I love this place you will see me here often. The place has a beautiful warm feel. Bought my ebike here and I’m not being dramatic this place helped heal me. I was in recovery from being a diabetic, my health is doing so much better. Charles does this with his whole heart.

Great service!! I have taken my bike in two times now for minor repairs and service, both times I just dropped in. Charles, the owner, was quick to take care of me and others who walked in. Even though my bike was not purchased from there, he did not charge me. All of the staff was nice and very helpful too. I will continue to use Reborn to service my bike and for any future purchases!!

This is a great local bike shop. I purchased a mt bike and they lowered the price to fit my budget. A couple months later I had an emergency and needed gas money to visit family, the owner immediately lent me his ear and bought the bike back at a very reasonable price even though he had several more of the same model in the back. Without hesitation he was willing to help! This is what community is all about, they will have my business again in the very near future.

People, this shop is awesome! They have a huge inventory of new, used and electric bikes. They treat you like family and will listen to your needs and requests. They also have a repair shop. The owner Charles is a super straightforward guy that got me what I needed, in and out in minutes for my new to me full suspension mtb. I couldn’t be happier and I won’t go to any other bike shop than his. Easily the best shop you can go to in the area.

In a time when I couldn’t ride a standard two-wheel bike due to a bad back, Reborn set me up with a recumbent trike that I could sit on comfortably. After a back surgery three months later, I could no longer sit back on the recumbent but felt better on a standard two-wheel bicycle. I discussed this situation with the folks at reborn and was reminded when I purchased the recumbent that they said they would take care of me. To my absolute amazement, Reborn Bikes took my recumbent back at full price and set me up with a whole new setup which fit me comfortably to get me back outdoors and enjoy precious time with my family. This bike shop is amazing. I had been wanting a front mount bike seat for my toddler for awhile. I was overwhelmed with what I found on the internet. I called around and reborn was the only place in town that had one. I took it home and couldnt get it to fit my bike. I was so bummed out and almost gave up.I took it back and they figured out what my biked needed installed it and made sure we were comfortable with it.Amazing customer service, knowledgeable staff, very helpful and friendly. Great bike shop. They have an extensive selection of used bikes of all kinds. My interest is gravel bikes, and they always have at least a few at a really good price and in great condition. Theyve also got an even better selection of high quality road bikes and mountain bikes. These people love bikes and are very knowledgeable. They will get you set up with a bike that fits your need and budget.Last summer I put a few scratches in the paint of my moms Townie. Since their whole thing is restoring old bikes, I asked if they could touch up the paint job. They were able to and did an excellent job of matching the color and making the bike look great again. My mom and I were both pleased with the results.

Recently got an older bike that I wanted to make sure was running smoothly. I was able to take it in and drop it quickly. They were able to do a basic tuneup very efficiently and the entire shop was extremely nice and friendly. I will be taking all my bikes/my family bikes here. Thanks for the great service guys!

Such an amazing place, great atmosphere with the right people in charge. After a injury with lots of surgeries I’ve been forced to slow down unfortunately with that I’ve gained a lot of weight. I decided I needed to get a bike but haven’t owned one since I was a kid and needed one that would work with the injuries I have . They took the time out to help me find a bike that might work for me and what’s really cool is if it doesn’t then they will help me figure out what I can do to make the bike work or worst case get into a different one that will work . Reborn bike shop is by far the best sales and service bike shop in the area! I first popped in when they first opened and traded a couple of bikes for a Burley Canto recumbent bike. The owners Charles and Susan were so welcoming and nice and they gave me a super smoking deal! Then a rans rocket recumbent showed up and also found its way into my stable.(another super more than fair deal) through both purchases the service has been top notch. The mechanical staff are pros and go out of their way to make sure everything works safely and smoothly. Tony the head mechanic is simply the best in the business for 42 years in the area I bought my first real quality bike when I was about 12 years old a Roger Decoster bmx bike at Richland Schwinn. And he was the mechanic there. He always makes sure that I ride out of there safely. As an example I chewed up my front derailleur while riding the burley which was due to my amateur mechanical meddling and totally my fault. I limped it into the shop and Tony found an appropriate part off another bike as a temporary replacement and wouldnt let me ride off until it was properly installed, adjusted and safe to ride. A few days later he found and gave me a 105 derailleur which is actually better than the original part all at no charge. I truly appreciate all the extra care the whole shop takes to make sure Im happy and satisfied. I just bought a kmx cobra trike (another super smoking deal) and these good people are who I trust to get it all tuned up and ready to roll!

