I have used this water for years (10+) and I love it! The drivers come on the day scheduled and even wait patiently when I have forgotten to put my empty bottles out. The only negative I have is that occasionally, Ill get a leaky bottle, but even then they are more than happy to make it right. I definitely recommend:)

Timely delivery, easy to add items and change delivery settings online. The price is competitive, plus I don’t have to go somewhere to get it - they bring it right to my door!

Since COVID water fountains are off so decided to have this water delivered to my office. online order setup was easy with a discount and upgraded dispenser if you order thru Costco here in Richland.The delivery guy always shows up about the same time. Payment on line is easy and convenient. I have had zero issues. If I need an extra delivery its easy to go online and do. I havent had to hold or stop a drop off yet, it is an option and good to know if I go on vacation or off work for a while.

They deliver when they get around to it and charge an energy fee for delivery in ADDITION to the advertised cost of the water. I found I had to leave my empty bottles in my driveway for an indeterminate number of days subject to being blown around by wind on windy days. I imagine I could have rigged a way to secure them. Water at Lowes and Walmart is the same price. You never know when they will arrive so there offer to replace empty bottles in your home is mute. Update: It went from bad to worse. Now terminated by Crystal Springs, and the pick up didnt happen.
