. I know lets party is more pricey, not balloons(same price), but they pay a month and I know very well because balloon bother my husband and he keeps saying, when are they going to die. $10 for a balloon would you rather have it last less than 2 days our a month. Definitely get your moneys worth from Lets Party, Party City not so much last just long enough for the party and the next day while the kids play with their new toys.

I bought balloons on amazon because I needed a lot of one specific balloon and didnt want to risk a store not having enough. I went to party city for the first time and walked in with all my bags of balloons. I asked how much it would be to inflate and the man said he cant inflate them until I paid for them. I told him I ordered them online so I wasnt needing to pay for them just paying to inflate. He rudely asked to see my receipt.... I was mortified. I asked if he even had these balloons here and he said he wasnt sure. I should have just walked out and never came back but I looked up my order and showed him and he said he didnt need to see it after all. I guess I understand his reasoning, not his attitude and also being accused of stealing is something that is personally offensive to me and Im still upset about how I was treated.

Employee got way to close to me ant there were far too many people let in. It really seemed like a health and safety hazard.

Great big store, lots of party supplies for everyone. However, hardly any gift bags, bows, or ribbons for anyone.

This location has had no helium available to blow up balloons on multiple occasions. Im not even going to try to come here anymore because theyre so unreliable and everything is also way too over pried and way too tacky.

Had posted signs up for sales but when you go to check out try not to give me the signage sales. It wasnt my bad but they forgot to take the signs down.

Went for Bday invites for a princess or frozen themed birthday. They didnt have any frozen ones and only had one weird option for a princess invite. They had thank yous for tons of characters and themes haha. Just not invites. But they have lots of other great stuff for bdays and events! I get lots of props here

Sure I bought a balloon big enough that it wasnt going to fit in the car, but I didnt even get half way from the front door to my car and the balloon just explodes. When I get back inside the guy filling the balloons just tell me he cant help me. Still in good humor I dont care about one balloon, no problem. Until a moment later my girlfriend is coming back in with her big foil birthday balloon having popped as well. Only then did any of our balloons get replaced, but the staff was rude. I didnt get mine filled again because I needed it to make it to the destination. Overall dissatisfied with my experience.

Our original expierince was very bad but afterwards the manager reached out to us and asked for details in order to train the staff and grow from the experience. He also not only apologized and gave us our refund but made it feel like out expierince matter and that he was truly unhappy with what had happened.

After waiting right next to an employee for 10 minutes to get help with balloons, I was then told I needed to go stand in line. this was of course after half a dozen people got in line while I was waiting. 30 minutes for 12 balloons is pretty sad.