We purchased our bikes around 3 years ago, and were on a tour in Iowa, and lots of miles around town. We brought them in to Reborn for a tune-up, and they did a great job of adjusting everything.Night and a difference riding them now, highly recommended shop.

Reborn bike shop is very customer service oriented. Charles, the owner is very knowledgeable and will do what ever he can to find you the right bike at a fair price. We ended up buying a nice cruiser bike from Reborn. We also mentioned to Charles that my wife’s bike, which we didn’t buy from Reborn was having some issues. He told us to bring it in and he would have his mechanic make the necessary adjustments needed at no charge. Ruby, one of Reborn’s mechanics did an excellent job at making the adjustments needed. I went looking to replace my bike-- an ill-fitting one I got off Craigslist 10 years ago-- and within minutes, the owner had found me the perfect bike in my price range. He was friendly and professional and let me ride the bike around Uptown for a few minutes to try it out. I was so happy with the service there that when I came back to pick it up later, I brought my husband with me to look for a bike also. He was able to find a bike he loves quickly as well. They definitely know what they are doing, and do repairs and tuneups along with bike sales. I will happily take our bikes and our sons bike there when they need tune-ups!

So Ive always relied on friends to tell me how or what to do with bikes- as Ive only know words like pedal and tire (clearly out of my depth) - But I may be moving out to Richland here for my job so I figure as well as a new start I might as well try and have a nicer body and be more healthy. First step with that is to get a bike!I ended scrolling through google reviews in the area and found this bike shop - thinking it kinda went with the motif of me moving and doing something new, I ended up reading up on the shop and all of the great things that had been said about it. When I called I spoke to someone (im sorry, im horrible with remembering names) but I believe it was last Thursday- and not only where they incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable, they were able to pick up on my personality and help me have a good time just over the phone which is so refreshing.I dont often leave reviews, but i believe some places with wonderful people and great information need to be spoken about. So here we are!Moving might be scary, but Im actually excited to exercise for once- thanks!

Charged $270 for “major bike tune and derailleur replacements”1. Bike was “done” 4 days late2. Quoted and charged me for rear derailleur without replacing it.3. Didn’t air up the tires4. Didn’t tighten the spokes which let to a spoke breaking and wheel wobbleWhen I went back for a refund the owner promised me new high end $130 German tires and grips.5. Grips were just rubber tubing cut with a knife and slapped on.6. Tires were the cheapest Chinese tires on the market.7. Chain broke and brakes were loose when I got it back the second time.Very nice to your face but the actual service is horrible.

Recovery of stolen bikeI would like to give a shout out to Reborn Bike Shop and its owner Charles. My recumbent bike was stolen several months ago. Last Friday someone brought the bike into the shop to sell it. Charles reported the find to me and to the police. Throughout the police investigation and the bikes eventual return to me Charles and his chief mechanic, Tony worked tirelessly with the police and helped tremendously in the eventual return of the bike.Without cost to me Tony inspected the bike and made sure it was in good working order prior to returning it to me. I can’t say enough good things about the Charles, Tony and the Reborn Bike Shop Team. They are the BEST!

After discussing my biking needs due to knee surgery, I ordered a low step-through Biria bike through Reborn Bike Shop. The bike came 6 weeks later, which is quite amazing considering the slow-down of bike manufacturing that has occurred since the pandemic. Really cool shop with selection of new and used bikes. Heres a challenge if you want it: try to figure out which ones are new and which ones arent. My wife and I found this shop a few months ago while shopping for our 4 yo. I was really surprised by what I saw when we went in for the first time.First, the service is great. The staff are busy but still quick to acknowledge your arrival and offer to help you find what youre looking for. Furthermore, they clearly know their craft and take pride in their work.Second, the bikes are really nice--not just high-end brands, but quality stuff. While there are definitely new bikes in the inventory, I was amazed at how some look new at first glance, but only after looking much closer, you realize they are used. The polish and detail put into the used bikes is amazing. In my opinion, this is what distinguishes the shop. You can find that used bike that is tuned to point of nearly new but still has a little bit of that used patina/character where you want it.Finally, you can find some truly unique bikes here that are probably collectible if I new more about that sort of thing. So if youre looking for a nice bike this year, but dont want just any old bike, Id definitely suggest going to Reborn.There is a great selection of bikes for adults and kids. Really small bikes are harder to come by because they sell really fast--so if thats what youre looking for youll need to keep checking in until you see what you like.In summary, this is the first bike shop in the Tri-Cities that I really like going to. Go check them out and help make them an icon of the Tri-Cities.

