Used performance marine for winterizing my boat. Paid for the service and later that winter I got a cracked block. Had another mechnic review and found out the winterizing was never performed even though it was paid for. Performance wouldnt return my calls and I had to take my boat elsewhere for service and a $7,000 new motor. Will be going to court with this.Dont use them!

Tristian is the “boat whisperer “. He diagnosed my problem and made a suggestion regarding my shifting. A few days later the boat works better than it has in years. He’s s busy guy. Keep trying to reach him. He is worth waiting for.

Same story here. Finally went to get our boat he ripped the motor out, took our carburetor and 2100 for parts he never bought or installed. My boat ran when I dropped it off months ago. Now irs just a pile of dirty parts. This business has been closed for bankruptcy for months now. Dont think we will ever see our money. Filing suit.

We took our boat to Performance Marine in the fall of 2017 to be winterized. Triston charged us and returned out boat to us claiming it was winterized. The following summer we take our boat out on the water and the engine dies that day. Triston admits it was his fault but does nothing to resolve the issue. We had to find another boat shop to fix our boat and now we are out $7000 thanks to Triston Hollingsworth. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!!
