Came in right before closing, after my steel toe fell out on the job site. The ladies here were quick to find exactly what I needed. I was out the door with perfect boots within 15 min. Would recommend this store to any tradesmen in the area for footwear.

They dont price they boots

I had a good experience for the most part except for one of the employees. I went in on a saturday and there were two people working, a man and a woman. the man was very helpful, however when i walked in i noticed that he was doing some paperwork and the girl was back in the office and when i walked in i heard her say “That’s one yours.” when he was clearly busy. i walked through the store looking and he helped me. when i was just looking around another customer walked in I had a question so i went up to the counter and asked the woman if she could help. when she was helping i asked if i had interrupted her lunch (because i heard her playing video games in the back) and she said that she wasn’t on her lunch. Then as i was looking at something near the back i could hear her mock my question to the other employe. he told her repeatedly to stop but she just kept going on. The young man was very helpful and professional. however the young woman was very rude not only to me but also her coworkers, she would pull him by his collar and even yelled at him in front of the other customers. I think management should re-evaluate her employment

Excellent quality in boots, service, clean and helpful!

Wost place for work boots, I have been waiting for a pair of boots that I ordered 6 weeks ago. Called in to check the status of my order and they could not give me any information when they would receive them. The person I talked to told me that they have a selection of other safety, against my better judgment I made the trip across town and the store still has no selection and looks like the shelves have been picked clean after a Black Friday frenzy! So now I am back to wait for my order to come in

Great place with helpful staff. My initial visit was because the fill the boot vouchers that my employer provides. I was impressed with my initial experience so I have been back many times since. Knowledgeable staff that is able to help me with what I need, FAST. Highly recommended.

The employees are nice but the store needs definately an invetory update and upgrade!

Finally found the right boots for me thanks to Caseys expert help after shopping at several other stores first. Very knowledgable and friendly. Also, got a great deal on my boots. So incredibly happy I checked them out. Save yourself the hassle and go here first!Ps Casey deserves a raise!