I brought my bike in to Charles, it was in bad need of repair. My son is special needs and had wrecked a few times. They did an amazing job of fixing it up, cleaned it and did a few things that they didnt even charge me for. It is a safer bike and I really appreciated there input and kindness. They were very knowledgeable about the brand and what the bike needed. Thank you Charles and staff!

This place has great service, and the options for bicycle exchange are quite reasonable. The staff are cordial and the prices are pretty good, especially for the high quality bikes. If you’re looking for a bike in the Richland area, come here, they have much more options than Big Corpos like Amazon or Walmart as far as buying and returning bicycles goes. Very nice, 10/10 as far as I’ve experienced.

Went to Reborn Bike Shop looking for a mountain bike, I was on a budget and am new to the sport, I was immediately greeted by Charles (the owner). He was very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. He recommended a bike for me that he had in stock that fits my needs and I couldnt be happier with my purchase! So were on a bicycle tour and my friend broke his spoke on his bike. Looking around for a bike shop here in Richland WA. And discovered Reborn Bike Shop. This is some of the most amazing customer service Ive ever experienced. They replace my traveling partners spoke. And didnt even charge us for labor. The owner of the shop is an amazing person. And I also like the fact that they recycle and repurpose old bicycles and parts. If youre ever in the area and need a bike shop I highly recommend this bike shop. They know their way around bicycles and bicycle mechanics. They are non-judgmental and they treat everyone with respect.

I am quite unhappy after bringing my road bike in to Reborn Bike Shop for a full tune-up. I took my bike out for a ride as soon as I got it home. Not even two minutes into my ride, I was making a left turn from a near stop (lots of tension on the chain), and my rear wheel came out of its seat while I was in the middle of my turn aka the middle of the road. MY WHEEL FELL OFF WHILE I WAS RIDING. The quick-release hadnt been fastened into the dropout properly. I cannot overstate how unacceptable this is. This endangered my life. I could have been hit by a car. I could have been going much faster than I was when the wheel came off and been seriously injured. I am lucky that those things didnt happen, but I am absolutely livid that I was put in a situation in which they could have.This was my first experience with Reborn, and based on all the good reviews, this seems to be an exception to the good work they normally do. I dont dispute the experience and expertise of the head mechanic who worked on my bike. Indeed, they seem to have done a good job with the tune-up work, but not making sure the rear wheel was fastened tightly into the dropout is an egregious oversight. The head mechanic insisted hed taken the bike for a test ride before marking it done. This is probably true, but maybe the test ride didnt create the conditions which caused my wheel to fall off.The owner was more than willing to work with me to try to make things right. He sent a mechanic immediately to my house to assess what could have gone wrong. I asked the owner to refund me the cost of the tune-up, since paying for work that endangered my life is not something that sits well with me. He agreed and refunded me within minutes.Like I said, based on all the good reviews, my experience seems to be the exception, and the owner truly tried to make things right. However, my bike was returned to me in unsafe condition. This is not something that can be fixed with a refund. This should not have happened in the first place, and it should not happen to anybody else. I will not be returning to Reborn.

We had a great experience. The prices and selection were also great. The owner is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend to any beginner or experienced riders to check it out for yourself.

The reborn team took my beloved beast of a bike into a brand new beauty. I’ve had it for 4 years and it’s now riding the best it ever has. Charles was super friendly and helpful when I took it in. Susan was INCREDIBLE!! I stopped by on a emergency basis, I was supposed to take my son the the pump track that day. They fixed his bike right then. They were busy but because we were headed out of town right after they got us in no problem! If you want incredible service I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I had the best experience here! The guys here are so kind and helpful! They were able to get me in right away to get my bike tuned up. I also ended up buying my husband a bike as well. It is a used bike but in pristine condition! We have had no issues. If you want I bike shop that will treat you like family I would highly suggest checking our Reborn Bike shop!

Very nice people! nice bikes for a good price

My bike was stolen about a week ago from my backyard. I was given the advice to call Reborn Bike Shop, as they see a lot of used bikes for sale. Charles was extremely helpful, sympathetic, and responsive. Today, someone tried to sell him my bike and he recognized it and was able to recover it! Even if I hadnt gotten my bike back I cant express how grateful I am and cant recommend him and Reborn Bike Shop enough!!

Charles and the crew at Reborn did an amazing job on my bike!! I had no idea the potential that my bike had being over 20 years old and having bought it at a yard sale 5 years ago. I had fixed it up myself but these guys not only tuned it up but put the parts on it to make me a custom high speed super bike at exactly my budget. It now rides smooth, fast, and powerful.
